Abstract

本发明公开了一种肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂,其组成原料的重量百分比为:连翘1~5%、板蓝根2~6%、青黛2~6%、垂盆草4~8%、百草霜3~7%、浮萍2~6%、决明子3~7%、马尾连1~3%、葎草1~5%、十大功劳2~6%、鹤草芽2~6%、三七1~5%、凹凸棒土35~55%和发酵床菌种4~12%。本发明配方合理,原料易得,使用方便,可以有效促进粪便的发酵、分解,吸附有毒有害物质,杀虫,控制病原微生物的繁殖,促进肉鸭生长,提高养殖效益。

肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂
技术领域
本发明涉及农业技术,具体涉及一种肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂。
背景技术
微生物发酵床养鸭,其垫料层形成的小环境能抑制病源微生物的繁殖,分解鸭的排泄物,改善养殖环境,从而增强肉鸭机体免疫功能,提高肉鸭产品品质;有益菌群还能产生多种酶类和维生素,提高肉鸭饲料利用率,降低养殖成本。
而现有发酵床养鸭舍内的发酵床,多数没有通风设施,其透气性差,鸭群所排的粪便若不及时分解,很容易浸湿发酵床,其潮湿的环境不利于微生物的生长和发酵,粪便得不到及时的降解,也无法及时合成供鸭食用的营养物质,影响鸭舍的卫生环境,不利于鸭的生长发育,影响养殖效益。
因此,为保证发酵床内有益微生物的正常生长,促进肉鸭的生长发育,提高养殖效益,研制一种新型的肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂,显得十分必要。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足和缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂,其组成原料的重量百分比为:连翘1~5%、板蓝根2~6%、青黛2~6%、垂盆草4~8%、百草霜3~7%、浮萍2~6%、决明子3~7%、马尾连1~3%、葎草1~5%、十大功劳2~6%、鹤草芽2~6%、三七1~5%、凹凸棒土35~55%和发酵床菌种4~12%。
上述肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂,其组成原料的重量百分比进一步优选为:连翘3%、板蓝根4%、青黛4%、垂盆草6%、百草霜5%、浮萍4%、决明子5%、马尾连2%、葎草3%、十大功劳4%、鹤草芽4%、三七3%、凹凸棒土45%和发酵床菌种8%。
将除发酵床菌种以外的各成分烘干、混合,用粉碎机将其粉碎,制成粉末状混合物后和发酵床菌种充分混合。
所述的发酵床菌种为土著菌。
本发明肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂的粉碎粒度为80~100目。
本发明肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂的使用量占垫料的重量百分比为0.8~2.2%。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明配方合理,原料易得,使用方便,可以有效促进粪便的发酵、分解,杀虫,控制病原微生物的繁殖,发酵菌采用土著菌,容易取得,成本低,效果好,凹凸棒土能够有效吸附有毒有害物质,为肉鸭提供优良的发酵床环境,促进肉鸭生长,提高养殖效益。
具体实施方式
实施例1:肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂,其组成原料的重量百分比为:连翘3%、板蓝根4%、青黛4%、垂盆草6%、百草霜5%、浮萍4%、决明子5%、马尾连2%、葎草3%、十大功劳4%、鹤草芽4%、三七3%、凹凸棒土45%和发酵床菌种8%。
将除发酵床菌种以外的各成分烘干、混合,用粉碎机将其粉碎,制成粉末状混合物,粉碎的粒度为80目。
将粉碎好的上述混合物和发酵床菌种充分混合。
将混合好的肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂以1.5%的重量百分比均匀混入肉鸭发酵床垫料中。
实施例2:肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂,其组成原料的重量百分比为:连翘1%、板蓝根2%、青黛2%、垂盆草4%、百草霜5%、浮萍4%、决明子5%、马尾连2%、葎草5%、十大功劳6%、鹤草芽6%、三七5%、凹凸棒土41%和发酵床菌种12%。
将除发酵床菌种以外的各成分烘干、混合,用粉碎机将其粉碎,制成粉末状混合物,粉碎的粒度为85目。
将粉碎好的上述混合物和发酵床菌种充分混合。
将混合好的肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂以0.8%的重量百分比均匀混入肉鸭发酵床垫料中。
实施例3:肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂,其组成原料的重量百分比为:连翘3%、板蓝根4%、青黛4%、垂盆草6%、百草霜3%、浮萍2%、决明子3%、马尾连1%、葎草5%、十大功劳6%、鹤草芽6%、三七5%、凹凸棒土42%和发酵床菌种10%。
