本发明公开了一种填料密封结构，包括阀杆、阀体，阀杆与阀体之间设置填料函，填料函上设置填料压盖，填料函中填充有填料，所述填料由多层纯金属材料的U型单件叠合组成；相邻二层U型单件中，一层的U型单件开口端与阀杆接触、封闭端与填料函内壁接触，另一层的U型单件封闭端与阀杆接触、开口端与填料函内壁接触；或者，相邻二层U型单件开口方向一致，即所有U型单件封闭端与阀杆接触、开口端与填料函内壁接触。本发明结构合理，耐辐照，不存在辐照老化的风险；采用的密封结构，泄露压力渐衰，介质力助密封工作压力越高，密封比压越大，密封越可靠；线性接触阀杆摩擦力矩小，驱动力矩小，成本低。

本发明涉及一种填料密封结构。
背景技术
现有技术的部分回转型阀门（碟、球、旋塞等）的填以非金属材料或非金属材料中填充少量金属材料；但在核级阀门，特别是辐照剂量较高的工艺系统中应用不适合，一是辐照老化寿命短，二是不方便人为维护。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构合理，耐辐照、密封性能好的填料密封结构。
本发明的技术解决方案是：
一种填料密封结构，包括阀杆、阀体，阀杆与阀体之间设置填料函，填料函上设置填料压盖，填料函中填充有填料，其特征是：所述填料由多层纯金属材料的U型单件叠合组成；相邻二层U型单件中，一层的U型单件开口端与阀杆接触、封闭端与填料函内壁接触，另一层的U型单件封闭端与阀杆接触、开口端与填料函内壁接触；或者，相邻二层U型单件开口方向一致，即所有U型单件封闭端与阀杆接触、开口端与填料函内壁接触。
本发明结构合理，耐辐照，不存在辐照老化的风险；采用的密封结构，泄露压力渐衰，介质力助密封工作压力越高，密封比压越大，密封越可靠；线性接触阀杆摩擦力矩小，驱动力矩小，成本低。
