Abstract

本发明公开了一种磁力管道切割机减震轮,包含一连接头,在所述的连接头上可转动地设有一第一弹力支架和一第二弹力支架,在所述的第一弹力支架和第二弹力支架间设有一转轴,在所述的转轴上设有一弹性滚轮,所述的弹性滚轮为充气轮胎, 所述的第一弹力支架和第二弹力支架为多层片状弹力钢片制成。由于本发明的磁力管道切割机减震轮在轮体上设置了两个多层片状弹力钢片制成的支撑杆,并用充气轮胎代替实心滚轮,从而大大提高了滚轮本体对震动的吸收能力。

本发明涉及一种减震轮,更确切地说,是一种磁力管道切割机减震轮。
背景技术
磁力管道切割机在工作过程中由于切割力的作用会造成切割机本体震动较大,影响切割机的切割精度。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种可以有效吸收切割机震动的磁力管道切割机减震轮。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种磁力管道切割机减震轮,包含一连接头,在所述的连接头上可转动地设有一第一弹力支架和一第二弹力支架,在所述的第一弹力支架和第二弹力支架间设有一转轴,在所述的转轴上设有一弹性滚轮。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的弹性滚轮为充气轮胎。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的第一弹力支架和第二弹力支架为多层片状弹力钢片制成。
由于本发明的磁力管道切割机减震轮在轮体上设置了两个多层片状弹力钢片制成的支撑杆,并用充气轮胎代替实心滚轮,从而大大提高了滚轮本体对震动的吸收能力。

本发明提供了一种可以有效吸收切割机震动的磁力管道切割机减震轮。
如图1、图2所示,一种磁力管道切割机减震轮1,包含一连接头2,在所述的连接头2上可转动地设有一第一弹力支架31和一第二弹力支架32,在所述的第一弹力支架31和第二弹力支架32间设有一转轴4,在所述的转轴4上设有一弹性滚轮5。
如图1、图2所示,所述的弹性滚轮5为充气轮胎。
如图1、图2所示,所述的第一弹力支架31和第二弹力支架32为多层片状弹力钢片制成。
该发明的磁力管道切割机减震轮在轮体上设置了两个多层片状弹力钢片制成的支撑杆,并用充气轮胎代替实心滚轮,从而大大提高了滚轮本体对震动的吸收能力。
以上仅仅以一个实施方式来说明本发明的设计思路,在系统允许的情况下,本发明可以扩展为同时外接更多的功能模块,从而最大限度扩展其功能。

1.一种磁力管道切割机减震轮(1),包含一连接头(2),其特征在于,在所述的连接头(2)上可转动地设有一第一弹力支架(31)和一第二弹力支架(32),在所述的第一弹力支架(31)和第二弹力支架(32)间设有一转轴(4),在所述的转轴(4)上设有一弹性滚轮(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁力管道切割机减震轮,其特征在于,所述的弹性滚轮(5)为充气轮胎。
3.根据权利要求2所述的磁力管道切割机减震轮,其特征在于,所述的第一弹力支架(31)和第二弹力支架(32)为多层片状弹力钢片制成。
