Abstract

本发明涉及一种导静电含缓蚀剂涂层;该涂层由涂层成膜材料、混合金属氧化物导静电和缓蚀剂载体材料、缓蚀剂和助剂材料组成;该涂层同时具有耐蚀、稳定、导静电、缓释缓蚀剂的作用,与传统的导静电涂层相比,涂层中混合金属氧化物导电材料性能稳定、其所含缓蚀剂对金属基体起到长效的保护作用。

一种导静电含缓蚀剂涂层
技术领域:
本发明属于防腐材料领域,特别涉及一种导静电含缓蚀剂涂层,可以同时起到耐蚀、导静电和缓释缓蚀剂的作用,长期有效控制金属腐蚀。背景技术:
涂层是控制金属腐蚀的主要手段之一。目前常用的涂层体系有环氧类、酚醛类、醇酸类、氟碳类、聚酯类、有机硅类、聚烯烃类、丙烯酸类、无机盐类等或其中几类的混合物,实际应用中根据不同的应用目的添加不同的填料和助剂使涂层的分类进一步细化,例如添加锌粉的富锌漆、添加铝粉的银粉漆、添加导电云母或石墨粉的导静电涂层等。耐腐蚀性通常是这些涂层的首要特性,另外一般涂层还要满足不同的具体要求,如耐热性、耐候性、导电性、装饰性等。
导静电涂层是油气存储设备常用的涂层之一,该涂层在普通涂层的基础上添加了导电性填料,如锌粉、铝粉、云母、石墨等。但与钢铁基体相比,锌粉和铝粉类牺牲性成分在腐蚀性环境中很容易消耗导致涂层失效,而云母和石墨在常见腐蚀溶液中的电位高于钢铁,容易产生钢铁基体的电偶腐蚀,且石墨等碳类导电物质的消耗还会引起油品的污染等问题。因此目前涂层很难兼顾导电性和耐蚀性要求。
目前已有利用聚电解质自组装膜与缓蚀剂交替沉积的分子组装方法制备含有缓蚀剂的涂层的方法(见李立东,唐馥.一种具有金属表面缓蚀及自修复功能的涂层的制备方法.中国专利:200810088819.7.),该方法所制备的涂层为多层结构,但由于工艺的复杂性很难在储罐等现场应用,而且该多层包覆工艺不易掺杂导电介质形成导静电涂层。
混合金属氧化物(Mixed Metal Oxide,简称MMO)是一类先进的导电材料,由于其化学稳定性好消耗率极低,由混合金属氧化物制备的电极又被称为尺寸稳定性电极。将混合金属氧化物引入导电涂层中可获得比传统涂层更好的稳定性。由于混合金属氧化物性质与颜填料类似并具有较好的吸附性能还可做为缓蚀剂载体使用,根据涂层服役环境将对应缓蚀剂吸附在填料中制备的导静电缓蚀涂料可兼具导静电和缓蚀的作用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种导静电含缓蚀剂涂层,针对油气等储罐涂层要同时兼备导静电和耐腐蚀的性能要求,将混合金属氧化物和缓蚀剂作为功能性填料加入常规涂层中,形成一种导静电含缓蚀剂涂层,从而使该涂层同时具有耐蚀、导静电和缓释缓蚀剂的作用。
本发明所述的一种导静电含缓蚀剂涂层,该涂层由涂层成膜材料、混合金属氧化物导静电和缓蚀剂载体材料、缓蚀剂和助剂材料组成。
所述的成膜材料是环氧类、酚醛类、醇酸类、氟碳类、聚酯类、有机硅类、聚烯烃类、丙烯酸类、无机盐类或其中几类的混合物。
所述的混合金属氧化物是IrO2、RuO2、RhO2、PtOx、PbO2、Ta2O5、TiO2、MnO2、Al2O3或其中几类的混合物,或再添加其他金属或非金属导电材料;其总添加量为0.1-85%。
所述的缓蚀剂是油溶性缓蚀剂或水溶性缓蚀剂,其添加量为0.01-30%之间。
所述的缓蚀剂载体是多孔高比表面材料,其添加量为0.1-80%之间。
所述的助剂材料是溶剂、偶联剂、活性剂、流平剂、消泡剂、颜料、填料的一种或几种,其添加量为5-80%之间。
其中的助剂种类和添加量根据涂层成膜物质的不同而不同,应保证最终涂层的外观平整、良好的机械性能和耐蚀性。该涂层可以底漆面漆合一,也可以作为底漆配以其它导静电面漆,或作为其他绝缘漆的底漆使用。
