Abstract

本发明涉及一种防水环保涂料的制备方法,采用的丙烯酸树脂是由丙烯酸、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯和丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯为单体经共聚得到的,采用了特定的树脂原料,以及各助剂、溶剂和填料的特定的配比,从而实现了涂料的优异的防水性能。本发明的涂料不仅施工方便、综合造价低,而且环保无毒、易清洗,与基材的附着力强,涂层稳定性好,保护性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料的制备方法,具体涉及一种防水环保涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
近年来由于涂料用量愈来愈大,使用面越来越广,它的重要性逐渐被认同,有关应用基础研究也得到了发展,但仍然难于应对涂料发展的更高需求,随着科学技术的进步,涂料这种在整个国民经济发展和人民生活提高中起到重要作用的材料,必然在国内有新的更大的发展,有关研究会逐步增强。
现有的防水涂料有多种,有的施工操作复杂且性能差;有的防水效果差,耐候性能差;有的需要现场配料不仅施工麻烦而且存在配料不准导致性能下降影响防水效果;有的容易产生气泡,表面光泽度不好,因此生产一种高性能的防水环保涂料是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防水环保的新型涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防水环保涂料,该涂料包含以下重量份数的组分:
丙烯酸树脂40份,乙二醇丁醚5份,聚丙烯酸酯4份,消泡剂3份, 三乙醇胺3份,六偏磷酸钠2份,顺丁烯二酸二钠2份,增滑防水雾蜡粉3份,聚氧乙烯基辛基苯基醚2份,着色剂5份,乙醇10份,异丙醇20份,正丁醇20份;
所述涂料采用如下方法制备,各原料均以重量份数计:
1)将乙醇10份,异丙醇20份加入容器中,搅拌下加入丙烯酸树脂40份,进行搅拌混合直到全部溶解均匀,停止搅拌,获得混合液A;
2)取乙二醇丁醚5份,聚丙烯酸酯4份,消泡剂3份, 三乙醇胺3份,增滑防水雾蜡粉3份,聚氧乙烯基辛基苯基醚2份,在搅拌下加入步骤1)所得溶液中,充分搅拌混合,直到均匀,停止搅拌,获得混合液B;
3)再将正丁醇20份加入步骤2)获得的混合液B中,搅拌下加入六偏磷酸钠2份,顺丁烯二酸二钠2份,进行搅拌混合,直到均匀,最后在搅拌下加入着色剂5份, 进行充分搅拌混合,然后进行超微研磨3小时,停止研磨,出料,获得防水环保涂料;
所述丙烯酸树脂是由丙烯酸、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯和丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯为单体经共聚得到的。
所述步骤1)中搅拌时间30分钟,搅拌速率为400转/分。
所述步骤2)中搅拌时间60分钟,搅拌速率为400转/分。
所述步骤3)中搅拌时间60分钟,搅拌速率为500转/分。
本发明的有益效果
本发明采用的丙烯酸树脂是由丙烯酸、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯和丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯为单体经共聚得到的,采用了特定的树脂原料,以及各助剂、溶剂和填料的特定的配比,从而实现了涂料的优异的防水性能。本发明的涂料不仅施工方便、综合造价低,而且环保无毒、易清洗,与基材的附着力强,涂层稳定性好,保护性好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
取丙烯酸、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯和丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯单体经共聚得到丙烯酸树脂。
将乙醇10份,异丙醇20份加入容器中,搅拌下加入上述制得的丙烯酸树脂40份,进行搅拌混合直到全部溶解均匀,停止搅拌,获得混合液A。
取乙二醇丁醚5份,聚丙烯酸酯4份,消泡剂3份, 三乙醇胺3份,增滑防水雾蜡粉3份,聚氧乙烯基辛基苯基醚2份,在搅拌下加入混合液A中,充分搅拌混合,直到均匀,停止搅拌,获得混合液B。
再将正丁醇20份加入混合液B中,搅拌下加入六偏磷酸钠2份,顺丁烯二酸二钠2份,进行搅拌混合,直到均匀,最后在搅拌下加入着色剂5份, 进行充分搅拌混合,然后进行超微研磨3小时,停止研磨,出料,获得防水环保涂料。
性能测试:延伸率:≥350% ;不透水性:0.3MPa( 1.5小时不透水)。
对比例1
采用传统的方式以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯单体为原料,经共聚得到丙烯酸树脂。
将乙醇10份,异丙醇20份加入容器中,搅拌下加入上述制得的丙烯酸树脂40份,进行搅拌混合直到全部溶解均匀,停止搅拌,获得混合液A;
取乙二醇丁醚5份,聚丙烯酸酯4份,消泡剂3份, 三乙醇胺3份,增滑防水雾蜡粉3份,聚氧乙烯基辛基苯基醚2份,在搅拌下加入混合液A中,充分搅拌混合,直到均匀,停止搅拌,获得混合液B;
再将正丁醇20份加入混合液B中,搅拌下加入六偏磷酸钠2份,顺丁烯二酸二钠2份,进行搅拌 混合,直到均匀,最后在搅拌下加入着色剂5份, 进行充分搅拌混合,然后进行超微研磨3小时,停止研磨,出料,获得防水环保涂料。
性能测试:延伸率:≥290% ;不透水性:0.3MPa( 50分钟不透水)。
对比例2
取丙烯酸、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯和丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯单体经共聚得到丙烯酸树脂。
将乙醇20份,异丙醇10份加入容器中,搅拌下加入上述制得的丙烯酸树脂30份,进行搅拌混合直到全部溶解均匀,停止搅拌,获得混合液A;
取乙二醇丁醚2份,聚丙烯酸酯2份,消泡剂2份, 三乙醇胺2份,增滑防水雾蜡粉2份,聚氧乙烯基辛基苯基醚1份,在搅拌下加入混合液A中,充分搅拌混合,直到均匀,停止搅拌,获得混合液B;
再将正丁醇15份加入混合液B中,搅拌下加入六偏磷酸钠1份,顺丁烯二酸二钠1份,进行搅拌混合,直到均匀,最后在搅拌下加入着色剂5份,进行充分搅拌混合,然后进行超微研磨3小时,停止研磨,出料,获得防水环保涂料。
性能测试:延伸率:≥300% ;不透水性:0.3MPa( 55分钟不透水)。
由实施例1和对比例1、2制得的涂料性能测试结果可以看出,采用特定的树脂,以及各原料的特定配比是获得涂膜良好防水性的关键。

