Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种用于分离组合件中的元件的工具，所述元件具有凸起物或凹槽型的联接装置，且此联接装置最好具有与元件侧面平行设置的横向延伸的壁部。所以本发明更具体地涉及一种分离组合件中具有凸起物或凹槽型的联接装置的元件的工具。
在拆卸上述组合件中的单独元件时经常要遇到麻烦，特别是当元件高度很小时，要想用手指抓牢它们是很困难的。如果要将这些单独的元件从一个大的组合件上拆卸下来，要抓住这些元件而不损坏组合件的其它结构部位就更困难了。
本发明的目的是要提供一种拆卸上述类型的组合件中的元件用的工具，使得元件易于被分离。
上述目的通过本发明的特征得以实现。根据本发明的工具包括一个至少在其一端具有抓爪装置的手柄，抓爪适于和元件的多个联接装置配合，它与元件的一个侧面啮合，通过手柄的作用可以将元件倾斜脱离出来。抓爪装置包括一个第一夹爪面，此面与元件的一个侧面相接合，一个第二夹爪面，此面与联接装置的一个与上述侧面朝向相反的壁的一部分相啮合。当手柄动作时，两个夹爪面由于它们沿水平方向和垂直方向相互错开的位置，使得它们能对元件释加相当大的转矩，使元件围绕上述侧面的下边界旋转。
在本发明的一个实施例中元件的上面具有联接柱，夹爪包括一对相对手柄纵轴横向延伸的对立的面，分别用于和元件的一个侧面及联接柱相配合。上述对立面限定一个抓爪装置内的空腔，空腔内具有和联接柱摩擦配合的凸起物。
根据本发明，抓爪装置还包括一个位于两个夹爪面之间的空心区域。
抓爪装置的结构可以有多种型式。根据本发明的优选的实施例，它包括至少一个耦合装置，它与所述联器装置是互补的。并且为了增加抓爪装置与元件通过倾斜操作产生的摩擦力，元件在被分离出之后仍然保留在抓爪装置内，这样在拆卸大的组合件时，元件可以容易地被移出。

图1是两个联接在一起的玩具元件1和2的剖视图。这两个元件有时很难分离，特别是对于儿童。玩具元件的表面具有联接装置，这种联接装置在这个实施例中是联接柱4和5，在联接柱的底面成形有一个互补的凹槽9。根据本发明，工具3可以用于分离元件1和2。这个工具包括一个抓爪装置。抓爪装置包括一个第一夹爪面7，此面与元件2的侧面相啮合，一个第二夹爪面8，此面与联接柱5的与上述侧面朝向相反的壁的一部分相啮合。当工具3沿箭头所示的方向被搬动时，元件2受到一个转矩的作用，致使其倾斜并与元件1脱离啮合。元件2是围绕其侧面的下边界旋转的。由于第一夹爪面与元件2的侧面啮合，既使啮合区域位于靠近侧面的上边界，这个转矩仍然相当大。很显然，根据本发明的另一个相似的工具可以用来从下方分离元件。这个工具同样地是和元件的侧面相配合，而夹爪面则作用于元件底部的联接装置。
图2示出一个根据本发明的优选实施例的工具11，这个工具与组合件中的一个元件的上部配合。在这个工具11中设置有孔15，孔与元件的联接柱耦合。这个工具进一步包括一个第一夹爪面，此面为一个凸出部分12的一个面13。当元件的联接柱被插入孔15时，这个面被设计来与组合件中的一个元件的垂直侧面紧密接合。在这个实施例中，工具的夹爪面是孔15中与凸出部分12朝向相反的内表面部分。由于元件上的联接柱通过孔15和工具11耦联，这个实施例具有的优越性是：工具和元件的接合装置之间的摩擦力，通过工具的倾斜操作而增大。在分离操作之后，元件仍保留在工具中。
我们还发现对于由工具的夹爪面传递给元件的分离元件时用的起动转矩来说壁7的高度不用太大，这样此工具可以用来分离具有完全平的表面的元件。
图3示出一个工具20。它可用于从上方或从底下拆卸元件。为了从上方分离元件，它在下部有一个用于和元件侧面紧密接合的第一夹爪面21和一个用于和元件上面的联接柱配合的第二夹爪面22。为了从底下分离元件，工具20在上部设置有用于和元件侧面紧密接合的第一夹爪面23和一个用于和元件底面的互补的联接装置配合的两个耦合柱24。显然，这种工具对于精通本领域技术的人可以有多种变型。这两种分别用于从上方和下方分离元件的抓爪装置的相互间位置可以任意布置，例如，可以位于手柄25的任意一端。只要夹爪面能紧密地和元件底面的联接装置接合，在工具20上部的第二夹爪面24除了所示出的型式外当然也可有多种其它型式。
工具在手柄的两端都可设置抓爪装置以便和数量不等联接装置相配合。

Claims (9)

1、一种用于分离组合件中的元件的工具，所述元件具有凸起物或凹槽型的联接装置，所述凸起物或凹槽最好具有和元件的一个侧面平行设置的横向延伸的壁部，其特征在于：工具包括一个手柄，手柄至少在一端有一个抓爪装置，所述抓爪装置适于和元件的多个联接装置相配合，抓爪装置的一个第一夹爪面和元件的一个侧面啮合而抓爪装置的另一个第二夹爪面则和一个与上述侧面朝向相反的所述联接装置的壁的一部分相啮合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的工具，其特征在于：所述抓爪装置进一步包括与联接装置中的至少一些装置配合的互补的耦合装置。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的工具，其特征在于：所述第一夹爪面进一步与邻近元件侧面的一个面的一部分相啮合。
4、根据权利要求1至3中任一项权利要求所述的工具，其中元件的上面具有联接柱，其特征在于：夹爪包括一对相对手柄横向延伸的对立的面分别用于和元件侧面以及联接柱相配合。
5、根据权利要求4所述的工具，其特征在于：所述对立的面限定一个抓爪装置内的空腔，所述空腔内具有和联接柱摩擦配合的凸起物。
6、根据权利要求1所述的工具，其特征在于：所述抓爪装置包括一个位于两个夹爪面之间的空心区域。
7、根据前述任一项权利要求所述的工具，其特征在于：所述工具在手柄的两端都有抓爪装置，抓爪装置适于和数量不等的联接柱相配合。
8、根据前述任一项权利要求所述的工具，其特征在于：所述工具包括数个抓爪装置，其中至少一个抓爪装置适于和凹槽型的联接装置的一个面相配合。
9、根据权利要求1或2所述的工具，其中元件的上面具有孔型的联接装置，其特征在于：所述第二夹爪面包括多个用于插入所述联接柱的孔中的凸起物。
