本发明公开了一种可喷绘用环保涂料及其制备方法和用途。这种环保涂料包括面层涂料和底层涂料两部分,面层为水性丙烯酸涂料,底层为水性醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物涂料。水性丙烯酸涂料的组成为(按重量百分计):水性丙烯酸乳液为55~70%、二氧化钛为10~15%、碳酸钙为5~10%、助剂部分(水性流平剂、水性润湿分散助剂、热稳定助剂)为0.5~5.0%、余量为去离子水部分。水性醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物涂料的组成为(按重量百分计):水性醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物乳液为30~60%、碳酸钙为20~30%、助剂部分(水性润湿分散剂、热稳定剂)为0.5~5.0%,余量为去离子水部分。这种环保涂料是以水性丙烯酸涂乳液、水性醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物乳液、二氧化钛、碳酸钙、水性流平剂、水性润湿分散剂、热稳定剂、去离子水,经过分散、混合、粘度的调整等一系列工艺制备而成。经过这种环保涂料涂层后的PET纺织品布,可以作为很好的喷印材料,应用在数码喷印材料领域。

本发明公开的环保涂料用于PET纺织品表面的涂装,经过这种环保涂料涂层后的PET纺织品布,可以作为很好的喷绘材料,例如可以制造成为单面可喷绘纺织品布、双面可喷绘纺织品布、可喷绘网格布、可喷绘油画布等喷绘材料。
背景技术
经过涂层后的PET纺织品布是一种用途很广泛的喷绘材料,常用的产品有单面可喷绘纺织品布、双面可喷绘纺织品布、可喷绘网格布、可喷绘油画布等。
以上产品使用的涂层材料基本上分为两大类,一类是PVC糊树脂涂料,另外一类是氯醋树脂涂料。这两种涂料虽然有良好的喷绘性能,但是有两个缺点。
一是在生产过程中,由于两种涂料中包含丁酮、二甲苯、白油等有机溶剂,如果这些溶剂挥发到大气中,会造成环境的污染。虽然在生产过程中一些企业采用了回收装置来回收这些溶剂,但是不能完全避免这些溶剂泄露到空气中。
二是以PVC糊树脂涂料或者氯醋树脂涂料做涂层的纺织品布经喷绘后,如果悬挂在超市、机场、宾馆、车站等户内场所,涂层中残留的有机溶剂对人体的健康是一个潜在的威胁。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可喷绘用环保涂料,这种环保涂料避免了PVC糊树脂涂料和氯醋树脂涂料在生产过程中有机溶剂挥发造成的对环境的不良影响和在使用过程中残余溶剂对人体健康潜在不良的影响。
本发明的又一目的在于提供一种可喷绘用环保涂料的制备方法。
本发明的再一个目的在于提供一种可喷绘用环保涂料的使用方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题采取的技术方案是。
一种复合涂料包括面层涂料和底层涂料两部分,面层涂料为水性丙烯酸涂料,底层水性醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物涂料。
其中,面层为水性丙烯酸涂料,各组分按重量百分比计为:
水性丙烯酸乳液:55~70%;
二氧化钛:10~15%;
碳酸钙:5~10 %;
助剂:0.5~5.0%;
余量为去离子水部分。
所述的二氧化钛粒径为5~30nm。
所述的碳酸钙粒径为5~30nm。
所述的助剂包括水性流平剂、水性润湿分散助剂、热稳定助剂。
面层水性丙烯酸涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤。
先把适量去离子水加入到搅拌桶中,然后在低速度(50rmp/min)搅拌状态下加入水性丙烯酸乳液,加完水性丙烯酸乳液,调整搅拌的速度到1500rmp/min, 然后顺次在搅拌状态下加入二氧化钛、碳酸钙,搅拌20~30min。然后顺次在搅拌状态下加入水性流平剂、水性润湿分散助剂、热稳定助剂,搅拌5~10min。最后,把剩余去离子水在搅拌状态下加入,搅拌5~10min。最后用200目的过滤网过滤,包装。
其中,底层涂料为水性醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物涂料,各组分按重量百分比计为:
水性醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物乳液:30~60%;
碳酸钙:25~30%;
助剂:0.5~5.0%;
余量为去离子水部分。

