本发明公开了一种填料密封结构,包括阀杆、阀体,阀杆与阀体之间设置填料函,填料函上设置填料压盖,填料函中填充有填料,所述填料由多层纯金属材料的U型单件叠合组成;相邻二层U型单件中,一层的U型单件开口端与阀杆接触、封闭端与填料函内壁接触,另一层的U型单件封闭端与阀杆接触、开口端与填料函内壁接触;或者,相邻二层U型单件开口方向一致,即所有U型单件封闭端与阀杆接触、开口端与填料函内壁接触。本发明结构合理,耐辐照,不存在辐照老化的风险;采用的密封结构,泄露压力渐衰,介质力助密封工作压力越高,密封比压越大,密封越可靠;线性接触阀杆摩擦力矩小,驱动力矩小,成本低。

本发明涉及一种填料密封结构。
背景技术
现有技术的部分回转型阀门(碟、球、旋塞等)的填以非金属材料或非金属材料中填充少量金属材料;但在核级阀门,特别是辐照剂量较高的工艺系统中应用不适合,一是辐照老化寿命短,二是不方便人为维护。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构合理,耐辐照、密封性能好的填料密封结构。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种填料密封结构,包括阀杆、阀体,阀杆与阀体之间设置填料函,填料函上设置填料压盖,填料函中填充有填料,其特征是:所述填料由多层纯金属材料的U型单件叠合组成;相邻二层U型单件中,一层的U型单件开口端与阀杆接触、封闭端与填料函内壁接触,另一层的U型单件封闭端与阀杆接触、开口端与填料函内壁接触;或者,相邻二层U型单件开口方向一致,即所有U型单件封闭端与阀杆接触、开口端与填料函内壁接触。
本发明结构合理,耐辐照,不存在辐照老化的风险;采用的密封结构,泄露压力渐衰,介质力助密封工作压力越高,密封比压越大,密封越可靠;线性接触阀杆摩擦力矩小,驱动力矩小,成本低。
