Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗菌型感光复合涂料及其制备方法,它由以下重量份的原料制成:单组分常温自交联纯丙乳胶40~50份,钛白粉15~25份,羟丙基甲基纤维素2~4份,乙酰丙酮10~20份,天然硅酸盐5~10份,松针粉20~30份,沸石粉2~5份,稳定剂1~2份,消泡剂1~2份,增稠剂0.5~1份,水80~100份。本发明的有益效果是:在涂料中增加了天然抗菌剂,同时使用乙酰丙酮作为感光材料,保证了涂料感光性的同时提高了涂料的抗菌性,并且具有使用方便、成本低廉的特点。

一种抗菌型感光复合涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗菌型感光复合涂料及其制备方法,属于涂料技术领域。
背景技术
随着材料行业的不断发展,市面上出现了各种各样的功能性涂料。其中,感光材料作为一种功能性材料,能够反应出局部空间内的光线变化,在军工、机械、电子、医药等领域用量较大。然而,在一些机械精加工以及医疗环境中需要无菌条件中,而目前感光涂料的抗菌性能较差,功能单一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌型感光复合涂料及其制备方法,能克服现有技术的不足,提高涂料的抗菌性能,同时保证涂料的感光性能。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种抗菌型感光复合涂料,它由以下重量份的原料制成:单组分常温自交联纯丙乳胶40~50份,钛白粉15~25份,羟丙基甲基纤维素2~4份,乙酰丙酮10~20份,天然硅酸盐5~10份,松针粉20~30份,沸石粉2~5份,稳定剂1~2份,消泡剂1~2份,增稠剂0.5~1份,水80~100份。
所述的稳定剂为三碱硫酸铅、二碱式亚磷酸铅、三碱式马来酸铅、二碱式硬脂酸铅和二碱式邻苯二甲酸铅中的一种或者混合物。
所述的消泡剂为甘油三羟基聚醚。
所述的增稠剂为SN-612增稠剂。
所述的松针粉的颗粒大小为0.1~0.3mm。
一种抗菌型感光复合涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:它包含以下步骤:
(1)、去除上述重量份的松针粉和沸石粉中的杂质,然后放入加入总重量1~1.5倍的水,升温至60~80℃,加入上述重量份的稳定剂和天然硅酸盐并缓慢搅拌,常温静置制品Ⅰ;
(2)、将上述重量份的乙酰丙酮在密闭黑暗的环境中加热至140~150℃,然后加入制品Ⅰ,缓慢搅拌30~60min,冷却至30~50℃,得到制品Ⅱ;
(3)、在剩余的水中加入上述重量份的钛白粉中和消泡剂,待无明显泡沫时加入上述重量份的单组分常温自交联纯丙乳胶并搅拌均匀,然后升温至160~180℃,加入制品Ⅱ缓慢搅拌1~2h,待温度降低至80~100℃时,加入上述重量份羟丙基甲基纤维素和增稠剂快速搅拌20~40min,冷却至室温即可。
本发明的有益效果在于:在涂料中增加了天然抗菌剂,同时使用乙酰丙酮作为感光材料,保证了涂料感光性的同时提高了涂料的抗菌性,并且具有使用方便、成本低廉的特点。

下面结合实施例进一步描述本发明的技术方案,但要求保护的范围并不局限于所述。
实施例1
一种抗菌型感光复合涂料,它由以下重量份的原料制成:单组分常温自交联纯丙乳胶45份,钛白粉20份,羟丙基甲基纤维素3份,乙酰丙酮15份,天然硅酸盐8份,松针粉25份,沸石粉3份,稳定剂1份,消泡剂2份,增稠剂0.5份,水80份。
