背景技术
慢性胃炎系指不同病因引起的各种慢性胃黏膜炎性病变，是一种常见病，其发病率在各种胃病中居首位。自纤维内镜广泛应用以来，对本病认识有明显提高。常见慢性浅表性胃炎、慢性糜烂性胃炎和慢性萎缩性胃炎。后者黏膜肠上皮化生，常累及贲门，伴有G细胞丧失和胃泌素分泌减少，也可累及胃体，伴有泌酸腺的丧失，导致胃酸，胃蛋白酶和内源性因子的减少。

莱菔子15-35份、木香12-28份、竹茹20-30份、补骨脂15-35份、白术10-20份、
石斛10-30份、白芍5-15份、茯苓10-20份、生地12-24份、甘草8-16份。
作为优选，所述的治疗慢性胃炎的中药组合物主要是由如下重量份的原料药所制成：
陈皮20份、麦冬18-22份、半夏15-25份、黄芩10-20份、黄连12-18份、
莱菔子20-30份、木香16-24份、竹茹22-28份、补骨脂20-30份、白术12-18份、
石斛15-25份、白芍8-12份、茯苓12-18份、生地16-20份、甘草10-14份。

(1)按比例称取麦冬、半夏、黄芩、黄连、莱菔子、木香、竹茹、补骨脂和白术，加入6-10倍体积的60-80％乙醇回流提取2次，每次1-3小时，合并提取液，回收乙醇至无醇味，得提取液A；
(2)按比例称取陈皮、石斛、白芍、茯苓、生地和甘草，加水浸泡2小时，与步骤(1)所得的醇提后残渣合并，加入8-12倍体积的水回流提取2次，每次1-3小时，合并提取液，得提取液B；
(3)合并上述提取液A和提取液B，浓缩成30℃时相对密度为1.10-1.16的总浸膏，即得。
作为优选，所述总浸膏按照常规制剂方法制成汤剂、口服液、片剂、胶囊剂或颗粒剂。
有益效果：相对于现有技术，本发明所得中药组合物，成本低，工艺简单，对人体无毒副作用，能够有效治疗慢性胃炎，且能够显著降低慢性胃炎复发率。

处方：
陈皮20g、麦冬15g、半夏10g、黄芩5g、黄连10g、
莱菔子15g、木香12g、竹茹20g、补骨脂15g、白术10g、
石斛10g、白芍5g、茯苓10g、生地12g、甘草8g。
制备工艺：
(1)按比例称取麦冬、半夏、黄芩、黄连、莱菔子、木香、竹茹、补骨脂和白术，加入6倍体积的60％乙醇回流提取2次，每次1小时，合并提取液，回收乙醇至无醇味，得提取液A；
(2)按比例称取陈皮、石斛、白芍、茯苓、生地和甘草，加水浸泡2小时，与步骤(1)所得的醇提后残渣合并，加入8倍体积的水回流提取2次，每次1小时，合并提取液，得提取液B；
(3)合并上述提取液A和提取液B，浓缩成30℃时相对密度为1.10的总浸膏，即得。

(2)按比例称取陈皮、石斛、白芍、茯苓、生地和甘草，加水浸泡2小时，与步骤(1)所得的醇提后残渣合并，加入12倍体积的水回流提取2次，每次3小时，合并提取液，得提取液B；

