背景技术
目前,现有的焊接固定座的连接结构都设置直接立杆来固定,这样在调整过程中的操作尤其不方便,也在维修或更换模具时也不方便。特别是在夹具通行块在上、下、左、右向调整时候夹具通行块的移动容易与设备碰擦,直接导致设备损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种焊接固定座的连接结构,解决夹具通行块移动调整顺畅的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种焊接固定座的连接结构,其特征在于:包括夹具通行块以及设置在夹具通行块两侧的机动调整结构,所述的机动调整结构包括设置在夹具通行块两侧的移动固定板,设置在移动固定板两侧的调整气缸组,所述的移动固定板包括立板和平行板,所述的立板上设置垂直调整气缸,所述的平行板上设置夹具气缸,所述的夹具通行块中设置多个焊具通行孔、设置在每个焊具通行孔一侧的吹气孔以及设置在夹具通行块下部的限位杆。
本发明的有益效果:该结构使用方便,调整顺畅,既能保证夹具通行块顺畅使用,又能保证了夹具通行块的使用寿命。

实施例1,如图1所示,一种焊接固定座的连接结构,其特征在于:包括夹具通行块1以及设置在夹具通行块1两侧的机动调整结构,所述的机动调整结构包括设置在夹具通行块1两侧的移动固定板2,设置在移动固定板2两侧的调整气缸组,所述的移动固定板包括立板3和平行板4,所述的立板3上设置垂直调整气缸5,所述的平行板4上设置夹具气缸10,所述的夹具通行块1中设置多个焊具通行孔6、设置在每个焊具通行孔6一侧的吹气孔7以及设置在夹具通行块1下部的限位杆8。以及设置在夹具通行块1上的上限位块9。
夹具通行块1中设置的焊具通行孔6保证了焊机的通过,连接在立板3垂直调整气缸5保证夹具通行块1上、下移动。平行板4上设置夹具气缸5让焊具通行块1夹紧。该结构使用方便,调整顺畅,既能保证夹具通行块顺畅使用,又能保证了夹具通行块的使用寿命。
