Abstract

本发明涉及一种临时保护用非溶剂型可剥离保护膜涂料及其制备方法,所述涂料的组分及质量份数比为:氯醋树脂50~70份,增塑剂20~30份,触变剂1~5份,填料1~5份,颜料0~1份,制备该涂料的方法是首先按组分配比称取原料,将氯醋树脂、增塑剂、填料、颜料依次加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌均匀后,加入触变剂,再次搅拌均匀,最后通过三辊研磨机分散均匀后出料。该涂料的优点是:1.非溶剂型,安全环保;2.施工工艺性能好;3.该涂料在加热后才会成膜,保存方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种临时保护用非溶剂型可剥离保护膜涂料及其制备方法,属于涂料及制备技术领域。
背景技术
可剥离保护膜涂料是一种涂覆于基材表面,用于隔绝侵蚀介质,从而防止基材划伤、腐蚀、磨损及污染等的材料,在完成保护后可方便的从被保护表面剥离。目前市面上销售的可剥离保护膜涂料多为溶剂型体系,在施工过程中污染严重,对工人的健康造成较大的影响。另外,由于溶剂的挥发,溶剂型可剥离保护膜涂料需要密封保存,与空气接触后容易成膜,给施工带来不便。
发明内容
本发明正是针对上述现有产品的不足而设计提供了一种临时保护用非溶剂型可剥离保护膜涂料及其制备方法,其目的是提供一种非溶剂型、施工工艺性能好的可剥离保护膜涂料及其制备方法,该涂料在加热后才会成膜,保存方便。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本发明技术方案提供了一种临时保护用非溶剂型可剥离保护膜涂料,其特征在于:所述涂料的组分及质量份数比为:
其中:
所述氯醋树脂的聚合度为800~2000,醋酸乙烯在氯醋树脂中的重量百分比为2%~20%;
所述氯醋树脂是由不同聚合度、不同醋酸乙烯含量的氯醋树脂混合而成;
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、对苯二甲酸二辛酯、己二酸二辛脂、癸二酸二丁酯、癸二酸二辛酯、环氧大豆油或环氧亚麻子油中的一种或几种混合物;
所述触变剂为气相二氧化硅、沉淀二氧化硅、有机膨润土或高岭土中的一种或几种混合物;
所述的填料为碳酸钙、石英粉、硬脂酸钡或硬脂酸钙中的一种或几种混合物;
所述颜料为铁蓝、群青蓝或酞菁蓝。
本发明技术方案还提供了制备上述临时保护用非溶剂型可剥离保护膜涂料的方法,其特征在于:该方法首先按组分配比称取原料,将氯醋树脂、增塑剂、填料、颜料依次加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌均匀后,加入触变剂,再次搅拌均匀,最后通过三辊研磨机分散均匀后出料。
本发明技术方案所述涂料的优点是:1.非溶剂型,安全环保;2.施工工艺性能好;3.该涂料在加热后才会成膜,保存方便。

以下将结合实施例对本发明技术方案作进一步地详述:
表1为本发明技术方案所述临时保护用非溶剂型可剥离保护膜涂料的实施例的组分及配比,制备涂料的方法是首先按组分配比称取原料,将氯醋树脂、增塑剂、填料、颜料依次加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌均匀后,加入触变剂,再次搅拌均匀,最后通过三辊研磨机分散均匀后出料。
表1中实施例1为无色近透明涂料配方;实施例2、3、4为蓝色涂料配方。表2为实施例2的涂料的性能测试结果。测试结果表明:该种涂料在触摸屏、电路板、玻璃、金属等表面均具有良好的可剥离性,加热后成膜,具有优异的工艺适应性,同时存储稳定,能满足临时保护的工艺要求。

1.一种临时保护用非溶剂型可剥离保护膜涂料,其特征在于:所述涂料的组分及质量份数比为:

所述氯醋树脂的聚合度为800~2000,醋酸乙烯在氯醋树脂中的重量百分比为2%~20%;
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、对苯二甲酸二辛酯、己二酸二辛脂、癸二酸二丁酯、癸二酸二辛酯、环氧大豆油或环氧亚麻子油中的一种或几种混合物;
所述触变剂为气相二氧化硅、沉淀二氧化硅、有机膨润土或高岭土中的一种或几种混合物;
所述的填料为碳酸钙、石英粉、硬脂酸钡或硬脂酸钙中的一种或几种混合物;
所述颜料为铁蓝、群青蓝或酞菁蓝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的临时保护用非溶剂型可剥离保护膜涂料,其特征在于:所述氯醋树脂是由不同聚合度、不同醋酸乙烯含量的氯醋树脂混合而成。
3.一种制备权利要求1所述的临时保护用非溶剂型可剥离保护膜涂料的方法,其特征在于:该方法首先按组分配比称取原料,将氯醋树脂、增塑剂、填料、颜料依次加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌均匀后,加入触变剂,再次搅拌均匀,最后通过三辊研磨机分散均匀后出料。
