一种防水涂料，组份和质量比为：10%-15%的去离子水；0.1%-0.15%的防腐剂；0.3%的速溶型的防沉剂；1%-1.5%的分散剂；0.1%的润湿剂；1%的分散剂；8%-12%的重质碳酸钙；10%-12%的钛白粉；50%-60%的纯丙乳液；5%-7%的玻璃粉；成膜助剂、流平剂、增稠剂适量一种超强防水涂料具有超强的防水能力，经试验在水中浸泡90小时不起皮不脱落，还有超强的耐腐蚀性，附着力强。其卓越的耐水性、耐酸碱性可以防护雨水等自然效果的侵蚀，达到更有效的对建筑物的保护作用。

一种防水涂料
技术领域
 本发明一种防水涂料具有超强的防水特性，可以长时间浸泡在水中而不起皮、起泡。本发明属于化工涂料的范畴。
背景技术
目前传统的涂料不能长期有效地防雨水、抗冲刷，有的涂料长时间在潮湿的环境中容易起皮起泡，本发明一种防水涂料提高了涂料的防水性能，还有超强的耐腐蚀性，不起皮不怕碰撞，附着力强。

具体实施方式    一种超强防水涂料的具体组分、各组分的质量比和具体的生产工艺如下：
1将10%的去离子水加入分散釜中，在加入0.1%-0.15%的的防腐剂，开启分散剂缓慢搅拌至均匀。
    2加入0.2%的分散剂，加入0.1%的不含APEO(烷基酚)类润湿剂，加入0.15%消泡剂，搅拌5分钟，缓慢搅拌均匀。
3加入12%左右的重质碳酸钙，加入6%的玻璃粉，加入12%的钛白粉。
4待分散充分后进行对漆浆料的研磨，研磨的细度用细度计测量其细度应该在50um一下，,通过研磨机的研磨，使涂料的细度达到标准。
5将浆料打入调漆釜中，缓慢加入30%左右的纯丙乳液，在加入乳液的过程中要缓慢的搅拌，让乳液充分包裹住浆料的染填料小分子。
6待搅拌均匀后缓慢加入少量的成膜助剂，以便在涂料在成膜的过程中成膜效果更好，成膜更加的致密，但在加入的过程中速度一定缓慢加入。
7待搅拌均匀后加入适量的流平剂和增稠剂，以提高涂料在施工过程中的施工性，增加施工中漆膜单层的施工厚度，提高涂料的品质和提高施工后的装饰效果。
8待各项指标都检测合格后装桶等待出厂。

1.一种防水涂料，组份和质量比为：10%-15%的去离子水；0.1%-0.15%的防腐剂；0.3%的速溶型的防沉剂；1%-1.5%的分散剂；0.1%的的润湿剂；1%的分散剂；8%-12%的重质碳酸钙；10%-12%的钛白粉；50%-60%的纯丙乳液；5%-7%的玻璃粉；成膜助剂、流平剂、增稠剂适量。
2.权利要求1所述的，一种防水涂料，其特征在于，一种防水涂料用到消泡剂为硅酮类消泡剂。
3.权利要求1所述的，一种防水涂料，其特征在于一种防水涂料中用的乳液为纯丙乳液，达到国家环保要求，性能卓著。
4.权利要求1所述的，一种防水涂料，其特征在于一种防水涂料用的防腐剂为卡松。
5.权利要求1所述的，一种防水涂料，其特征在于一种防水涂料中用到的填料碳酸钙、玻璃粉。
