本发明公开了一种金属表面处理剂,以重量组分计包括以下组分:乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷3-7份,月桂醇1-2份,十二醇酯2-4份,对苯二酚0.5-1份,乙醇10-15份,水90-100份,γ- 环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷5-10份,苯并三氮唑0.2-0.5份,4,4- 亚甲基(2,6- 二叔丁基苯酚)0.5-0.8份,牛脂胺0.5-1份,辛烷基胺0.2-0.5份,癸烷基胺0.5-0.8份,缓蚀剂0.2-0.8份,表面活性剂0.02-0.06份。本发明成分简单,成本低廉,缓蚀剂可降低金属的腐蚀速率,表面活性剂能够降低表面张力,具有润湿、乳化功能。

一种金属表面处理剂
技术领域
本发明属于化工领域,具体涉及的是一种金属表面处理剂。
背景技术
目前,在涂装行业,金属制品尤其是板材的涂装,通常采用磷化工艺提高涂层与金属的附着力。
磷化工艺有着明显的缺陷,磷化工艺主要使用的是以磷酸盐为主的成膜剂,但磷化液使用温度需达到45-65℃,能耗高;磷化过程中生成大量沉渣,即浪费了化学药品又增加了清除废渣的工作量,如处理不当还会影响磷化膜的质量;工序复杂,生成连贯性差。同时,清理过程中需使用大量的强碱和强酸,增加污染物的排放负荷。为了解决污染问题,有考虑用硅烷皮膜处理工艺取代磷化工艺,皮膜处理工艺主要是在金属表面形成一层吸附膜,其工艺简单,但是达不到磷化工艺的要求,效果并不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种金属表面处理剂,提高防锈性能,而且能抑止金属表面出现锈斑。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种金属表面处理剂,以重量组分计包括以下组分:乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷3-7份,月桂醇1-2份,十二醇酯2-4份,对苯二酚0.5-1份,乙醇10-15份,水90-100份,γ- 环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷5-10份,苯并三氮唑0.2-0.5份,4,4- 亚甲基(2,6- 二叔丁基苯酚)0.5-0.8份,牛脂胺0.5-1份,辛烷基胺0.2-0.5份,癸烷基胺0.5-0.8份,缓蚀剂0.2-0.8份,表面活性剂0.02-0.06份。
优选的,金属表面处理剂,以重量组分计包括以下组分乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷4-6份,月桂醇1.4-1.6份,十二醇酯2.5-3.5份,对苯二酚0.6-0.8份,乙醇12-14份,水92-95份,γ- 环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷6-8份,苯并三氮唑0.3-0.4份,4,4- 亚甲基(2,6- 二叔丁基苯酚)0.6-0.7份,牛脂胺0.6-0.8份,辛烷基胺0.3-0.4份,癸烷基胺0.6-0.7份,缓蚀剂0.4-0.6份,表面活性剂0.04-0.05份。
优选的,所述缓蚀剂为乙胺、二乙胺、乙醇胺、二乙醇胺中的一种。
优选的,所述表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种。
本发明的有益效果是:

取乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷3份,月桂醇1份,十二醇酯2份,对苯二酚0.5份,乙醇10份,水90份,γ- 环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷5份,苯并三氮唑0.2份,4,4- 亚甲基(2,6- 二叔丁基苯酚)0.5份,牛脂胺0.5份,辛烷基胺0.2份,癸烷基胺0.5份,乙胺0.2份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.02份,制备金属表面活性剂。
实施例2
乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷5份,月桂醇1.5份,十二醇酯3份,对苯二酚0.8份,乙醇12份,水95份,γ- 环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷7份,苯并三氮唑0.3份,4,4- 亚甲基(2,6- 二叔丁基苯酚)0.6份,牛脂胺0.8份,辛烷基胺0.3份,癸烷基胺0.7份,二乙胺0.5份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.04份,制备金属表面活性剂。
实施例3
乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷7份,月桂醇2份,十二醇酯4份,对苯二酚1份,乙醇15份,水100份,γ- 环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷10份,苯并三氮唑0.5份,4,4- 亚甲基(2,6- 二叔丁基苯酚)0.8份,牛脂胺1份,辛烷基胺0.5份,癸烷基胺0.8份,乙醇胺0.8份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.06份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的金属表面处理剂,其特征在于,以重量组分计包括以下组分:乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷4-6份,月桂醇1.4-1.6份,十二醇酯2.5-3.5份,对苯二酚0.6-0.8份,乙醇12-14份,水92-95份,γ- 环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷6-8份,苯并三氮唑0.3-0.4份,4,4- 亚甲基(2,6- 二叔丁基苯酚)0.6-0.7份,牛脂胺0.6-0.8份,辛烷基胺0.3-0.4份,癸烷基胺0.6-0.7份,缓蚀剂0.4-0.6份,表面活性剂0.04-0.05份。