所述的稳定剂为三碱硫酸铅。
一种抗菌型感光复合涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:它包含以下步骤:
(1)、去除上述重量份的松针粉和沸石粉中的杂质,然后放入加入总重量1.2倍的水,升温至65℃,加入上述重量份的稳定剂和天然硅酸盐并缓慢搅拌,常温静置制品Ⅰ;
(2)、将上述重量份的乙酰丙酮在密闭黑暗的环境中加热至145℃,然后加入制品Ⅰ,缓慢搅拌50min,冷却至30℃,得到制品Ⅱ;
(3)、在剩余的水中加入上述重量份的钛白粉中和消泡剂,待无明显泡沫时加入上述重量份的单组分常温自交联纯丙乳胶并搅拌均匀,然后升温至170℃,加入制品Ⅱ缓慢搅拌2h,待温度降低至90℃时,加入上述重量份羟丙基甲基纤维素和增稠剂快速搅拌30min,冷却至室温即可。
实施例2
一种抗菌型感光复合涂料,它由以下重量份的原料制成:单组分常温自交联纯丙乳胶50份,钛白粉15份,羟丙基甲基纤维素4份,乙酰丙酮18份,天然硅酸盐10份,松针粉20份,沸石粉2份,稳定剂1.5份,消泡剂1份,增稠剂1份,水100份。
所述的稳定剂为二碱式亚磷酸铅、二碱式硬脂酸铅和二碱式邻苯二甲酸铅中的混合物,其中,二碱式亚磷酸铅、二碱式硬脂酸铅和二碱式邻苯二甲酸铅的重量比为2:1:2。
一种抗菌型感光复合涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:它包含以下步骤:
(1)、去除上述重量份的松针粉和沸石粉中的杂质,然后放入加入总重量1.5倍的水,升温至80℃,加入上述重量份的稳定剂和天然硅酸盐并缓慢搅拌,常温静置制品Ⅰ;
(2)、将上述重量份的乙酰丙酮在密闭黑暗的环境中加热至140℃,然后加入制品Ⅰ,缓慢搅拌60min,冷却至35℃,得到制品Ⅱ;
(3)、在剩余的水中加入上述重量份的钛白粉中和消泡剂,待无明显泡沫时加入上述重量份的单组分常温自交联纯丙乳胶并搅拌均匀,然后升温至160℃,加入制品Ⅱ缓慢搅拌2h,待温度降低至100℃时,加入上述重量份羟丙基甲基纤维素和增稠剂快速搅拌20min,冷却至室温即可。
实施例3
一种抗菌型感光复合涂料,它由以下重量份的原料制成:单组分常温自交联纯丙乳胶40份,钛白粉25份,羟丙基甲基纤维素2份,乙酰丙酮10份,天然硅酸盐5份,松针粉30份,沸石粉5份,稳定剂2份,消泡剂1份,增稠剂0.8份,水90份。
所述的稳定剂为三碱硫酸铅和三碱式马来酸铅的混合物,三碱硫酸铅和三碱式马来酸铅的重量比为1:2。
一种抗菌型感光复合涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:它包含以下步骤:
(1)、去除上述重量份的松针粉和沸石粉中的杂质,然后放入加入总重量1倍的水,升温至60℃,加入上述重量份的稳定剂和天然硅酸盐并缓慢搅拌,常温静置制品Ⅰ;
(2)、将上述重量份的乙酰丙酮在密闭黑暗的环境中加热至150℃,然后加入制品Ⅰ,缓慢搅拌30min,冷却至50℃,得到制品Ⅱ;
(3)、在剩余的水中加入上述重量份的钛白粉中和消泡剂,待无明显泡沫时加入上述重量份的单组分常温自交联纯丙乳胶并搅拌均匀,然后升温至180℃,加入制品Ⅱ缓慢搅拌1h,待温度降低至80℃时,加入上述重量份羟丙基甲基纤维素和增稠剂快速搅拌40min,冷却至室温即可。
实施例4