底层水性醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤。

面层水性丙烯酸涂料的制备方法;先把1kg去离子水加入到分散桶中,然后在转速为50rmp/min的状态下加入60kg水性丙稀酸树脂。加完树脂后,调整转速为1500rmp/min,搅拌3min。然后在搅拌速度为1500rmp/min的状态下,顺次加入0.5kg的水性润湿分散剂、15kg的二氧化钛、5kg的碳酸钙进行搅拌分散。在搅拌的过程中,每隔5分钟用细度板检测一下细度,当细度<25um时候,停止分散。然后在搅拌速度为1000rmp/min的状态下的状态下,顺次加0.5kg的热稳定剂、0.5kg的水性流平剂,进行搅拌分散,搅拌时间为10min。然后通过加入去离子水到分散桶中,调整物料的粘度在1000cps~1200 cps的范围内。最后用200目的过滤网对物料进行过滤,得到水性丙烯酸涂料。
本实验所用原料皆为市售。
实施例2。
底层水性醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物涂料的制备方法:先把1kg去离子水加入到分散桶中,然后在转速为50rmp/min的状态下加入60公斤水性醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物树脂。加完树脂后,调整转速为1500rmp/min,搅拌3min。然后在搅拌速度为1500rmp/min的状态下,顺次加入0.5kg的水性润湿分散剂、30kg的碳酸钙进行搅拌分散。在搅拌的过程中,每隔5分钟用细度板检测一下细度,当细度<30um时候,停止分散。然后在搅拌速度为1000rmp/min的状态下的状态下,加入0.3kg的热稳定剂、0.3kg的阻燃剂、0.5kg的附着力促进剂,进行搅拌分散,搅拌时间为10min。然后通过加入去离子水到分散桶中,调整物料的粘度在1500cps~2500 cps的范围内。最后用200目的过滤网对物料进行过滤,得到水性醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物涂料。
本实验所用原料皆为市售。
实施例3。
喷绘用PET纺织品布的生产工艺;选取PET纺织品布作为基布材料(如图1中1所示),其规格为300D×300D、编制密度为50EA×50EA。生产前的准备工作:基布放在上料架上。第1段3节烘箱的温度分别设定为150C、160C、150C。第2段3节烘箱的温度分别设定为140C、160C、140C。冷却辊的温度设定为25C。当要求的烘箱温度达到设定值的时候,开动涂布机器,机速为10m/min。PET基布先经过牵引辊,到第一道涂刀,刮刀与基布的间隙设定为5mm,所用的涂料为底层水性醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物涂料,如图1中2所示。然后进入第1段3节烘箱。基布经过第1段3节烘箱后,经过牵引辊,到达第二道涂刀,刮刀与基布的间隙设定为3mm,所用的涂料为面层水性丙烯酸涂料,如图1中3所示。然后进入第2段3节烘箱。基布通过第2段烘箱后,经过牵引辊、冷却辊、张力调节辊、到达收卷机进行收卷。至此,基布的单面涂装好复合涂层,得到喷绘用PET纺织品布产品。
实施例4。
喷绘用PET纺织品布喷绘性能的测试:对1000米的喷绘用PET纺织品布进行喷绘性能的测试。取样方法为:每间隔200米取长度为0.5米的样品进行测试。
检测结果如下:
Claims (4)
1.一种可喷绘用环保涂料配方其制备方法,其特征在于:这种复合涂料包括面层涂料和底层涂料两部分,面层为水性丙烯酸涂料,底层为水性醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物涂料;其中,面层涂料各组分按重量百分比计算:
水性丙烯酸乳液:55~70%;
二氧化钛:10~15%;
碳酸钙:5~10 %;
助剂:0.5~5.0%;
余量为去离子水部分;
底层各组分按重量百分比计算:
水性醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物乳液:30~60%;
碳酸钙:25~30%;
助剂:0.5~5.0%;
余量为去离子水部分;
以上原料均为市售。
2.根据权利要求1所述的面层水性丙烯酸涂料,其特征为:所述的助剂包含水性流平剂、水性润湿分散助剂、热稳定助剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的底层水性醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物涂料,其特征为:所述的助剂包含水性润湿分散剂、热稳定剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保涂料,其特征为:可以涂在PET纺织品布的表面得到具有良好喷绘性能的喷印材料。
