Abstract

一种换气扇,用以降低现有换气扇的制造成本,该换气扇包含:一个壳座,结合于一个基座,该壳座内部形成一个容置空间以供容置一个扇轮,该扇轮设置于该基座及该壳座之间,该壳座开设连通该容置空间的一个入风口及一个出风口,该入风口及该出风口分别与该扇轮相对位,且该壳座设有一个第一结合部;及一个框体结合于该壳座,该框体设有一个第二结合部,该第二结合部与该壳座的第一结合部相互对位结合,该框体另开设与该壳座的入风口相对位的一个通孔。

技术领域
本发明关于一种换气扇,尤其是一种能够适用不同规格的扇轮的换气扇。
背景技术
请参照图1所示,中国台湾专利公告第I393846号《通风装置》专利案是揭示一种现有换气扇9,包含一基座91、一驱动装置92、一叶轮93、一壳体94、一盖体95及一通道连接器96。该驱动装置92设置于该基座91上;该叶轮93耦接于该驱动装置92并受该驱动装置92所驱动;该壳体94用以容置该叶轮93并与该基座91相结合;而该盖体95及该通道连接器96则分别与该壳体94组接。借此,该驱动装置92可以驱动该叶轮93旋转,将空气自该盖体95外部引入,进而形成气流并且自该通道连接器96吹出,以达成通风功能。
该现有换气扇9的叶轮93必须容置于该壳体94当中,于该壳体94分别开设对应该盖体95的入风口与对应该通道连接器96的出风口,使得该叶轮93运转时能够确实自该盖体95外部引入空气、以及由该通道连接器96排出空气,确保该现有换气扇9具有足够的风压和排风量。为此,该壳体94的尺寸与形状必须配合该叶轮93的规格设计。再者,该壳体94另设有一框体941,利用该框体941与该盖体95相结合。由于该框体941一体成形于该壳体94上,使得用以成形该壳体94的模具结构复杂而难以制造,导致生产该现有换气扇9的整体制程难度较高。
此外,因应使用场合及使用量的不同,消费者对于该现有换气扇9的风压和排风量的需求也有所不同,影响风压和排风量的主要因素为该叶轮93的规格及其转速,因此生产该现有换气扇9的相关业者势必得生产具有不同叶轮93规格的产品,以符合各式消费者的需求。然而,对应不同的叶轮93规格,必须额外进行开模以制作不同尺寸与形状的壳体94以供容置该叶轮93,该壳体94包含该框体941造成其模具制造困难,如此重复开模制作该壳体94容易导致该现有换气扇9的整体制造成本提高,并不符合经济效益。
有鉴于此,亟需提供一种进一步改良的换气扇,以改善上述现有换气扇9的壳体94模具制造困难的问题,有效降低换气扇的制造成本。
发明内容
本发明的一目的是提供一种换气扇,借助开模制作不同尺寸与形状的壳座以供容置不同规格的叶轮,并且分别于该壳座和一框体上设置能够相互对位结合的一第一结合部及一第二结合部,使得该壳体可以与该框体相互结合,该换气扇即可适用不同规格的扇轮,可达到降低制造成本的功效。
为达到前述发明目的,本发明所运用的技术手段包含有:
一种换气扇,包含:一个壳座,结合于一个基座,该壳座内部形成一个容置空间以供容置一个扇轮,该扇轮设置于该基座及该壳座之间,该壳座开设连通该容置空间的一个入风口及一个出风口,该入风口及该出风口分别与该扇轮相对位,且该壳座设有一个第一结合部;及一个框体结合于该壳座,该框体设有一个第二结合部,该第二结合部与该壳座的第一结合部相互对位结合,该框体另开设与该壳座的入风口相对位的一个通孔。
本发明的换气扇,其中,该换气扇另包含一个排风罩,该排风罩结合于该框体以遮蔽该通孔,且该排风罩开设有数个连通该通孔的通风口。
本发明的换气扇,其中,该壳座的第一结合部为数个固定孔,该框体的第二结合部为数个穿孔,该第二结合部所形成的数个穿孔分别与第一结合部所形成的数个固定孔相互对位,且各该穿孔穿伸锁固元件以锁固于各该固定孔。
本发明的换气扇,其中,该第一结合部设置于该壳座远离该基座的一侧。
本发明的换气扇,其中,该框体的通孔的孔径大于该壳座的入风口的孔径。
本发明的换气扇,其中,该壳座的出风口结合一个连接件,该连接件连通该出风口及一通风管道。
本发明的换气扇,其中,该基座上设有一个定子组,该定子组结合该扇轮,用以驱动该扇轮旋转。
