Abstract

发明背景
1.发明领域
本发明涉及饮料分配器及储放器。
2.相关现有技术描述
目前,市场上的很多饮料分配器是商品化的,而且用起来很复杂。除此之外,这类分配器不能同时做到分配饮料和保留其原有质量。
最常见的装置要求用一个特制容器储存饮料。这样的容器是不实用的,因为它要求消费者去购买额外的硬件。特制的容器还需要额外的存放空间。这种容器用起来同样麻烦,因为需要用户将饮料从原有容器转移到所述特制容器中。
某些装置也把一个充气囊装在特制的容器里。随着饮料被饮用,充气囊被气体膨胀,向容器中所剩的饮料施压。这样,可以保存碳酸气,并能通过压力加注进行分配。其它装置通过直接向饮料施加气体而加压,不使用充气囊。如果所用气体是空气,饮料将会氧化,使口味变差。如果所用气体是二氧化碳(CO2),饮料中将会积累过多的碳酸气。这将改变其原有的口味,并导致在饮料分配时起泡。最后,市场上还有并非设计成既能保持饮料的碳酸气又能通过压力加注来分配饮料的饮料分配器或储存器。
在另一种装置中,用一个充气囊对装在原有容器里的饮料施压。这种系统披露在美国专利US4,482,072中,它没有使用特制容器。不过,该系统用起来不方便,因为充气囊不能充满整个容器。在安装充气囊之前必需倒出一部分饮料,弄不好在将充气囊插入容器中时会有部分饮料溢出来。另一方面,如果用户目前不想饮用所倒出的饮料的话,对于用户来说倒出一部分饮料也是不利的。最后,在倒出饮料的过程中会有一部分碳酸气逸出。
发明概述
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种饮料分配器,它可以直接从完全充满的原有容器中分配饮料。
本发明的另一个目的是保持饮料的品质像在其原有容器中一样不变。
本发明的其它和进一步的目的及优点将在下文中讲述。
本发明的饮料分配器包括一个用于盛放液体的容器,它有一个容器口;一个适于同该容器连接的外壳,它可以密封所述容器口;一个与所述外壳连接的液体出口喷嘴;一个与所述出口喷嘴连接的液体抽吸管,当所述外壳与所述容器连接时,该液体抽吸管可放在容器里;一个压力源;一个与所述压力源连接的压力喷嘴;以及一个与所述压力喷嘴连接的充气囊,它可以随所述抽吸管一起放入所述容器里,以便在与所述压力喷嘴里的压力接通时该充气囊膨胀;所述充气囊的厚度从上到下逐渐增加,使其上部比下部更加容易地逐渐膨胀。将所述充气囊和抽吸管装在完全充满的容器里,饮料的高度变化极小。随着充气囊膨胀,它向容器里的饮料施压,从而迫使饮料从抽吸管中上升。随着饮料被逐步饮用,该充气囊持续膨胀。这样,充气囊一直向饮料施压。此外,充气囊还可阻止饮料与任何气体发生接触。这样一来,在一定量的饮料被饮用之后仍可保留该饮料的品质不变。
本发明的饮料分配器还包括一个连接装置,该装置可方便地把所述分配器连接到任何标准饮料容器的出口部分。最后,本发明的饮料分配器还包括用于引入气流以便扩张充气囊的导管,以及用于引入液流以便分配进入所述抽吸管里的饮料的导管。

优选实施例描述
现在将结合附图说明优选的实施方案。多个附图中的类似部件采用类似的编号。
图1表示采用了本发明的饮料分配器10的标准饮料容器80。容器80中装有饮料70。容器80的优选形式为1,2或3升PET苏打瓶。其它实施方案可使用其它的标准或特制容器。优选的实施方案还把碳酸饮料用作饮料70。不过,也可以分配其它饮料,如酒或果汁。实际上,任何液体均可采用,即使是不是供人使用的液体。
如图2所示,外壳30将饮料分配器10连接在容器80的出口部分。外壳30还将部件相互连接在一起,如在下文中所述的。
