Abstract
一种防辐射涂料,组份和质量比为:10%-15%的石墨粉,43%-45%的丙烯酸酯,20%-25%的碱式碳酸铅,1%的硅酸钠,15%-20%的甲基丙基酮1%的防腐剂,0.5%的分散剂,增稠剂流平剂适量。一种防辐射涂料,能够有效的吸收电磁波的频率为1.0—20000MHz,能够有效吸收工厂设备和家用电器发出的电磁波,且不会对电磁波进行二次反射,能有有效的保护人们免受电磁污染。本发明施工简单只需将涂料涂刷在设备表面,或周围的墙体地面就能够有效的吸收电磁波。本发明涂料具有良好的耐腐蚀性,抗老化性,涂刷性好,能够长期有效的保护人们的健康。

本发明一种防辐射涂料能够吸收电磁波,减少电磁对人体的伤害,本发明属于化工涂料的范畴。
背景技术
以前的防辐射材料工艺复杂多为对电磁波能够反射的材料制成,这样只能到达保护单一物体的功能,而本发明一种环保涂料,能有有效吸收电磁波,能够更有效的保护人们的健康。
发明内容
具体实施方式 一种防辐射涂料的具体组分、各组分的质量比和具体的生产工艺如下:
1 加入20%的甲基丙基酮,1%的防腐剂。
2 加入1%的分散剂,加入0.1%的不含APEO(烷基酚)类润湿剂,加入0.15%消泡剂,缓慢搅拌均匀。
3 加入20%碱式碳酸铅,1%的硅酸钠,15%的石墨,待分散充分后进行对漆浆料的研磨。
4 将浆料打入调漆釜中,缓慢加入45%左右的丙烯酸酯
5 待搅拌均匀后缓慢加入少量的成膜助剂,以便在涂料在成膜的过程中成膜效果更好,
成膜更加的致密,但在加入的过程中速度一定缓慢加入。
6 待搅拌均匀后加入适量的流平剂和增稠剂,以提高涂料在施工过程中的施工性,增加施工中漆膜单层的施工厚度,提高涂料的品质和提高施工后的装饰效果。
7待各项指标都检测合格后装桶等待出厂。

1.一种防辐射涂料,组份和质量比为:10%-15%的石墨粉,43%-45%的丙烯酸酯,20%-25%的碱式碳酸铅,1%的硅酸钠,15%-20%的甲基丙基酮1%的防腐剂,0.5%的分散剂,增稠剂流平剂适量。
2.权利要求1所述的,一种防辐射涂料,其特征在于,一种防辐射涂料用到石墨粉为无机物,在涂料中较稳定,不与其它物质发生反应,抗降解,且不对环境造成污染,能达到国际的环保要求。
3.权利要求1所述的,一种防辐射涂料,其特征在于一种防辐射涂料中用的丙烯酸酯乳液,达到国家环保要求,性能卓著。
4.权利要求1所述的,一种防辐射涂料,其特征在于一种防辐射涂料用到的分散剂对无机物分散能力很强。
5.权利要求1所述的,一种防辐射涂料,其特征在于一种防辐射涂料中用到的防腐剂是国外进口的,绿色、环保、降解周期短,不对环境造成污染。