综上所述,本发明换气扇提供一种换气扇,借助开模制作不同尺寸与形状的壳座以供容置不同规格的叶轮,并且分别于该壳座和一框体上设置能够相互对位结合的一第一结合部及一第二结合部,使得该壳体可以与该框体相互结合,该换气扇即可适用不同规格的扇轮,确实可达到降低制造成本的功效。

具体实施方式
为让本发明的上述及其它目的、特征及优点能更明显易懂,下文特举本发明的较佳实施例,并配合所附图式,作详细说明如下: 
请参照图2所示,本发明较佳实施例的一换气扇1包含相互结合的一基座11及一壳座12,该壳座12内部形成一容置空间R以供容置一扇轮13,该扇轮13设置于该基座11及该壳座12间。该基座11上可以设有一定子组(图未绘示),该定子组结合该扇轮13以驱动该扇轮13旋转,由于该定子组的设置为风扇制造领域中具有通常知识者均能轻易理解的现有技术,关于该定子组的细部结构及其运作方式恕不另行赘述。该壳座12开设有连通该容置空间R的一入风口121及一出风口122,该入风口121及该出风口122分别与该扇轮13相对位,该壳座12远离该基座11的一侧设有一第一结合部123,该第一结合部123可以为各式现有结合结构。
该较佳实施例的换气扇1另包含一框体14,该框体14结合于该壳座12远离该基座11的一侧。详言之,该框体14开设有一通孔141,该通孔141与该壳座12的入风口121相对位,该通孔141的孔径较佳大于该入风口121的孔径,以避免将该框体14与该壳座12相结合时不当遮蔽该入风口121,有利于该框体14与该壳座12的组装。此外该框体14设有一第二结合部142,该第二结合部142和该壳座12的第一结合部123为相对应的现有结合结构,用以与该壳座12的第一结合部123相互对位结合,以便该框体14与该壳座12形成可拆装地结合设计。在本实施例当中,该壳座12的第一结合部123为数个固定孔,该框体14的第二结合部142为数个穿孔,该第二结合部142所形成的数个穿孔分别与该第一结合部123所形成的数个固定孔相互对位,利用如螺丝等锁固元件S穿伸各该穿孔并锁固于各该固定孔,使该壳座12与该框体14能够确实结合固定。惟,该二第一结合部123、142除了所述的锁固结构外,也可以为卡榫结构、扣接结构或螺接结构等其它相对应的现有结合结构,本发明并不以此为限。
该较佳实施例的换气扇1实际使用时,可以经由该框体14以装设于天花板或墙面等位置,透过驱动容置于该壳座12的容置空间R当中的扇轮13旋转,以将空气经由该框体14的通孔141及该壳座12的入风口121引入该容置空间R当中,进而形成气流并且自该壳座12的出风口122排出,达成换气功能。该较佳实施例的换气扇1还可以包含一排风罩15,该排风罩15结合于该框体14以遮蔽该通孔141,且该排风罩15开设有数个连通该通孔141的通风口151,该通风口151的孔径相对该通孔141较为狭小,能够有效防止灰尘随着气流被吸入该换气扇1当中。此外,该壳座12的出风口122可以结合一连接件16,该连接件16可以为连通管以连通该出风口122及一通风管道(图未绘示),使得由该出风口122排出的空气能够被导入该通风管道当中。
请一并参照图3所示,该壳座12沿着该扇轮13的轴向延伸方向上具有一高度H,且该壳座12沿着该扇轮13的径向延伸方向上具有一宽度D,该壳座12的高度H及该宽度D均需对应该扇轮13的规格设计,使得该扇轮13能够容置于该容置空间R当中,并使该壳座12的入风口121及出风口122能够分别与该扇轮13相对位。
然而,请参照图4所示,若该较佳实施例的换气扇1欲换用轴向高度较小的一扇轮13’时,仅需采用对应该扇轮13’的一壳座12’,该壳座12’具有相对该高度H较小的一高度H’,且该壳座12’的出风口122的孔径可以对应该扇轮13’设计,使得该壳座12’的出风口122能够与该扇轮13’相对位,且该壳座12’与该扇轮13’之间不会形成多余间隙而降低风压;反之,若该较佳实施例的换气扇1欲换用一轴向高度较大的另一扇轮时,仅需采用高度相对该高度H较大的另一壳座,使得该壳座的容置空间能够对应容置该扇轮。