紧固件32可在外壳30外面滑动。销34位于外壳30里面。压力喷嘴52和饮料喷嘴62进入外壳30里。在外壳30里面,充气囊12同压力喷嘴52相连,抽吸管20同饮料喷嘴62相连。在外壳30外面,压力管50与压力喷嘴52相连,饮料出口管60与饮料喷嘴62相连。
在所述优选实施方案中,外壳30是筒状的,其大小足以容纳上述部件和连接件。在其它实施方案中,可将外壳30省去,或是制成其它形状。在另外的实施方案中,所述部件可以不同方式连接。
紧固件32可选择地把所述饮料分配器10连接在容器80上。在优选实施方案中,紧固件32为一个连接在外壳30上的螺母。螺母上有与设在容器80的出口部分的外螺纹匹配的内螺纹。在其它实施方案中,紧固件32可以是其它的紧固装置,如联接器、掣子或常见的卡锁装置。
销34控制经压力喷嘴52进入充气囊12的气流。销34被设计成能覆盖压力喷嘴52的管道。当紧固件32将所述组件与容器80连接或与之断开时,销34移动,分别开启或关闭压力喷嘴的管道。销34由一个弹簧36致动。
充气囊12以其原始末膨胀形式插入容器80中。图1中示出了充气囊12的原始未膨胀状态,图5中示出了其各种膨胀状态。
在所述优选实施方案中,充气囊12是一个可膨胀的长形件,其壁厚从上部至下部逐渐增加。这种设计使得充气囊12可在饮料70上面的空腔里逐渐膨胀。随后,随着饮料70被消耗,充气囊12的下部也开始逐渐膨胀。
在所述优选实施方案中,充气囊由乳胶基橡胶构成。优选的材料被设计成当充气囊12膨胀而且压力高达110psi很多倍时可防止塑性变形。因此,充气囊仅能侧向膨胀。当把充气囊12从容器80中除掉时,还可减少饮料滴落。优选的材料还被设计成当其被与饮料70一起预包装地装在完全充满的容器80中时,饮料的高度变化极小。
如图3所示,抽吸管20进入充气囊12上部、从其中央通过、并从其下部引出。充气囊12有两个橡胶环18,一个在上部,一个在下部,用于把充气囊12限定在抽吸管20上。
在所述的优选实施方案中,抽吸管20为一个筒形体。其外径小到在充气囊12未膨胀状态下可将其装到充气囊12里。其内径尺寸足以让饮料70通过。在抽吸管20的最下端有一个置于容器80底部的孔22。
在抽吸管20的最下端连接有若干凸缘24,以阻止充气囊12膨胀超过孔22。在所述优选实施方案中,有两个凸缘24与延伸套环26相连,而该套环又连接在充气囊12和抽吸管20上。
充气囊12、抽吸管20、延伸套环26和凸缘24都是由经食品药物管理局批准的可用于食品的材料制成。这些优选的材料将不会释放任何会污染饮料或使饮料产生异味的有毒物质,优选的材料还能耐受高温,以便于清洗。
压力管50通过压力喷嘴52将充气囊12同一个压力传感装置和一个压力源相连,如手压泵、空气压缩机或二氧化碳源。当饮料70从容器80中倒出时,由压力传感器引起压力源的开与关、
饮料出口管60通过饮料喷嘴62将抽吸管20与饮料分配头连接在一起。饮料出口管60也是由用于制造饮料导管的材料制成的软管,这种材料是经食品药物管理局批准可用于食品的材料。
在饮料出口管60与饮料分配头之间有一个螺旋管64。螺旋管64的内径小于饮料出口管60的内径。由螺旋管64产生一个压力降,以便饮料可柔和地流经所述分配头,没有泡沫或者造成进一步的碳酸气损失。在另一种实施方案中,或通过其它方式产生压力降,或避免产生压力降。
