Abstract

本发明提供一种改进的制备二糠基二硫醚的方法。该方法包括步骤:在常压、10℃至回流温度下使糠硫醇与二甲基亚砜反应得到二糠基二硫醚,糠硫醇与二甲亚砜的投料摩尔比为1∶0.5~1∶10该二硫醚具有坚果香、咖啡香和肉香,可用于各种食品香精。

Description

一种二糠基二硫醚的制备方法
本发明涉及一种二糠基二硫醚的制备方法。
二糠基二硫醚具有坚果香、咖啡香和肉香,可用于调配各种食用香精,在软饮料、冰淇淋、冰制食品、糖果、烘烤食品、胶冻及布丁、口香糖、调味料、肉、肉汁、汤类、牛奶、乳制品等食品中的报导用量为3.0ppm。
现有的以糠醛和硫氢化钠为原料制备二糠基二硫醚的方法[HenryGi1man等,J.Am.Chem.Soc.,52, 2141(1930)]可用如下反应式表示:

其主要过程是,首先向用冰盐浴冷却着的糠醛、95%乙醇、硫化钠混合物中通干燥的硫化氢然后使混合物室温下过夜。分出未溶解的硫化钠,液体回流1小时,蒸除大部分乙醇,残余物倒入水中,用乙醚萃取,醚层用无水硫酸钠干燥,蒸除乙醚,减压蒸馏得二糠二硫醚。
上述方法存在的主要问题是操作复杂,反应时间长。
本发明的目的是提供一种改进的制备二糠基二硫醚的方法,该方法操作简便,反应时间短。
本发明涉及式(Ⅰ)的二糠基二硫醚的制备方法:
其特征是以糠硫醇和二甲基亚砜为原料制备二糠基二硫醚,二甲基亚砜在反应中做氧化剂。
本发明的制备方法可用如下反应式表示:

其主要过程是,将糠硫醇和二甲基亚砜的混合物在常压、10℃至回流温度之间搅拌0.5~10小时,反应结束后,常压蒸除反应中生成的甲硫醚、水,减压蒸馏得到二糠基二硫,产率83.0%。
本发明的制备方法中糠硫醇与二甲基亚砜的投料摩尔比为1∶0.5~1∶10。
本发明所得到的二糠基二硫醚经硫元素分析、红外光谱分析、质子核磁共振分析证实了其结构。分析结果如下:
硫元素分析:计算值:28.33%,实测值:28.28%。
红外光谱分析(液膜):
  吸收峰波数(cm-1)         解释
      3125             呋喃环的C-H伸缩振动
      1590,1500,1400   呋喃环的C=C伸缩振动
       860             呋喃环的摇摆振动
       735             呋喃环的C-H面外弯曲振动
质子核磁共振(CDCl3):7.36(双峰,2质子),6.30ppm(四峰,2质子),6.20ppm(双峰,2质子),3.65ppm(单峰,4质子)
本发明的主要优点是操作非常简便,反应时间大大缩短,为0.5~10小时。
实施例1
在带有回流冷凝器、电动搅拌器和温度计的三口烧瓶中,加入115克糠硫醇和100克二甲基亚砜,室温下搅拌10小时,常压蒸除生成的甲硫醚和水以及未反应的二甲基亚砜,残余物减压蒸馏,收集112~113℃/66.7Pa馏分为产品,产品为无色至淡黄色液体,产率83.0%。
实施例2
在带有回流冷凝器、电动搅拌器和温度计的三口烧瓶中,加入710克糠硫醇,4500克二甲基亚砜,搅拌下加热至回流,回流1.5小时后进行常压蒸馏,蒸除甲硫醚、水和大部分未反应的二甲基亚砜,残余物减压蒸馏,收集112~113℃/66.7Pa馏分为产品,产品为无色至淡黄色液体,产率83.0%。
实施例3
在带有回流冷凝器、电动搅拌器和温度计的三口烧瓶中,加入400克糠硫醇和800克二甲基亚砜,搅拌下加热至65℃,保持温度在65~70℃反应3.5小时,常压蒸除甲硫醚、水和未反应的二甲基亚砜,残余物减压蒸馏,收集112~113℃/66.7Pa馏分为产品,产品为无色至淡黄色液体,产率83.0%。

其特征是下式的糠硫醇 与二甲基亚砜反应;糠硫醇与二甲基亚砜的投料摩尔比是1∶0.5~1∶10;反应温度在10℃至回流温度之间;反应压力为常压;反应时间0.5~10小时。