换言之,当该较佳实施例的换气扇1需换用一轴向高度不同的扇轮13时,借助更换该壳座12,即可确保该扇轮13能够对应容置于该壳座12的容置空间R中、以及该壳座12的出风口122能够与该扇轮13相对位,俾使轴向高度不同的扇轮13均能适用于该换气扇1。同理,当该较佳实施例的换气扇1需换用一径向长度不同的扇轮13时,借助更换具有不同宽度D的壳座12,且该壳座12的入风口121的孔径对应该扇轮13设计,即可确保该扇轮13能够对应容置于该壳座12的容置空间R中、以及该壳座12的入风口121能够与该扇轮13相对位,俾使径向长度不同的扇轮13均能适用于该换气扇1。据此,透过更换不同的壳座12可以使该较佳实施例的换气扇1适用不同规格的扇轮13,且不同的壳座12能够分别结合该基座11及该框体14,因此该基座11及该框体14皆毋须对应不同规格的扇轮13作更换。
借助前揭的结构特征,并以图3及图4所分别揭示的不同规格的扇轮13、13’为例提出说明,本发明较佳实施例的换气扇1的主要特点在于:
当欲将不同规格的扇轮13结合于该换气扇1时,无须针对该框体14重新开模制作,仅须更换适合该扇轮13安装的壳体12(如第3及4图分别揭示的不同型式的壳体12、12’),其中所更换的壳体12的第第一结合部123与该框体14的第二结合部142同样必须相互对位,用以使该壳体12可以与该框体14相互结合。该壳体12及该框体14形成可拆装的独立构件,且该框体14毋须随该扇轮13作更换,以上述图1所示的现有换气扇9作对照,单纯开模制造该壳体12时,用以成形该壳体12的模具结构复杂度将远小于用以成形该现有换气扇9的壳体94的模具结构,因此,可有效降低本发明换气扇1的制造难度,达到降低该换气扇1制造成本的功效。
综上所述,本发明换气扇提供一种换气扇,借助开模制作不同尺寸与形状的壳座以供容置不同规格的叶轮,并且分别于该壳座和一框体上设置能够相互对位结合的一第一结合部及一第二结合部,使得该壳体可以与该框体相互结合,该换气扇即可适用不同规格的扇轮,确实可达到降低制造成本的功效。
只是以上所述的,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,当不能以此限定本发明实施范围;故,凡依本发明申请专利范围及创作说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种换气扇,其特征在于,包含:
一个壳座,结合于一个基座,该壳座内部形成一个容置空间以供容置一个扇轮,该扇轮设置于该基座及该壳座之间,该壳座开设连通该容置空间的一个入风口及一个出风口,该入风口及该出风口分别与该扇轮相对位,且该壳座设有一个第一结合部;及
一个框体结合于该壳座,该框体设有一个第二结合部,该第二结合部与该壳座的第一结合部相互对位结合,该框体另开设与该壳座的入风口相对位的一个通孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的换气扇,其特征在于,该换气扇另包含一个排风罩,该排风罩结合于该框体以遮蔽该通孔,且该排风罩开设有数个连通该通孔的通风口。
3.如权利要求1所述的换气扇,其特征在于,该壳座的第一结合部为数个固定孔,该框体的第二结合部为数个穿孔,该第二结合部所形成的数个穿孔分别与第一结合部所形成的数个固定孔相互对位,且各该穿孔穿伸锁固元件以锁固于各该固定孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的换气扇,其特征在于,该第一结合部设置于该壳座远离该基座的一侧。
5.如权利要求1所述的换气扇,其特征在于,该框体的通孔的孔径大于该壳座的入风口的孔径。
6.如权利要求1至5任一项所述的换气扇,其特征在于,该壳座的出风口结合一个连接件,该连接件连通该出风口及一个通风管道。
7.如权利要求1至5任一项所述的换气扇,其特征在于,该基座上设有一个定子组,该定子组结合该扇轮用以驱动该扇轮旋转。
