Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保发泡聚丙烯材料及其制备方法。发泡聚丙烯材料,由下述质量分数的组分组成:复合聚丙烯材料70-85份,发泡剂5-10份,相容剂8-10份,分散剂5-10份;所述的复合聚丙烯材料,由下述质量分数的组分组成:均聚聚丙烯15-25份,共聚聚丙烯15-25份,聚乙烯15-25份,淀粉23-40,相容剂5-10份,交联剂2-5份,通过混合、挤出、干燥及造粒制得复合聚丙烯材料。本发明采用优异的共混技术综合了可生物降解材料和发泡聚丙烯材料的优点,从而使制备的发泡材料具有高耐热、质轻、科生物降解等特点。此种材料可广泛应用于日常用品上,如一次性餐盒、餐具、手提袋、购物袋等。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种发泡聚丙烯材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚丙烯发泡材料与其他发泡材料相比较,以其优异的热稳定性、良好的力学性能等优点而备受人们的喜爱。但是,由于聚丙烯属半结晶型聚合物,其熔体强度很低,使得其在发泡的过程中所产生的气泡很难被聚丙烯所包覆,难以制备高质量的发泡材料。随着社会的不断发展,人们对生活环境的追求越来越高,高分子材料的出现与发展,极大地方便了人们的生活。然而,聚丙烯材料本身是很难自动降解,所造成的“白色污染”现象日趋严峻,使得环境持续恶化。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种发泡质量好,可生物降解的发泡聚丙烯材料。
本发明的方法包括如下步骤:
一种发泡聚丙烯材料,其特征在于,由下述质量分数的组分组成:
复合聚丙烯材料 70-85
发泡剂 5-10
相容剂 5-10
分散剂 5-10
所述的复合聚丙烯材料,由下述质量分数的组分组成:
均聚聚丙烯 15-25
共聚聚丙烯 15-25
聚乙烯 15-25
淀粉 23-40
相容剂 5-10
交联剂 2-5
所述的均聚聚丙烯、共聚聚丙烯的熔融指数为1.0-5.0g/10min;
所述的发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺;所述的相容剂为马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯;所述的分散剂为乙醇与纯净水按照6:4的比例混合而成;
所述的一种发泡聚丙烯材料的制备方法,其步骤如下:将各组份投入反应釜中,通入二氧化碳气体,在温度为170-180℃、压力为7.5-8.5MPa、反应时间为0.5-2h,之后迅速泄压至常压,清洁、干燥得到环保发泡聚丙烯材料。
具体实施方式
以下提供本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的实施不限于以下的实施方式。
(1)复合聚丙烯材料的制备:按照各质量分数的组分组成,通过双螺杆挤出机,在180℃下,经挤出、水冷、干燥、切粒制得,各实施例对应的配方及检测结果见下表1-2。

(2)发泡聚丙烯材料的制备:将各组份投入反应釜中,通入二氧化碳气体,在温度为170-180℃、压力为7.5-8.5MPa、反应时间为0.5-2h,之后迅速泄压至常压,清洁、干燥得到环保发泡聚丙烯材料,各实施例对应的配方及检测结果见下表3-4。

1.一种发泡聚丙烯材料,其特征在于,由下述质量分数的组分组成:
复合聚丙烯材料 70-85
发泡剂 5-10

分散剂 5-10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡聚丙烯材料,其特征在于,所述的复合聚丙烯材料,有下述质量分数的组分组成:
均聚聚丙烯 15-25
共聚聚丙烯 15-25
聚乙烯 15-25
淀粉 23-40
相容剂 5-10
交联剂 2-5。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合聚丙烯材料,其特征在于,所述的均聚聚丙烯、共聚聚丙烯的熔融指数为1.0-5.0g/10min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡聚丙烯材料,其特征在于,所述的发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺;所述的相容剂为马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯;所述的分散剂为乙醇与纯净水按照6:4的比例混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡聚丙烯材料,其特征在于,将各组份投入反应釜中,通入二氧化碳气体,在温度为170-180℃、压力为7.5-8.5MPa、反应时间为0.5-2h,之后迅速泄压至常压,清洁、干燥得到环保发泡聚丙烯材料。