(3)合并上述提取液A和提取液B，浓缩成30℃时相对密度为1.14的总浸膏，即得。
所述总浸膏按照常规制剂方法制成颗粒剂。
实验例本发明中药组合物治疗慢性胃炎临床试验研究
1、一般资料
128例慢性浅表性胃炎患者，男66例，女62例，平均年龄48.3岁，随机平均分为四组，分别为对照组、实施例3组、实施例4组和实施例5组，各组性别、年龄、病程等经统计学处理，差异无显著性意义(P>O.05)，具有可比性。
2、治疗方法
①对照组给予胃舒平片(上海青平药业有限公司生产)，按药品说明书使用，15天为1个疗程。
②实施例3组、实施例4组和实施例5组分别给予本发明实施例例3、实施例4和实施例5所得中药组合物，用量为一天用量。
3、诊断标准
无效-患者症状完全没有改善，且有加重迹象；
显效-患者症状有显著改善，但是仍未完全消失；
有效-患者症状完全消失。
副反应：头痛、腹泻、恶心、呕吐、便秘、腹痛及腹胀、头晕、嗜睡、乏力、睡眠紊乱、感觉异常等常见不良反应。
4、治疗结果
按上述方法治疗两个疗程后，考察各组终治疗的总有效率(％)，以及停药两周后的复发率(％)，结果见表1

注：与对照组相比较，*P<0.05.
由上表1结果可见，与对照组相比较，本发明实施例3、4和5所得中药组合物，对于慢性胃炎的治疗效果与胃舒平片的治疗效果相当，证明其能够有效治疗慢性胃炎；而在复发率方面，本发明中药组合物治疗后的复发率最高仅为6.2％，远远低于对照组的46.9％，证明本发明中药组合物能够显著降低慢性胃炎复发率。
且在治疗过程中，对照组发生副反应12例，而本发明各治疗组均无副反应发生。

Claims (5)

1.一种治疗慢性胃炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，它由如下重量份的原料药所制成：
陈皮20份、麦冬15-25份、半夏10-30份、黄芩5-25份、黄连10-20份、
莱菔子15-35份、木香12-28份、竹茹20-30份、补骨脂15-35份、白术10-20份、
石斛10-30份、白芍5-15份、茯苓10-20份、生地12-24份、甘草8-16份；
所述中药组合物的制备方法主要由以下步骤所组成：
(1)按比例称取麦冬、半夏、黄芩、黄连、莱菔子、木香、竹茹、补骨脂和白术，加入6-10倍体积的60-80％乙醇回流提取2次，每次1-3小时，合并提取液，回收乙醇至无醇味，得提取液A；
(2)按比例称取陈皮、石斛、白芍、茯苓、生地和甘草，加水浸泡2小时，与步骤(1)所得的醇提后残渣合并，加入8-12倍体积的水回流提取2次，每次1-3小时，合并提取液，得提取液B；
(3)合并上述提取液A和提取液B，浓缩成30℃时相对密度为1.10-1.16的总浸膏，即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗慢性胃炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，它是由如下重量份的原料药所制成：
陈皮20份、麦冬18-22份、半夏15-25份、黄芩10-20份、黄连12-18份、
莱菔子20-30份、木香16-24份、竹茹22-28份、补骨脂20-30份、白术12-18份、
石斛15-25份、白芍8-12份、茯苓12-18份、生地16-20份、甘草10-14份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗慢性胃炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，它是由如下重量份的原料药所制成：
陈皮20份、麦冬20份、半夏20份、黄芩15份、黄连15份、
莱菔子25份、木香20份、竹茹25份、补骨脂25份、白术15份、
石斛20份、白芍10份、茯苓15份、生地18份、甘草12份。
4.权利要求1-3任一项所述的治疗慢性胃炎中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，它主要是由以下步骤所组成：
(1)按比例称取麦冬、半夏、黄芩、黄连、莱菔子、木香、竹茹、补骨脂和白术，加入6-10倍体积的60-80％乙醇回流提取2次，每次1-3小时，合并提取液，回收乙醇至无醇味，得提取液A；
(2)按比例称取陈皮、石斛、白芍、茯苓、生地和甘草，加水浸泡2小时，与步骤(1)所得的醇提后残渣合并，加入8-12倍体积的水回流提取2次，每次1-3小时，合并提取液，得提取液B；
(3)合并上述提取液A和提取液B，浓缩成30℃时相对密度为1.10-1.16的总浸膏，即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的治疗慢性胃炎中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述总浸膏按照常规制剂方法制成汤剂、口服液、片剂、胶囊剂或颗粒剂。
