本发明公开了一种橡胶减振器,它包括顶板、硫化橡胶体,所述顶板镶嵌于硫化橡胶体的顶部上,所述硫化橡胶体的下端中心处设有梯形的定位槽,所述定位槽的两侧对称设有梯形定位结构,且梯形定位槽的内壁两侧设有固定凸台;所述硫化橡胶体下端两侧设有受力工作台,该受力工作台上部成一定角度与硫化橡胶体顶面过渡。该减振器减少了减振器使用数量,安装简单,节省了工时,提高了安装效率,降低了成本。

技术领域
本发明属于橡胶减振器,具体涉及一种高速列车、地铁等轨道交通车辆用地板减振器。
背景技术
目前,浮筑地板安装结构主要通过减振器实现车体地板与车内地板的安装连接,为满足地板在满载及超载工况的下沉量要求,地板减振器必须保持较小的安装间距,安装数量较多,并且在安装前需提前测量、标定减振器安装位置,再进行安装,安装效率低,工时长。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术领域存在的上述问题,本发明的目的在于,提供一种地板减振器,解决传统的减振器数量多、安装效率低、工时长等问题。
本发明提供的地板减振器,它包括顶板、硫化橡胶体,所述顶板镶嵌于硫化橡胶体的顶部上,所述硫化橡胶体的下端中心处设有梯形的定位槽,所述定位槽的两侧对称设有梯形定位结构,且梯形定位槽的内壁两侧设有固定凸台;所述硫化橡胶体下端两侧设有受力工作台,该受力工作台上部成一定角度与硫化橡胶体顶面过渡。所述顶板为金属板。
减振器上面镶嵌金属板,材料可以是碳钢、不锈钢、铝合金等金属材料;减振器的两侧在安装时起导向作用,使其达到更容易安装的效果;中间设计有定位槽,起定位作用,内侧的固定凸台,起到固定的作用,以免减振器在使用过程中与安装座分离。
本发明提供的地板减振器,其有益效果在于,该减振器减少了减振器使用数量,安装简单,节省了工时,提高了安装效率,降低了成本。

参照图1,本实施例的地板减振器,它包括顶板1、硫化橡胶体2,所述顶板1镶嵌于硫化橡胶体2的顶部上,所述硫化橡胶体2的下端中心处设有梯形定位槽3,所述梯形定位槽3的两侧对称设有梯形定位结构4,且定位槽3的内壁两侧设有固定凸台5;所述顶板1为金属板。 
减振器长度:20mm-800mm,宽度:10mm-500mm,高度10mm-500mm,受力工作台上部成0°-160°角度与硫化橡胶体顶面过渡;顶板采用铝合金材料,厚度:0.5mm-15mm;梯形定位槽深度:1-500mm,宽度:1-500mm,与水平面夹角:0°-180°;硫化橡胶体2的材料:氯丁胶、三元乙丙胶、天然橡胶和丁基等各种胶种。

1.一种橡胶减振器,其特征在于:它包括顶板、硫化橡胶体,所述顶板镶嵌于硫化橡胶体的顶部上,所述硫化橡胶体的下端中心处设有梯形的定位槽,所述定位槽的两侧对称设有梯形定位结构,且梯形定位槽的内壁两侧设有固定凸台;所述硫化橡胶体下端两侧设有受力工作台,该受力工作台上部成一定角度与硫化橡胶体顶面过渡。
