本发明公开了一种碳纤维活塞环,涉及密封件制造技术领域,其化学组分及重量百分含量为:碳素纤维粉末20%~25%,石墨3%~5%,玻璃纤维粉9%~11%,余量为聚四氟乙烯粉料。与现有技术相比,本发明具有表面高,抗压强度高和耐压变形小的特点,按此组分配方生产的活塞环的使用寿命提高6倍。

本发明涉及密封件制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于无油润滑气体压缩机的活塞环。
背景技术
目前,国内无油润滑气体压缩机主要采用具有自润滑的聚四氟乙烯材料作为活塞环的制造材料,活塞环装在活塞的外缘与缸体内壁之间,虽然聚四氟乙烯的活塞环具有自润滑性能,但由于活塞在缸体内作往复运动所产生的高温和压缩气体本身的高温易使活塞环发生变形,导致活塞环的使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明所解决的问题是提供一种碳纤维活塞环,以解决现有的活塞环寿命短的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种碳纤维活塞环,其化学组分及重量百分含量为:碳素纤维粉末20%~25%,石墨3%~5%,玻璃纤维粉9% ~11%,余量为聚四氟乙烯粉料。
上述碳纤维活塞环技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:化学组分及重量百分含量为:碳素纤维粉末20%,石墨3%,玻璃纤维粉9% ,余量为聚四氟乙烯粉料。
进一步的,化学组分及重量百分含量为:碳素纤维粉末23%,石墨4%,玻璃纤维粉10% ,余量为聚四氟乙烯粉料。
进一步的,化学组分及重量百分含量为:碳素纤维粉末25%,石墨5%,玻璃纤维粉11%,余量为聚四氟乙烯粉料。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:1、由于碳素纤维耐高温性好、热膨胀系数低,还具有良好的耐磨和自润滑性,硬度比聚四氟乙烯大,玻璃纤维可提高活塞环的机械强度,石墨有利于增加活塞环的自润滑性,在聚四氟乙烯中加入上述三种原料使生产出来的活塞环具有表面高,抗压强度高和耐压变形小的特点,按此组分配方生产的活塞环的使用寿命提高6倍。

实施例1:
一种碳纤维活塞环,其化学组分及重量百分含量为:碳素纤维粉末20%,石墨3%,玻璃纤维粉9% ,余量为聚四氟乙烯粉料。

一种碳纤维活塞环,其化学组分及重量百分含量为:碳素纤维粉末23%,石墨4%,玻璃纤维粉10% ,余量为聚四氟乙烯粉料。
实施例3:
一种碳纤维活塞环,其化学组分及重量百分含量为:碳素纤维粉末25%,石墨5%,玻璃纤维粉11%,余量为聚四氟乙烯粉料。
将本发明与原聚四氟乙烯活塞环试样测试结果如下:
