Abstract
本发明公开了一种果糖和葡萄糖的分离方法、所用的分离树脂及该树脂的合成方法。果糖和葡萄糖的分离方法是采用固定化硼酸即含有硼酸基团的酚醛树脂为分离树脂,利用果糖和葡萄糖与该树脂上的硼酸基团形成的络合物的稳定性的差别,使果糖和葡萄糖部分分离。含硼酸基团的分离树脂是以卤代苯基烷基醚为原料,通过格氏反应和酚醛缩合反应合成的,该树脂成本低,应用于果糖分离时工艺简单、运转稳定性好、再生方便。
Description
本发明是关于高纯果糖生产过程中果糖和葡萄糖分离的方法。
高纯果糖含果糖90%,它与果葡糖浆(含果糖42%)相比具有以下优点:1.甜度高,是果葡糖浆和蔗糖甜度的1.5倍;2.克服了果葡糖浆易结晶、储藏和运输不便的缺点;3.由于含葡萄糖少,因此高纯果糖比果葡糖浆更能解决疗效与保健的某些需要。
目前已有果糖分离方法包括阳树脂法、阴树脂法和分子筛吸附法。从工艺性能、成本、食品卫生、安全操作和运转稳定性来说,适用于工业生产的并不多,目前世界上广泛采用的有钙型分子筛和钙型阳树脂,但其应用于果糖分离时工艺复杂、步骤多,造成高纯果糖成本较高。
本发明的目的是为改进高纯果糖生产中果糖的分离方法,简化工艺,减少设备和降低成本。
本发明的目的是通过采用固定化硼酸分离果糖和葡萄糖来实现的:
(1).在干燥无水容器内加入镁和四氢呋喃,然后滴入卤代苯基烷基醚,滴加完毕后,在沸水浴中加热直至镁全部溶解,反应完毕后形成格氏试剂。
(2).在(1)中形成的格氏试剂中滴入三氟化硼乙醚络合物,加热回流2小时,再加入盐酸至沉淀溶解,反应溶液分层,收集醚层,蒸流除去乙醚后加入氢碘酸,加热回流2小时,得羟基苯硼酸。
(3).在容器中加入(2)中产物羟基苯硼酸、甲醛和氨水,然后在沸水浴中加热回流,待形成疏松网状物后,停止反应,产物为带有硼酸基团的酚醛树脂。
(4).用(3)中形成的带有硼酸基团的酚醛树脂即固定化硼酸在碱性条件下与果糖和葡萄糖混合溶液接触,则有大部分果糖和少部分葡萄糖被析附在该固定化硼酸上,然后用酸性溶液可把果糖和葡萄糖从固定化硼酸上洗脱下来,该洗脱液中含有较高比例的果糖和较少比例的葡萄糖。
本发明的优点在于固定化硼酸即带有硼酸基团的酚醛树脂成本低,应用于果糖分离时工艺简单、运转稳定性好、再生方便。
实施例:
(1).在装有滴液漏斗、搅拌器和回流冷凝管的干燥三口烧瓶中加入1摩尔镁,用100毫升四氢呋喃浸没,然后滴加1摩尔对溴苯甲醚,滴加完毕后再在沸水浴中加热至镁全部溶解,形成的产物为CH3OC6H4MgBr。
(2).在(1)的产物中滴加20毫升三氟化硼乙醚络合物,加热回流2小时,冷却,滴加浓度为6摩尔/升的盐酸至沉淀刚刚溶解,反应溶液分层,收集醚层,蒸流除去乙醚后加入氢碘酸,加热回流2小时,得HOC6H4B(OH)2101克。
(3).在装有回流冷凝管的1000毫升圆底烧瓶中加入(2)中产物95克,33%甲醛水溶液68克,25%氨水溶液4.5克,然后在沸水浴中加热回流,待形成疏松网状物后,停止反应,洗净干燥后得产物为带有硼酸基团的酚醛树脂即固定化硼酸157克。
(4).用此固定化硼酸装入指定管内做成果糖分离器,使含果糖42%的果葡糖浆在pH8.0-8.5下通过此果糖分离器,流出液中含果糖8%-12%、葡萄糖88%-92%。然后用pH3-3.5的溶液洗脱挂在果糖分离器上的果糖和葡萄糖,流出液中含果糖88%-92%、葡萄耱8%-12%,该流出液再经离子交换和真空浓缩可得含71%干物质的高纯果糖。
Claims (1)
1、一种果糖和葡萄糖的分离方法,其特征在于在碱性条件下,使含果糖和葡萄糖的溶液与带有硼酸基团的酚醛树脂接触,然后用酸性溶液洗脱,得到含有较高比例果糖的洗脱液,其中,所述带有硼酸基团的酚醛树脂是按下述方式合成的,包括:在干燥无水容器中加入卤代苯基醚、镁和四氢呋喃,在沸水浴中加热形成格氏试剂,然后滴入三氟化硼乙醚络合物,加热回流,再加入盐酸至沉淀溶解,反应溶液分层,收集醚层,蒸流除去乙醚后加入氢碘酸,加热回流,得羟基苯硼酸,在溶器中加入羟基苯硼酸、甲醛和氨水,然后在沸水浴中加热回流,待形成疏松网状物后,停止反应,产物为带有硼酸基团的酚醛树脂。