Claims (4)

1.一种防水环保涂料的制备方法,其特征在于该涂料包含以下重量份数的组分:
丙烯酸树脂40份,乙二醇丁醚5份,聚丙烯酸酯4份,消泡剂3份, 三乙醇胺3份,六偏磷酸钠2份,顺丁烯二酸二钠2份,增滑防水雾蜡粉3份,聚氧乙烯基辛基苯基醚2份,着色剂5份,乙醇10份,异丙醇20份,正丁醇20份;
所述涂料采用如下方法制备,各原料均以重量份数计:
1)将乙醇10份,异丙醇20份加入容器中,搅拌下加入丙烯酸树脂40份,进行搅拌混合直到全部溶解均匀,停止搅拌,获得混合液A;
2)取乙二醇丁醚5份,聚丙烯酸酯4份,消泡剂3份,三乙醇胺3份,增滑防水雾蜡粉3份,聚氧乙烯基辛基苯基醚2份,在搅拌下加入步骤1)所得溶液中,充分搅拌混合,直到均匀,停止搅拌,获得混合液B;
3)再将正丁醇20份加入步骤2)获得的混合液B中,搅拌下加入六偏磷酸钠2份,顺丁烯二酸二钠2份,进行搅拌混合,直到均匀,最后在搅拌下加入着色剂5份, 进行充分搅拌混合,然后进行超微研磨3小时,停止研磨,出料,获得防水环保涂料;
所述丙烯酸树脂是由丙烯酸、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯和丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯为单体经共聚得到的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)中搅拌时间30分钟,搅拌速率约为400-500转/分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中搅拌时间60分钟,搅拌速率为400转/分。
4.根据权利要求1所述的的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3)中搅拌时间60分钟,搅拌速率为500转/分。
