本发明公开了一种简易不锈钢酒泵轴套拆卸器，其特征是：由圆形钢板和分别与圆形钢板连接的多根螺杆组成，在圆形钢板的中心和沿中心向外分布的三角交汇点上分别设置有与螺杆配装的通孔，中心通孔与轴套配接。本发明的优点是：利用杠杆原理及三角定位法对不锈钢轴套进行拆卸，拆卸轻松，既节省了工作时间，提高了工作效率，又保障了不锈钢酒泵电机转轴在拆卸时不被损伤，适用性很强。

技术领域
本发明涉及拆卸器，具体是一种简易不锈钢酒泵轴套拆卸器。
背景技术
不锈钢酒泵电动机轴承在损坏或需要清洗加油保养时，由于连接轴套与电机转轴配合很紧，维修人员在对设备进行维修时都要花费很长的时间和精力来拆卸轴套，由于在拆卸时维修人员使用的是榔头、錾子或撬棍等工具进行操作，很容易把轴套及电机转轴打坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服现有技术的不足，而提供一种简易不锈钢酒泵轴套拆卸器，利用杠杆原理及三角定位法对不锈钢轴套进行拆卸，拆卸轻松，既节省了工作时间，提高了工作效率，又保障了不锈钢酒泵电机转轴在拆卸时不被损伤，适用性很强。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是：
一种简易不锈钢酒泵轴套拆卸器，由圆形钢板和分别与圆形钢板连接的多根螺杆组成，在圆形钢板的中心和沿中心向外分布的三角交汇点上分别设置有与螺杆配装的通孔，中心通孔与轴套配接。
所述圆形钢板，直径为220mm，厚度10mm。
所述螺杆为3-6根，其外径为16mm，长220-240mm，两端分别开有螺纹牙。
拆卸时，拆掉酒泵外壳，扒掉轴套和轴承的销子；将本拆卸器固定在酒泵需拆掉的轴套上，同时将轴套与拆卸器的中心通孔固接，拆卸器三根螺杆紧紧顶住酒泵内壁上，旋紧轴套上的螺帽，不断旋转三根螺杆上固定的螺帽，扩大拆卸器钢板与酒泵间距，即可轻松取出轴套。
本发明的优点是：利用杠杆原理及三角定位法对不锈钢轴套进行拆卸，拆卸轻松，既节省了工作时间，提高了工作效率，又保障了不锈钢酒泵电机转轴在拆卸时不被损伤，适用性很强。

具体实施方式
参照图1，本发明一种简易不锈钢酒泵轴套拆卸器，由圆形钢板1和分别与圆形钢板1连接的3根螺杆3组成，在圆形钢板1的中心开设有中心通孔5和沿中心通孔5向外分布的三角交汇点上分别设置有与螺杆3、螺帽4配装的通孔2（如图2所示），中心通孔5与轴套配接。
所述圆形钢板1，直径为220mm，厚度10mm。
所述螺杆3外径为16mm，长220-240mm，两端分别开有螺纹牙。
拆卸时，拆掉酒泵外壳，扒掉轴套和轴承的销子；将本拆卸器固定在酒泵需拆掉的轴套上，同时将轴套与拆卸器的中心通孔固接，拆卸器三根螺杆紧紧顶住酒泵内壁上，旋紧轴套上的螺帽，不断旋转三根螺杆上固定的螺帽，扩大拆卸器钢板与酒泵间距，即可轻松取出轴套。

1.一种简易不锈钢酒泵轴套拆卸器，其特征是：由圆形钢板和分别与圆形钢板连接的多根螺杆组成，在圆形钢板的中心和沿中心向外分布的三角交汇点上分别设置有与螺杆配装的通孔，中心通孔与轴套配接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的简易不锈钢酒泵轴套拆卸器，其特征是：所述圆形钢板，直径为220mm，厚度10mm。