将除发酵床菌种以外的各成分烘干、混合,用粉碎机将其粉碎,制成粉末状混合物,粉碎的粒度为90目。
将粉碎好的上述混合物和发酵床菌种充分混合。
将混合好的肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂以2.2%的重量百分比均匀混入肉鸭发酵床垫料中。
实施例4:肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂,其组成原料的重量百分比为:连翘5%、板蓝根6%、青黛6%、垂盆草8%、百草霜5%、浮萍4%、决明子5%、马尾连2%、葎草1%、十大功劳2%、鹤草芽2%、三七1%、凹凸棒土49%和发酵床菌种4%。
将除发酵床菌种以外的各成分烘干、混合,用粉碎机将其粉碎,制成粉末状混合物,粉碎的粒度为95目。
将粉碎好的上述混合物和发酵床菌种充分混合。
将混合好的肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂以1.9%的重量百分比均匀混入肉鸭发酵床垫料中。
实施例5:肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂,其组成原料的重量百分比为:连翘4%、板蓝根5%、青黛5%、垂盆草5%、百草霜4%、浮萍3%、决明子5%、马尾连2%、葎草4%、十大功劳6%、鹤草芽6%、三七5%、凹凸棒土35%和发酵床菌种11%。
将除发酵床菌种以外的各成分烘干、混合,用粉碎机将其粉碎,制成粉末状混合物,粉碎的粒度为100目。
将粉碎好的上述混合物和发酵床菌种充分混合。
将混合好的肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂以1.0%的重量百分比均匀混入肉鸭发酵床垫料中。
实施例6:肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂,其组成原料的重量百分比为:连翘1%、板蓝根2%、青黛2%、垂盆草4%、百草霜2%、浮萍2%、决明子5%、马尾连1%、葎草3%、十大功劳6%、鹤草芽3%、三七5%、凹凸棒土55%和发酵床菌种9%。
将除发酵床菌种以外的各成分烘干、混合,用粉碎机将其粉碎,制成粉末状混合物,粉碎的粒度为100目。
将粉碎好的上述混合物和发酵床菌种充分混合。
将混合好的肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂以1.8%的重量百分比均匀混入肉鸭发酵床垫料中。
实施例7:土著菌菌种的采集与菌粉制作:
选择当地植被茂盛、原生态保护较好、落叶聚集较多的树林中,在腐殖质多的有白色菌丝的地方采集白色菌丝,将采集的白色菌丝加入到冷开水中,与植物营养液按1:1比例拌匀装入陶坛,密封保存放置在18~22℃左右地方进行培养,5~7 天后采用双层纱布过滤,取滤液即形成发酵床用土著菌群原液。将发酵床用土著菌群原液稀释300~400倍后,与麦麸(或米糠)混拌,再加入稀释400倍的植物营养液,调整水分达60%左右,在室温下发酵扩繁,每当物料内温度达到45~50℃时,翻堆1次。5~7天后即形成发酵床用土著菌群原种粉,冷冻真空干燥后装袋保存,备用。
植物营养液的配制:清晨露水未干时,采集艾蒿、水芹菜、苜蓿、竹笋、南瓜蔓、山芋藤等中的一种或几种,不要用水洗,直接用红糖腌制。每1kg被采集植物用500g红糖拌匀,然后放入小口陶缸内并用火纸封口。环境温度在18~220C左右时,腌制6小时,过滤,所得液体即为植物营养液,所得营养液避光保存,备用。
通过上述实施例制得肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂使用后,肉鸭的平均日增重比未使用肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂的对照组增加7g,肉鸭的肠道功能得到改善,免疫力得到增强,发病率比对照组低5.1%,鸭舍粪便臭味大大减轻,卫生环境得以明显改善,经济效益和环境效益均显著。

1.一种肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂,其特征在于其组成原料的重量百分比为:连翘1~5%、板蓝根2~6%、青黛2~6%、垂盆草4~8%、百草霜3~7%、浮萍2~6%、决明子3~7%、马尾连1~3%、葎草1~5%、十大功劳2~6%、鹤草芽2~6%、三七1~5%、凹凸棒土35~55%和发酵床菌种4~12%。
2. 根据权利要求1 所述的肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂,其特征在于其组成原料的重量百分比为:连翘3%、板蓝根4%、青黛4%、垂盆草6%、百草霜5%、浮萍4%、决明子5%、马尾连2%、葎草3%、十大功劳4%、鹤草芽4%、三七3%、凹凸棒土45%和发酵床菌种8%。
3. 根据权利要求1 所述的肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂,其特征在于:将除发酵床菌种以外的各成分烘干、混合,用粉碎机将其粉碎,制成粉末状混合物后和发酵床菌种充分混合。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的肉鸭发酵床垫料添加剂,其特征在于:所述的发酵床菌种为土著菌。
