本发明公开了一种Hpb63-2铅黄铜线材生产工艺,工艺流程为:挤压至12.3mm→酸水洗→拉至9.5mm→半成品退火→拉至7.6mm→半成品退火→拉至5.8mm→半成品退火→拉至4.5mm→半成品退火→拉至3.2mm→半成品退火→拉至2.2mm→成品退火→拉制成品2.032±0.0254mm→检验→困料→入库。工艺简单,操作方便,易于控制,生产周期短。采用中间退火消除加工硬化,使其恢复塑性再继续加工,保证了其机械性能,制品表面光洁。

本发明属于线材生产工艺,具体涉及一种Hpb63-2铅黄铜线材生产工艺。
背景技术
Hpb63-2铅黄铜属复杂黄铜,其铜含量在61.0%~64.5%,铅含量在1.3%~2.3%,铁杂质小于0.1%,其它杂质含量符合ASTM标准,余量是锌。国内生产工艺还未成型。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术领域存在的上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于,提供一种Hpb63-2铅黄铜线材生产工艺,工艺简单易控。
本发明提供的Hpb63-2铅黄铜线材生产工艺,工艺流程为:挤压至12.3mm→酸水洗→拉至9.5mm→半成品退火→拉至7.6mm→半成品退火→拉至5.8mm→半成品退火→拉至4.5mm→半成品退火→拉至3.2mm→半成品退火→拉至2.2mm→成品退火→拉制成品2.032±0.0254mm→检验→困料→入库。其中,酸水洗是在常温下,在含15%~25%硫酸水溶液中洗10~30min,控酸5min,高压水冲洗,洗净后干燥;半成品退火温度650~670℃,保温65~75min,氧化进行;成品退火温度630℃,保温2.5h,氧化进行。
本发明提供的Hpb63-2铅黄铜线材生产工艺,其有益效果在于,工艺简单,操作方便,易于控制,生产周期短。采用中间退火消除加工硬化,使其恢复塑性再继续加工,保证了其机械性能,制品表面光洁。