相较于现有技术,本发明所涉及的涂层同时具有耐蚀、稳定、导静电、缓释缓蚀剂的作用。与传统的导静电涂层相比,本发明涂层中混合金属氧化物导电材料性能更加稳定、其所含缓蚀剂同时对金属基体更能起到长效的保护作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
1)混合金属氧化物前驱体溶液为36%H2IrCl6·xH2O(溶于盐酸中)溶液和30%TaCl5(溶于正丁醇中)溶液按5:1体积比混合后在90℃条件下烘干至溶剂完全挥发,然后在500℃条件下烘干20min,得到混合金属氧化物填料A。
2)将环氧树脂40%、混合金属氧化物填料A5%、锌粉20%、咪唑啉类缓蚀剂2%、多孔钛白粉5%、消泡剂0.5%、溶剂丁醇22%搅拌并混合均匀。
3)将流平剂0.5%、环氧固化剂10%加入涂层成膜物质中充分搅拌后涂敷。
实施例2:
1)混合金属氧化物前驱体溶液为H2IrCl6·H2O(溶于盐酸中)、RuCl3·3H2O(溶于盐酸中)和TaCl5(溶于正丁醇中)溶液按Ir:Ru:Ta=3:2:2摩尔比混合后在90℃条件下烘干至溶剂完全挥发,然后在500℃条件下烘干20min,得到混合金属氧化物填料B。
2)将丙烯酸树脂6%、环氧树脂2%、混合金属氧化物填料B10%、铝粉10%、碳纳米管2%、HEDP缓蚀剂5%、三氯乙烯25%、三氯甲烷20%、溶剂乙醇19%搅拌并混合均匀。
3)将固化剂1%加入涂层成膜物质中充分搅拌后涂敷。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于油气储罐防腐的导静电含缓蚀剂涂层,其特征在于:该涂层由涂层成膜材料、混合金属氧化物、缓蚀剂载体、缓蚀剂和助剂材料组成,所述混合金属氧化物的总添加量为0.1-85%,所述混合金属氧化物采用以下方法制备而成:
混合金属氧化物前驱体溶液为36%H2IrCl6·xH2O的盐酸溶液和30%TaCl5的正丁醇溶液按5:1体积比混合后在90℃条件下烘干至溶剂完全挥发,然后在500℃条件下烘干20min,得到所述混合金属氧化物;或者
混合金属氧化物前驱体溶液为H2IrCl6·H2O的盐酸溶液、RuCl3·3H2O的盐酸溶液和TaCl5的正丁醇溶液按Ir:Ru:Ta=3:2:2的摩尔比混合后在90℃条件下烘干至溶剂完全挥发,然后在500℃条件下烘干20min,得到所述混合金属氧化物。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种导静电含缓蚀剂涂层,其特征在于:所述的成膜材料是环氧类、酚醛类、醇酸类、氟碳类、聚酯类、有机硅类、聚烯烃类、丙烯酸类、无机盐类或其中几类的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种导静电含缓蚀剂涂层,其特征在于:所述的缓蚀剂是油溶性缓蚀剂或水溶性缓蚀剂,其添加量为0.01-30%之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种导静电含缓蚀剂涂层,其特征在于:所述的缓蚀剂载体是多孔高比表面材料,其添加量为0.1-80%之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种导静电含缓蚀剂涂层,其特征在于:所述的助剂材料是溶剂、偶联剂、活性剂、流平剂、消泡剂、颜料、填料的一种或几种,其添加量为5-80%之间。
