本发明涉及一种五金件焊接座,具有呈矩形结构的渣槽,所述渣槽上设置有铝板,铝板上设置有若干上下通透的条形孔;所述铝板上设置有三条嵌槽,所述嵌槽分别靠近铝板的左侧面、右侧面及后侧面,嵌槽内插嵌有挡板;所述渣槽和铝板上各设置有两个大小相同且位置相互对应的销孔,销孔内插接有用于固定铝板和渣槽的定位销。这种五金件焊接座可以将焊接产品放置在铝板上进行焊接操作,可以有效防止在地面上直接焊接对地面造成的污染,焊接过程中产生的碎渣可以从铝板上落入其下方的渣槽内,方便清理,通过在铝板上安装挡板可以保证五金产品在焊接时碎渣不会溅到外部,保证了周围环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及五金件的焊接领域,尤其涉及一种五金件焊接座。
背景技术
铜、铝、合金钢等有色金属作为五金件的重要成员被广泛用于各类建材及门窗加工领域。为了能够将该类五金件能够根据设计要求进行组合连接,各部分之间的衔接处都是通过氩弧焊技术进行焊接的。该焊接技术是利用氩气对金属焊材的保护,通过高电流使焊材在被焊基材上融化成液态形成溶池,使被焊金属和焊材达到冶金结合。
但是,在焊接过程中,由于焊接温度高,五金件容易产生碎渣,并且,在地面上进行焊接的话,焊接后在地面上会产生焊接痕,并且很难清理干净,影响地面及周围环境。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种能够防止五金件焊接时对地面及周围产生破坏的五金件焊接座。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种五金件焊接座,具有呈矩形结构的渣槽,所述渣槽上设置有铝板,铝板上设置有若干上下通透的条形孔。
作为优选,所述铝板上设置有三条嵌槽,所述嵌槽分别靠近铝板的左侧面、右侧面及后侧面,嵌槽内插嵌有挡板。
作为优选,所述渣槽和铝板上各设置有两个大小相同且位置相互对应的销孔,销孔内插接有用于固定铝板和渣槽的定位销。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处在于:这种五金件焊接座可以将焊接产品放置在铝板上进行焊接操作,可以有效防止在地面上直接焊接对地面造成的污染,焊接过程中产生的碎渣可以从铝板上落入其下方的渣槽内,方便清理,通过在铝板上安装挡板可以保证五金产品在焊接时碎渣不会溅到外部,保证了周围环境。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。
图1所示一种五金件焊接座,具有呈矩形结构的渣槽1,所述渣槽1上设置有铝板5,铝板5上设置有若干上下通透的条形孔5,为了保证渣槽1与铝板5能够相互固定,防止焊接过程中出现错位,所述渣槽1和铝板5上各设置有两个大小相同且位置相互对应的销孔6,销孔6内插接有用于固定铝板2和渣槽1的定位销7;为了防止五金件焊接过程中的碎渣溅到外部,所述铝板5上设置有三条嵌槽4,所述嵌槽4分别靠近铝板5的左侧面、右侧面及后侧面,嵌槽4内插嵌有挡板3。
使用时,先将铝板2放置在渣槽1上,将铝板2和渣槽1上的销孔6对齐,然后将定位销7插入销孔6内,将铝板2和渣槽1固定,然后将挡板3插入铝板2上的嵌槽4内,完成组装,焊接时可以将五金件放置在铝板2上进行焊接,焊接产生的碎渣被挡板3挡住,并从铝板2上的条形孔5内落入渣槽1内,焊接完成后可以将渣槽1与铝板2分开,将渣槽1内的碎渣倒掉。
这种五金件焊接座可以将焊接产品放置在铝板2上进行焊接操作,可以有效防止在地面上直接焊接对地面造成的污染,焊接过程中产生的碎渣可以从铝板2上落入其下方的渣槽1内,方便清理,通过在铝板2上安装挡板3可以保证五金产品在焊接时碎渣不会溅到外部,保证了周围环境。

2.根据权利要求1所述的五金件焊接座,其特征在于:所述铝板(5)上设置有三条嵌槽(4),所述嵌槽(4)分别靠近铝板(5)的左侧面、右侧面及后侧面,嵌槽(4)内插嵌有挡板(3)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的五金件焊接座,其特征在于:所述渣槽(1)和铝板(5)上各设置有两个大小相同且位置相互对应的销孔(6),销孔(6)内插接有用于固定铝板(2)和渣槽(1)的定位销(7)。
