技术领域
本发明涉及砂轮成型设备,具体说是一种砂轮生产投料压网升降压环。
背景技术
砂轮是一种主要的磨削加工磨具,是采用磨料和结合剂混合后压坯、干燥和焙烧制作而成。为了确保砂轮具有极好的耐热性、高速切割性能及很高的结构强度,通常在砂轮内置增强基材网片,在传统的多工位半自动砂轮成型机生产工艺中,采用人工放置网片、添加及平整原料,网片放置于砂轮成型模具内无压合、定位,在人工添加及平整原料时,原料冲击及平整拨动易造成网片损坏、偏移或放置不平整,从而造成对砂轮整体增强效果的降低,甚至起反作用,砂轮成型质量无法保证。
发明内容
针对现有技术中在向放置有网片的砂轮成型模具内投料时存在的不足,本发明提供了一种结构简单,使用便捷,能有效压合网片定位于砂轮成型模具内,避免投料操作造成网片起撬偏移,网片在砂轮成型中保持平整,确保网片在后续砂轮成型过程中起稳定增强作用的砂轮生产投料压网升降压环。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种砂轮生产投料压网升降压环,包括外压环和内压环,外压环与砂轮成型模具模环内壁呈无间隙接触状态,内压环经多个连接筋同轴连接于外环上,内压环内孔直径不大于砂轮成型模芯棒顶端锥头最大底径,砂轮生产投料压网升降压环升降气缸依次经起吊连接块、吊杆连接的吊环与内压环在垂直方向上的投影具有部分重叠,内压环承托于吊环上,内压环经多根连接筋均匀连接。
砂轮成型模具内放置网片并送至压网支架下,升降气缸控制吊杆下降,吊杆经吊环承托内压环带动升降压环下降进入砂轮成型模具,在内压环对应套接于砂轮成型模具芯棒上时,由于内压环直径不大于砂轮成型模芯棒顶端锥头最大底径,内压环套接于砂轮成型模具芯棒锥头上并压合砂轮成型模具内的网片,吊环随吊杆下降脱开承托内压环,砂轮成型模具被动旋转经芯棒、锥头及内压环带动外压环旋转,配合内、外压环之间的多根连接筋旋转,能有效缓冲投料时对网片的冲击,无砂料钻入网片下方,砂轮压置平整,有利于提高砂轮成型质量及外观品质,同时具有对砂轮成型模具内原料匀料的作用;在投料完成后,升降气缸控制吊杆上升,吊杆经吊环承托内压环带动升降压环上升使内压环脱开砂轮成型模具芯棒锥头,吊杆持续上升依次经吊环、内压环带动升降压环脱离砂轮成型模具,砂轮成型模具投料完成并进入后续工序。
本发明采用升降吊杆活动起吊升降压环,升降压环活动卡接砂轮成型模具实现网片压合和投料匀料,其结构简单,使用便捷,能有效压合网片定位于砂轮成型模具内,避免投料操作造成网片起撬偏移,网片增强效果稳定,有利于砂轮质量的提高。

图1所示,一种砂轮生产投料压网系统包括压网支架1、气缸支撑板2、升降气缸3、升降杆4、活动接头5、起吊连接块6、吊杆7、吊环8、内压环9、连接筋10和外压环11。砂轮成型模具12呈被动旋转状态设置于砂轮成型机上,砂轮成型模具12的中心设置芯棒13,芯棒13顶部设置锥头14;压网支架1设置于砂轮成型机上,压网支架1经气缸支撑板2支承升降气缸3,升降气缸3经活动接头5连接起吊连接块6,起吊连接块6连接穿接于气缸支撑板2上的升降气缸3升降杆4底部,起吊连接块6连接吊杆7上端,吊杆7下端设有一吊环8,内压环9穿接于吊杆7上,内压环9与吊环8在垂直方向上的投影具有部分重叠,内压环9承托于吊环8上,内压环9经多根连接筋10均匀连接。

1.一种砂轮生产投料压网升降压环,其特征在于:包括外压环和内压环,外压环与砂轮成型模具模环内壁呈无间隙接触状态,内压环经多个连接筋同轴连接于外压环上,内压环内孔直径不大于砂轮成型模具芯棒顶端锥头最大底径,内压环活动挂接于吊杆上,砂轮生产投料压网升降压环的升降气缸依次经起吊连接块、吊杆连接吊环,吊环与内压环在垂直方向上的投影具有部分重叠,内压环承托于吊环上,内压环经多根连接筋均匀连接外压环;砂轮成型模具内放置网片并送至压网支架下,升降气缸控制吊杆下降,吊杆经吊环承托内压环带动升降压环下降进入砂轮成型模具,在内压环对应套接于砂轮成型模具芯棒上时,由于内压环直径不大于砂轮成型模芯棒顶端锥头最大底径,内压环套接于砂轮成型模具芯棒锥头上并压合砂轮成型模具内的网片,吊环随吊杆下降脱开承托内压环,砂轮成型模具被动旋转经芯棒、锥头及内压环带动外压环旋转,配合内、外压环之间的多根连接筋旋转,对砂轮成型模具内原料匀料;在投料完成后,升降气缸控制吊杆上升,吊杆经吊环承托内压环带动升降压环上升使内压环脱开砂轮成型模具芯棒锥头,吊杆持续上升依次经吊环、内压环带动升降压环脱离砂轮成型模具,砂轮成型模具投料完成并进入后续工序。
