Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗乙肝的药物，具体涉及一种由中草药制备而成的治疗乙肝的中药组合物，其由下列原料药制备而成：柴胡15g、黄芩10g、胡黄连10g、木香10g、赤芍30g、生大黄10g、茵陈30g、贯众15g、党参15g、黄芪15g，本发明提供的治疗乙肝的中药组合物，具有疏肝理气、清利湿热、凉血解毒、祛邪扶正的功效，对慢性乙型肝炎及早期肝硬化有显著的疗效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗乙肝的药物，具体涉及一种由中草药制备而成的治疗乙肝的中药组合物。
背景技术
乙肝是严重危害人类健康的疾病之一，其由乙型肝炎病毒引发，乙型肝炎病毒能引起肝脏的病变，乙肝在中国及其他一些亚洲国家中发病率很高，目前中国人口中约有十分之一是乙肝病毒携带者。临床上治疗乙肝多采用干扰素，免疫调节剂等抗病毒药物治疗，其毒副作用大，长期服用对患者造成一定伤害，虽然中药制剂越来越受到患者的青睐，但却存在疗效不确切，治疗效果不佳的缺点。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种疗效确切的治疗乙肝的中药组合物。
本发明的技术方案如下：
本发明提供的治疗乙肝的中药组合物由下列原料药制备而成：柴胡 15g、黄芩10g、胡黄连10g、 木香10g、 赤芍30g、 生大黄10g、 茵陈30g、 贯众15g、 党参15g、 黄芪15g。
制备方法：按以上重量份称取原料药，分别加入8倍，6倍量水煎煮2次，每次2小时，滤过，合并滤液，浓缩到500ml，备用。
本发明提供的治疗乙肝的中药组合物每重量份为一剂，每天一剂，分早晚两次服用，3个月为一个疗程。
本发明也可以用现代提取方法和制剂技术，采用其他的方法提取，并加入药学上允许的药用辅料制成其他的剂型，如丸剂、片剂、胶囊剂、颗粒剂等。
本发明提供的治疗乙肝的中药组合物，具有疏肝理气、清利湿热、凉血解毒、祛邪扶正的功效，对慢性乙型肝炎及早期肝硬化有显著的疗效。
临床试验
对120例来诊慢性乙肝及早期肝硬化病人进行临床试验，服用本发明药物3个月后，基本治愈51例，占42.5%；显效41例，占34.2%；好转16例，占13.3%；无效12例，占10%，总有效率为90%，具有统计学意义。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
取柴胡 15g、黄芩10g、胡黄连10g、 木香10g、 赤芍30g、 生大黄10g、 茵陈30g、 贯众15g、 党参15g、 黄芪15g，分别加入8倍、6倍量的水提取2次，每次2小时，滤过，合并滤液，浓缩到500ml，备用。
典型病例1
李某，女，35岁，患乙型肝炎7年，一直服用抗病毒类西药，效果不明显，来本院服用本发明药物后三个月，症状明显改善，服用六个月后，乙肝两对半全部转阴。后随访一年，病情无复发。
典型病例2
赵某，男，20岁，学生，查体时检查出大三阳，服用本发明药物3个月后，查肝功能正常，乙肝两对半都转阴，后随访一年，病情无复发。
典型病例3
甄某，女，21岁，学生，查体时检查出大三阳，服用本发明药物3个月后，查肝功能正常，乙肝两对半都转阴，后随访一年，病情无复发。

1.一种治疗乙肝的中药组合物，其特征在于由下述重量份的原料药制备而成：柴胡 15g、黄芩10g、胡黄连10g、 木香10g、 赤芍30g、 生大黄10g、 茵陈30g、 贯众15g、 党参15g、 黄芪15g。