一种抗菌型感光复合涂料,它由以下重量份的原料制成:单组分常温自交联纯丙乳胶42份,钛白粉18份,羟丙基甲基纤维素3份,乙酰丙酮18份,天然硅酸盐6份,松针粉24份,沸石粉4份,稳定剂1份,消泡剂1份,增稠剂1份,水85份。
所述的稳定剂为二碱式亚磷酸铅。
一种抗菌型感光复合涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:它包含以下步骤:
(1)、去除上述重量份的松针粉和沸石粉中的杂质,然后放入加入总重量1.3倍的水,升温至70℃,加入上述重量份的稳定剂和天然硅酸盐并缓慢搅拌,常温静置制品Ⅰ;
(2)、将上述重量份的乙酰丙酮在密闭黑暗的环境中加热至146℃,然后加入制品Ⅰ,缓慢搅拌45min,冷却至40℃,得到制品Ⅱ;
(3)、在剩余的水中加入上述重量份的钛白粉中和消泡剂,待无明显泡沫时加入上述重量份的单组分常温自交联纯丙乳胶并搅拌均匀,然后升温至165℃,加入制品Ⅱ缓慢搅拌1.5h,待温度降低至95℃时,加入上述重量份羟丙基甲基纤维素和增稠剂快速搅拌25min,冷却至室温即可。
实施例5
一种抗菌型感光复合涂料,它由以下重量份的原料制成:单组分常温自交联纯丙乳胶48份,钛白粉22份,羟丙基甲基纤维素4份,乙酰丙酮20份,天然硅酸盐7份,松针粉25份,沸石粉3份,稳定剂2份,消泡剂1份,增稠剂0.5份,水85份。
所述的稳定剂为二碱式邻苯二甲酸铅。
一种抗菌型感光复合涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:它包含以下步骤:
(1)、去除上述重量份的松针粉和沸石粉中的杂质,然后放入加入总重量1.4倍的水,升温至75℃,加入上述重量份的稳定剂和天然硅酸盐并缓慢搅拌,常温静置制品Ⅰ;
(2)、将上述重量份的乙酰丙酮在密闭黑暗的环境中加热至142℃,然后加入制品Ⅰ,缓慢搅拌50min,冷却至48℃,得到制品Ⅱ;
(3)、在剩余的水中加入上述重量份的钛白粉中和消泡剂,待无明显泡沫时加入上述重量份的单组分常温自交联纯丙乳胶并搅拌均匀,然后升温至175℃,加入制品Ⅱ缓慢搅拌2h,待温度降低至90℃时,加入上述重量份羟丙基甲基纤维素和增稠剂快速搅拌35min,冷却至室温即可。

Claims (2)

1.一种抗菌型感光复合涂料,其特征在于:它由以下重量份的原料制成:单组分常温自交联纯丙乳胶40~50份,钛白粉15~25份,羟丙基甲基纤维素2~4份,乙酰丙酮10~20份,天然硅酸盐5~10份,松针粉20~30份,沸石粉2~5份,稳定剂1~2份,消泡剂1~2份,增稠剂0.5~1份,水80~100份;
抗菌型感光复合涂料的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)、去除上述重量份的松针粉和沸石粉中的杂质,然后加入总重量1~1.5倍的水,升温至60~80℃,加入上述重量份的稳定剂和天然硅酸盐并缓慢搅拌,常温静置制品Ⅰ;
(2)、将上述重量份的乙酰丙酮在密闭黑暗的环境中加热至140~150℃,然后加入制品Ⅰ,缓慢搅拌30~60min,冷却至30~50℃,得到制品Ⅱ;
(3)、在剩余的水中加入上述重量份的钛白粉中和消泡剂,待无明显泡沫时加入上述重量份的单组分常温自交联纯丙乳胶并搅拌均匀,然后升温至160~180℃,加入制品Ⅱ缓慢搅拌1~2h,待温度降低至80~100℃时,加入上述重量份羟丙基甲基纤维素和增稠剂快速搅拌20~40min,冷却至室温即可。
