本发明一种精密无缝钢管,包括主管体、辅助管体A、辅助管体B、支撑杆与保温材料,所述主管体内部呈中空圆型结构,所述主管体外表面即为所述辅助管体A的内表面,所述辅助管体A外表面即为辅助管体B的内表面,所述辅助管体B内设置有支撑杆,所述辅助管体A内设有保温材料,所述辅助管体A、辅助管体B与主管体为一体成型,由于比以往的钢管增加了辅助管道A与辅助管道B且辅助管道B内设有支撑杆很好的增强了钢管的结构强度,同时增强了抗压能力,延长使用寿命,所述辅助管体B内为真空,当管内流经高温液体时,很好的防止了工作人员在工作时误被烫伤。提高了产品的人性化。

本发明涉及一种无缝钢管。
背景技术
无缝钢管是一种具有中空截面、周边没有接缝的长条钢管。钢管具有中空截面,大量用作输送流体的管道,如输送石油、天然气、煤气、水及某些固体物料的管道等。随着社会的发展,技术的进步,加工和运输行业的机械设备大都对于设备材料有极高的安全性和可靠性要求,原有的普通不锈钢材料及加工工艺,未必能适应现代工业环境对于物流等行业的安全和可靠性需求;从而有可能损坏很多钢材,为人们造成了很多不方便;原有的无缝钢管在冷却系统、水暖系统、给水系统、汽车制造和石油化工生产设备中经常使用,但是很容易被腐蚀,同时当暴露在空气和恶劣的环境中时,容易导致灰尘的残留,造成不锈钢钢管表面的清洁度下降,且不容易被清洗,影响美观,缩短了钢管的使用寿命。
发明内容
 本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种精密无缝钢管,从而解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:本发明一种精密无缝钢管,包括主管体、辅助管体A、辅助管体B、支撑杆与保温材料,其特征在于:所述主管体内部呈中空圆型结构,所述主管体外表面即为所述辅助管体A的内表面,所述辅助管体A外表面即为辅助管体B的内表面,所述辅助管体B内设置有支撑杆,所述支撑杆两端连接辅助管体A与辅助管体B,所述辅助管体A内设有保温材料。
进一步的,所述辅助管体A、辅助管体B与主管体为一体成型。
进一步的,所述主管体内侧表面设置有防腐层。
进一步的,所述辅助管体B内部设置为真空,且所述辅助管体B外侧表面为光亮退火层。
进一步的,所述辅助管体B内支撑杆呈对称设置在主管体与辅助管体A两侧。
进一步的,所述主管体、主管体A、主管体B与所述支撑杆材质均为不锈钢材料。

1.本发明一种精密无缝钢管,包括主管体、辅助管体A、辅助管体B、支撑杆与保温材料,其特征在于:所述主管体内部呈中空圆型结构,所述主管体外表面即为所述辅助管体A的内表面,所述辅助管体A外表面即为辅助管体B的内表面,所述辅助管体B内设置有支撑杆,所述辅助管体A内设有保温材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种精密无缝钢管,其特征在于:所述辅助管体A、辅助管体B与主管体为一体成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种精密无缝钢管,其特征在于:所述主管体内侧表面设置有防腐层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种精密无缝钢管,其特征在于:所述辅助管体B内部设置为真空,且所述辅助管体B外侧表面为光亮退火层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种精密无缝钢管,其特征在于:所述辅助管体B内支撑杆呈对称设置在主管体与辅助管体A两侧。
