本发明公开了一种建筑用固体涂料,包括下述重量份的组分:明胶100份,六偏磷酸钠10‑20份,环烷酸钴5‑10份,碳酸钙40‑60份,过氧化环己酮70‑80份,滑石粉10‑30份,十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15‑25份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4‑8份,尿素35‑45份。本发明的建筑用固体涂料附着力强,贮存稳定性好,涂膜耐擦拭3000次以上,并能持久释放负离子。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,尤其涉及一种建筑用固体涂料。
背景技术
涂料涂饰于物体表面能与基体材料很好粘结并形成完整而坚韧保护膜的物料,称为涂料。涂料与油漆是同一概念。油漆是人们沿用已久的习惯名称,引进我国后,就一直利用在建筑行业。涂料的作用可以概括为三个方面:保护作用,装饰作用,特殊功能作用。涂料的一般组成:包含成膜物质、颜填料、溶剂、助剂。
中国涂料产业在下游产业的推动下日益壮大,而作为其中一个分支的建筑涂料,也得到了长足的发展。统计数据显示,2011年中国建筑涂料总计产量约351.82万吨,同比增长30%以上。由此可见,中国建筑涂料产业虽然经历了2008年全球性金融危机的影响、原材料价格上涨及央行加息带来的压力,但其发展势头依然不减,且还保持着较高的增长率。
在行业政策的引导和市场的拉动下,我国建筑装修业将进入新的发展时期,建筑涂料的需求会持续增加,行业市场发展潜力巨大。另外,正在兴起的新农村建设也极大地刺激了各类建筑涂料的推广应用。由此推断,中国的建筑业至少还有10余年的稳定发展期,也将是国内建筑涂料生产企业高速发展的10年。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种建筑用固体涂料。
一种建筑用固体涂料,包括下述重量份的组分:明胶100份,六偏磷酸钠10-20份,环烷酸钴5-10份,碳酸钙40-60份,过氧化环己酮70-80份,滑石粉10-30份,十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15-25份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4-8份,尿素35-45份。
一种建筑用固体涂料,包括下述重量份的组分:明胶100份,六偏磷酸钠10-20份,环烷酸钴5-10份,碳酸钙40-60份,过氧化环己酮70-80份,滑石粉10-30份,十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15-25份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4-8份,尿素35-45份,建筑用负离子粉20-40份。
优选地,所述建筑用负离子粉由下述重量份原料组成:电气石70份,氧化钕10-20份,七氧化四铽10-20份。
氧化钕,中文别名:三氧化二钕,CAS:1313-97-9。七氧化四铽,CAS:12037-01-3。
将各原料混合均匀,粉碎,即可制得所述建筑用固体涂料。进一步地,粉碎步骤可以采用球磨机进行粉碎20-60分钟。
本发明的建筑用固体涂料附着力强,贮存稳定性好,涂膜耐擦拭3000次以上,并能持久释放负离子。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
分别按表1对应各实施例或对比例数据称取各原料,混合均匀,采用球磨机进行粉碎40分钟,控制粒度D50≤0.5微米,即可制得所述建筑用固体涂料。电气石选用石家庄托玛琳矿产品有限公司生产的电气石粉。

测试例:
取1000克本发明制得的建筑用固体涂料置于密封箱中均匀摊开,密闭24小时,用美国Alphalab公司生产的AIC-1000负离子检测仪每隔1小时检测一次,每次取20个数据,求得各数据的平均值作为最终检测结果,测试数据见表2。

比较实施例1与实施例2-3,电气石与氧化钕和七氧化四铽复配,效果明显优于电气石与氧化钕复配或电气石与七氧化四铽复配。
实施例4,产品附着力100%,贮存稳定性12个月,涂膜耐擦拭3100次。
本发明的建筑用固体涂料附着力强,贮存稳定性好,涂膜耐擦拭3000次以上,并能持久释放负离子。

1.一种建筑用固体涂料,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的组分:明胶100份,六偏磷酸钠10-20份,环烷酸钴5-10份,碳酸钙40-60份,过氧化环己酮70-80份,滑石粉10-30份,十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15-25份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4-8份,尿素35-45份,建筑用负离子粉20-40份;
所述建筑用负离子粉由下述重量份原料组成:电气石70份,氧化钕10-20份,七氧化四铽10-20份。
