诺丽(Noni),即海巴戟(Morinda citrifolia L.),又称印桑椹、萝梨、海滨木巴戟、橘叶巴戟、檄树等,为茜草科巴戟天属常绿阔叶灌木或小乔木,原产于南太平洋热带、亚热带诸岛,我国海南、西沙群岛、台湾也有分布。诺丽作为玻利尼西亚(Polynesia)土著民重要传统药用植物已经使用了几千年,其主要含有环烯醚萜类、木脂素类、黄酮类、蒽醌类、多糖及糖苷类化合物,并含有多种人体必需的氨基酸、维生素、微量元素等,具有较好的抗氧化、抗衰老、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤、保肝、抗炎、抗菌、保护心血管、增强免疫力等药理作用。
雨生红球藻,属于团藻目,红球藻科,又称湖生红球藻或湖生血球藻,在适宜它生长的条件下普遍存在于自然界中,被公认为自然界中生产天然虾青素的最好生物。虾青素,是类胡萝卜素的一种,为一种较强的天然抗氧化剂,其抗氧化能力为维他命E的550倍、β-胡萝卜素的10倍。虾青素具有保护皮肤和眼睛,抵抗辐射、心血管老化、老年痴呆和癌症等功效。
木糖醇是人体糖类代谢的中间体,在体内缺少胰岛素影响糖代谢情况下,无须胰岛素促进,其也能透过细胞膜,被组织吸收利用,促进肝糖元合成,供细胞以营养和能量,且不会引起血糖值升高,消除糖尿病人服用后的“三多”症状,是最适合糖尿病患者食用的营养性的食糖代替品。

各类原料的分量比为诺丽果720,雨生红球藻90,番茄90,苹果18,魔芋90,干姜90,葡萄180,山药180,薏苡仁180,大枣90,西红花2,木糖醇72。

(1)预处理
称取下列重量份的原料(按干品折算):诺丽果500-800,雨生红球藻80-100,番茄60-90,苹果10-30,魔芋80-100,干姜90-100,葡萄100-200,山药130-180,薏苡160-190,大枣80-100,西红花1-3,木糖醇60-100。其中诺丽果、苹果、大枣需去核,其余原料清洗,去除杂质。

作为最优选的方案,以上所述的延缓衰老的养生复合果蔬粉,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:诺丽果720,雨生红球藻90,番茄90,苹果18,魔芋90,干姜90,葡萄180,山药180,薏苡仁180,大枣90,西红花2,木糖醇72。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果体现在:
(1)本发明的一种延缓衰老的养生复合果蔬粉,香气浓郁,风味独特,口感极佳,且制作工艺简单、环保;
(2)成熟的诺丽果具有一定的刺激性气味,传统单独食用诺丽果的方法,口感较差,本发明所述的复合物为诺丽加上果蔬粉,能够掩盖诺丽的特殊气味;
(3)依据中医药理论,对配方中的原料进行性味辨证,并合理配伍,以防偏性;
(4)本发明中使用木糖醇作为甜味剂,同时可作为患有糖尿病、肥胖病和高脂血症等特殊人群的营养补充剂和辅助治疗剂,拓宽了该养生复合果蔬粉的应用范围。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明方案进行进一步描述,但本发明的保护范围并不仅限于此。
实施例1
一种延缓衰老的养生复合果蔬粉,按重量份计:诺丽果720,雨生红球藻100,番茄80,苹果18,魔芋80,干姜100,葡萄180,山药130,薏苡170,大枣100,西红花1,木糖醇100。
所述延缓衰老的养生复合果蔬粉,由以下方法和步骤制备而成:
(1)预处理
诺丽果、苹果、大枣需去核,其余原料清洗,去除杂质。
(2)通过冷冻制备提取物:使用破碎机对诺丽果、雨生红球藻、番茄、苹果、葡萄进行破碎、混合,得到果浆,过滤,滤液采用冷冻干燥,所得冷冻粉备用;去除滤液的滤渣备用。
(3)通过喷雾制备提取物:将其余样品粉碎,与步骤(2)中的滤渣混合均匀,分别加入10、8、6倍水回流提取三次,每次1h,提取液适当浓缩之后,采用喷雾干燥,制备得粉末备用。
(4)混合与粉碎:将步骤(2)和(3)中的提取物粉末再加入木糖醇,并进行超微粉碎即得所需养生复合果蔬粉;

