Abstract

背景技术
例如从US4711001已知的耳夹用于紧密地连接管道和插入管道末端中的物体,比如弯曲金属管。已知的耳夹由夹带制成,耳状紧固结构形成在夹带中,具有通过肋板互相连接起来的两个向外延伸的腿。
在组装时,存在的困难是,在紧固夹的同时必须将夹保持在其安装位置。当管道具有平滑表面时(通常用在管道工程行业中的PEX(交联聚乙烯)材料便是如此),或者当管道竖直延伸时,该困难尤其大,并且在手动组装期间特别棘手,并限制安装空间。
将夹的内径精确匹配到管道外径的任何尝试因存在于夹本身和使用的管道中的不可避免的公差而失败。即使谨慎的制造也会通常在夹的内径和管道(夹用于该管道)的外径之间留出至少1mm的游隙。
发明内容
本发明的总体目的是至少在一定程度上避免上面提及的困难。更确切的目的被认为是,提供管道和耳夹的组合以将管道密封在插入管道的物体上以及提供用于借助耳夹将管道密封在物体上的方法,其中,便于组装。
该目的通过权利要求1和2中分别限定的发明来实现。在本发明中,本质上已知的耳状紧固结构用于双重目的,即第一,通过使耳预变形(优选地在制造期间完成)来使夹的直径适配于管道的直径,随后,将夹紧固在安装位置。在预变形耳的情况下,其弹性得以开发成,耳可在组装期间移动到期望位置,尽管其已紧密地坐落在管道上使得其不会意外滑动。

具体实施方式
图1和2所示耳夹由夹带10制成,夹带从其具有窗口(未示出)的外端11开始具有所谓“Oetiker耳”12形式的紧固结构,该紧固结构具有两个径向向外延伸的腿13以及将腿的外端互相连接起来的肋板14、向内突出台阶15以及钩16,在所示闭合状况下,钩穿过外夹带端中的窗口。一凹部冲压在耳12的肋板14中,以防止屈曲。在附图中,耳夹在比如弯曲金属管的物体(未示出)插入管道中的位置处围绕管道20。
在图1所示常规情况下,在耳夹的内径与管道20(耳夹用于该管道)的外径之间有至少1mm的游隙,以确保不管管道20的直径和夹本身中的公差如何,夹均可沿管道移动至插入管道中的物体区域的期望安装位置。然后,在该位置,通过使耳12变窄而使夹在管道20周围紧固(例如使用柱状紧固工具),以使管道和物体密封连接。
由于耳夹围绕管道20带有游隙,所以在紧固过程期间必须将耳夹保持在安装位置。这尤其在手动组装时是棘手的,因为还必须将管道和插入的物体保持在相对彼此的期望位置。
当管道20具有平滑表面(通常用在管道工程行业中的PEX(聚乙烯)材料便是如此),尤其当管道在组装地点竖直延伸时,在紧固夹期间的操纵困难尤其大。
图2所示耳夹可以避免上面提及的困难。在此,在将耳夹放置在管道10上之前,使耳12在一定程度上预变形,使得夹在没有游隙的情况下围绕管道。优选地在夹的制造过程期间完成的预变形可易于执行,使得预变形耳所具有的弹性允许将夹放置在管道上,并毫不费力地移动至安装位置,同时仍保持夹处于该位置,并且保持适用于紧固的耳12的取向。

Claims (3)
1.一种管道(20)和用于将所述管道密封在插入所述管道中的物体上的耳夹的组合,其中,所述耳夹具有夹带(10),耳状紧固装置(12)形成在所述夹带中,具有通过肋板(14)互相连接起来的两个向外延伸的腿(13),
其特征在于,所述紧固装置(12)在生产状态下预变形,使得所述耳夹基本上无游隙地装配在所述管道(20)上。
2.一种借助耳夹将管道密封在要插入所述管道(20)中的物体上的方法,所述耳夹具有夹带(10),耳状紧固装置(12)形成在所述夹带中,具有通过肋板(14)互相连接起来的两个向外延伸的腿(13),
其特征在于,
在将所述耳夹安装在所述管道(20)上之前,所述紧固装置(12)预变形,使得所述耳夹基本上无游隙地装配在所述管道(20)上;
在安装期间,使所述夹移动至管道(20)上的期望位置;以及
通过使所述紧固装置(12)进一步变形来紧固所述夹,直到达到期望的夹紧压力为止。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,在所述夹的制造过程期间完成所述紧固装置(12)的预变形。