在优选实施方案中,本发明的饮料分配器以下述方式工作。开启一个新的充满饮料70的标准饮料瓶80。将所述充气囊12和抽吸管插进容器80里。随着紧固件32转动到将所述组件连接在容器80的上部,销34移动以便开放压力喷嘴52的管道。这样,气体可以从压力源经压力管50和压力喷嘴52进入充气囊12。随着充气囊12膨胀,它向饮料70和容器80的壁施压。这样,饮料70被压升至抽吸管20中,流经饮料喷嘴62、饮料出口管60、螺旋管64并流出饮料分配头。随着容器80里的饮料70被消耗,压力传感器发出需要更多气体的信号。然后,压力源进一步膨胀充气囊12,使剩余的饮料70保持恒定的压力。这样可以将碳酸气保存到饮料70被完全用尽。
由于充气囊12可将全部饮料70压升到抽吸管20里,实际上,容器80里的所有饮料均可被分配。需要时可转动紧固件32,将所述系统10与容器80分开。而销34移动至关闭压力喷嘴34的管道。充气囊12和压力管50被排空。饮料分配器10目前处于可随时从容器80上除去的状态,可进行清洗,并可重复使用很多次。
在优选实施方案中,本发明的饮料分配器被安装在冰箱门上。可将几个饮料容器放置在冰箱里面的特制架上并与若干分配器平行连接或串联。在其它实施方案中,该系统可以安装到为这种装置特制的小型冰箱上,或安装到对分配头及吸出托盘安装做了改进的标准小型冰箱上。这种装置可以容纳所需数量的饮料容器。这种装置可以放置在办公室里,作为供工作人员使用的自助分配器。此外,可将若干倒置的饮料容器串接在一起,这样,用户无须频繁地更换容器。不过,本发明的饮料分配器还可以本领域技术人员所熟知的很多其它方式使用。
因此,本发明披露了一种饮料分配器,该系统采用一个可充气的囊和一个抽吸管把饮料从其充满的原有容器中分配出去。尽管已对本发明的实施方案和应用进行了图示和说明,但本领域技术人员可以理解,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,可对其做出很多进一步改进。因此,除了所附的权利要求书的精神外,本发明并不局限于其它部分的说明性内容。
Claims (9)
1.一种液体分配器(10)包括:一个用于盛放液体(70)的容器(80),它有一个容器口;一个适于同该容器连接的外壳(30),它可以密封所述容器口;一个与所述外壳连接的液体出口喷嘴(62);一个与所述出口喷嘴连接的液体抽吸管(20),当所述外壳与所述容器连接时,该液体抽吸管可放在容器里;一个压力源;一个与所述压力源连接的压力喷嘴(52);以及一个与所述压力喷嘴连接的充气囊(12),它可以随所述抽吸管一起放入所述容器里,以便在与所述压力喷嘴里的压力接通时该充气囊(12)膨胀;
其特征在于,所述充气囊的厚度从上到下逐渐增加,使其上部比下部更加容易地逐渐膨胀。
2.如权利要求1的液体分配器,其特征在于,当所述外壳与容器连接时,所述压力源的压力可以与所述充气囊连接,而当所述外壳与容器分开时,可中断所述压力源的压力与所述充气囊的联系。
3.如权利要求2的液体分配器,其特征在于,所述销(34)可以在所述外壳与容器连接时开启所述压力喷嘴。
4.如权利要求1,2或3的液体分配器,其特征在于,一个压力传感器与所述充气囊的内部相连,它被用于控制通向所述压力喷嘴的压力,以便在所述充气囊中维持大致稳定的压力。
5.如权利要求1的液体分配器,其特征在于,所述抽吸管与所述充气囊连接,并且伸过该充气囊的中央。
6.如权利要求1的液体分配器,其特征在于,所述抽吸管在其顶部和底部与所述充气囊连接。
7.如权利要求1的液体分配器,其特征在于,所述抽吸管包括在其远端的一个孔(22),以及若干连接在远端的凸缘(24),凸缘用于在所述充气囊膨胀时维持抽吸管开启。
8.如权利要求1的液体分配器,其特征在于,所述出口喷嘴包括一个用于控制被分配的液体的输送的接头,该接头包括一个螺旋管(64)。
9.如权利要求1的液体分配器,其特征在于,该分配器适于安装在冰箱里。