审评鉴定实验
实验人数共30人,年龄均在55-60岁的亚健康人群,连续服用一个月,对上述延缓衰老的养生复合果蔬粉进行综合对比评定。
评定标准见下表:

基于秀丽隐杆线虫模型的果蔬粉抗衰老活性评价
秀丽隐杆线虫是抗衰老研究的模式生物,被广泛应用于衰老相关的信号转导和药物筛选研究。本研究以白藜芦醇为阳性药物,评价果蔬粉的抗衰老活性大小。具体步骤如下:
线虫的培养:参照BrennerS等的方法,少量传代时挑取处于产卵期的单个雌雄同体的线虫于铺有E.coli OP50的线虫标准培养基(Nematode Growth Medium,NGM)中, 20℃培养;大量传代时可使用经灼烧灭菌的手术刀片,切一块含有线虫较多的培养基,转移到新的铺有E.coli OP50的NGM培养基上,线虫会自动由食物较少的培养基边缘爬到食物较多菌苔中去。培养线虫时,尽量选择表面光滑,无气泡、划痕的培养板。
线虫寿命的测量:参见LakowskiB等的方法,将同期化后的线虫置于含或不含受试物的NGM板中,发育为L4期后的线虫转入相应浓度实验板中,每组实验样本数不少于60条,此时记为寿命实验day0;隔天探视线虫,并记录线虫生存、死亡及剔除出实验的条数。对线虫死亡判断标准:无移动及吞咽动作,轻触后仍无任何反应。剔除标准:①逃离至平皿壁或盖上而干死;②虫卵在体内孵化而成袋样虫;③ 钻入琼脂中。DMSO在实验中终浓度<l%。实验浓度低剂量为每毫升0.01mg,中剂量为每毫升0.025mg,高剂量为每毫升0.05mg,对照组白藜芦醇为每毫升0.025mg,所有的实验板都置于20℃下培养。

Claims (4)
1.一种延缓衰老的养生复合果蔬粉,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:诺丽果500-800,雨生红球藻80-100,番茄60-90,苹果10-30,魔芋80-100,干姜90-100,葡萄100-200,山药130-180,薏苡160-190,大枣80-100,西红花1-3,木糖醇60-100,上述原料通过冷冻制备果浆提取物,再通过回流提取和喷雾干燥制备果粉提取物,最后通过混合、粉碎而得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的延缓衰老的养生复合果蔬粉,其特征在于,各类原料的分量比为诺丽果720,雨生红球藻90,番茄90,苹果18,魔芋90,干姜90,葡萄180,山药180,薏苡仁180,大枣90,西红花2,木糖醇72。
3.一种延缓衰老的养生复合果蔬粉的制备方法,其特征在于包含以下步骤:
(1)预处理;称取下列重量份的原料:诺丽果500-800,雨生红球藻80-100,番茄60-90,苹果10-30,魔芋80-100,干姜90-100,葡萄100-200,山药130-180,薏苡160-190,大枣80-100,西红花1-3,木糖醇60-100;其中诺丽果、苹果、大枣需去核,其余原料清洗,去除杂质;
(2)通过冷冻制备提取物:使用破碎机对诺丽果、雨生红球藻、番茄、苹果、葡萄进行破碎、混合,得到果浆,过滤,滤液采用冷冻干燥,所得冷冻粉备用;去除滤液的滤渣备用;
(3)通过喷雾制备提取物:将其余样品粉碎,与步骤(2)中的滤渣混合均匀,分别加入10、8、6倍水回流提取三次,每次1h,提取液适当浓缩之后,采用喷雾干燥,制备得粉末备用;
(4)混合与粉碎:将步骤(2)和(3)中的提取物粉末再加入木糖醇,并进行超微粉碎即得所需养生复合果蔬粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种延缓衰老的养生复合果蔬粉的制备方法,其特征在于所述预处理步骤中由下列重量份的原料制成:诺丽果720,雨生红球藻90,番茄90,苹果18,魔芋90,干姜90,葡萄180,山药180,薏苡仁180,大枣90,西红花2,木糖醇72。
