本发明属于切削加工刀具技术领域,涉及增压器管口加工的专用刀具,具体为一种成型槽刀。
背景技术
铝合金增压器管口类的加工,通常要根据管口不同部位的具体形状采用多把(两把以上)车刀进行加工,采用多把车刀就增加了刀具的采购成本,增加了接刀次数,容易产生接刀痕,接刀位置的尺寸控制难度较大,因此发生质量问题的风险就较高,同时加工中不断换刀又造成操作复杂及时间的浪费。
目前为了解决上述问题,普遍的做法是提高技术人员的专业技能、修改工艺参数等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种结构简单、巧妙、合理的一种成型槽刀,可以解决现有技术中增压器管口加工需要多把车刀,刀具采购成本高以及多把刀具加工容易产生的接刀痕的问题。
按照本发明提供的技术方案:一种成型槽刀,包括呈圆柱状的刀柄及设置于刀柄端部的刀头,刀片焊接于刀头上,所述刀片具有八个,并且,八个刀片均布于刀头外圆周面上,所述刀片上设置有切削刃,所述切削刃的前端具有斜切削刃,后端及自后端延伸经圆弧切削刃至前端切削刃,相邻两条切削刃之间设置有容屑槽,所述容屑槽为直槽,所述圆弧切削刃、斜切削刃为圆弧过渡,过渡连接处的圆弧的半径为0.3mm±0.01mm,所述切削刃的刃倾角为3-4°,韧带宽为1-2mm,所述刀头的前端部设置有底容屑槽。
本发明与现有技术相比,优点在于:本发明结构简单、巧妙、合理,可以解决现有技术中增压器管口加工需要多把车刀,刀具采购成本高以及多把刀具加工容易产生的接刀痕等问题,同时本发明由于不需要进行换刀,加工效率高,本发明刀具使用寿命长。

下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1~3所示,刀柄1、刀头2、刀片3、切削刃4、斜切削刃4-1、圆弧切削刃4-2、前端切削刃4-3、容屑槽5、底容屑槽6。
如图1所示,本发明是一种成型槽刀,包括呈圆柱状的刀柄1及设置于刀柄1端部的刀头2,刀片3焊接于刀头2上,所述刀片3具有八个,并且,八个刀片3均布于刀头2外圆周面上,所述刀片3上设置有切削刃4,所述切削刃4的前端具有斜切削刃4-1、后端及自后端延伸经圆弧切削刃4-2至前端切削刃4-3,相邻两条切削刃4之间设置有容屑槽5,所述容屑槽5为直槽,所述圆弧切削刃4-2、斜切削刃4-1为圆弧过渡,过渡连接处的圆弧的半径为0.3mm±0.01mm,所述切削刃4的刃倾角为3-4°,韧带宽为1-2mm,所述刀头2的前端部设置有底容屑槽6。
刀头2及刀柄1的材质为高速钢,刀片3由聚晶金刚石材料制成,使得本发明槽刀刚性较好及一致性较好,刀具使用寿命长。
本发明结构简单、巧妙、合理,可以解决现有技术中增压器管口加工需要多把车刀,刀具采购成本高,及多把刀具加工容易产生的接刀痕等问题,同时本发明由于不需要进行换刀,加工效率高。

1.一种成型槽刀,包括呈圆柱状的刀柄(1)及设置于刀柄(1)端部的刀头(2),刀片(3)焊接于刀头(2)上,其特征在于:所述刀片(3)具有八个,并且,八个刀片(3)均布于刀头(2)外圆周面上,所述刀片(3)上设置有切削刃(4),所述切削刃(4)的前端具有斜切削刃(4-1)、后端及自后端延伸经圆弧切削刃(4-2)至前端切削刃(4-3),相邻两条切削刃(4)之间设置有容屑槽(5),所述容屑槽(5)为直槽,所述圆弧切削刃(4-2)、斜切削刃(4-1)为圆弧过渡,过渡连接处的圆弧的半径为0.3mm±0.01mm,所述切削刃(4)的刃倾角为3-4°,韧带宽为1-2mm,所述刀头(2)的前端部设置有底容屑槽(6)。
