Abstract
本发明涉及到一种彩色防水涂料,有多方面用途,其组合物主要由乙烯含量在5-30%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物、高铝水泥、乙二醇、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯增塑剂,无机填料及无机颜料组成;具有良好的防水性、成膜性、粘结性,可用于屋面防水,卫生间防水、输水、输油及储水,储油构筑物防水涂料,特别适合在潮湿环境下施工。
Description
本发明属于建筑防水材料范畴,涉及一种彩色防水涂料。
防水涂料具有易于在复杂部位施工,与基础粘结紧密,施工简便,重量轻,弹性和延伸性好,耐腐蚀性好等特点,高质量的防水涂料,国内外发展较快,尤其是少溶剂、无溶剂或水溶性的防水涂料,最受用户欢迎。目前用量最多的是聚氨酯涂料,为两组份溶解型的防水涂料,使用起来不方便,价格高,施工时有溶剂挥发出来,对操作人员有毒,最为不利的是在潮湿环境下不能施工。
本发明的任务是研制一种价格低于聚氨酯,性能优于聚氨酯,又能在潮湿环境下施工,具有良好的防水性,成膜性,粘结性的水系防水涂料。
本发明采用乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、高铝水泥、乙二醇、酯类增塑剂,无机填料及无机颜料配制而成:
其配合比例如下:
乙烯含量在5-30%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(VAE)30-60(重量份,以下同)
高铝水泥 5-11
乙二醇 0-20
邻苯二甲酸二辛增塑剂 10-20
无机纤维 1-5
无机颜料 3-10
配制方法是将液态组份,VAE、乙二醇、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯混合,配成甲组份,将固态组份、高铝水泥、无机纤维、无机颜料配成乙组份;把甲、乙两组份放在搅拌罐中搅拌均匀即可涂刷施工,配方中的乙二醇为抗冻剂,用它配的涂料可用于露天需防冻的防水工程上,如果不加乙二醇,可用于一般防水工程上;加入氧化铁品种不同,可以制成肉色、黑色、红色、绿色、黄色等防水涂料,因为是无机颜料,涂刷的防水屋面不褪色;高铝水泥渗加量增加,抗拉强度增加,延伸率降低,可以根据使用要求,决定加水泥量多少。无机填料可以是无机纤维(如玻璃纤维),能起到增强作用;也可以是碳酸钙、石英砂,能起到耐磨作用,而且加入这些填料后其刚性增加,柔性减小。
本发明的优点和效果为:
(1)作为建筑防水屋面材料整体密封性好,避免卷材由于粘结不好而漏水,又不受屋面形状影响,可以均匀涂布防水层,与各种基材都能粘结牢固,所形成的防水膜和基层共同承受水压,改变了涂料不宜作为屋面防水涂料的观点。
(2)耐水、尿、热、油、盐水性能好,所以适宜和于厕所卫生间、100℃以下的热环境,输油、储油构筑物,轮船甲板,海水桥梁等处的防水涂料。
(3)因涂膜无毒,可用于生活用水的储水,输水构筑物上,且能防锈蚀,可涂刷在地下管道和构筑物上。
(4)该涂料也是一种多功能粘结剂,与混凝土、瓷砖、石材、PVC塑料、钢材、木材、玻璃等都有很强的粘结力。
实施例1:
乙烯含量在5-30%乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(VAE)50(重量份,以下同)
乙二醇 15
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯 12
玻璃纤维 1
高铝水泥 8
氧化铁红 5
按上述配比将液状原料混合为甲组份,固状原料混合为乙组份,将甲、乙两组份放在搅拌罐中均匀搅拌5-10分钟,即可涂刷施工,可应用于露天屋顶、地下室、游泳池、储水管道等防水工程,由于加进防冻剂乙二醇,可以应用于-25℃的露天工程。
其性能如下:扯断强度2.8Mpa扯断伸长率855%,粘结强度1.32Mpa,直角撕裂强度7.34N/mm,不透水性0.3Mpa,0.5小时,耐低温-25℃。
实施例2:
乙烯含量在5-30%乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(VAE)60(重量份,以下同)

氧化铁颜料 4
按例1方法配制,应用于地下室、储水池、游泳馆、输油管道等不要求耐低温的防水工程。
其性能如下:扯断强度6.36Mpa,扯断伸长率315.51%,直角撕裂强度40N/mm,粘结强度1.38Mpa,不透水性0.3Mpa(0.5小时内),低温柔性0℃可用。
例3,
乙烯含量在5-30%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(VAE)35(重量份,以下同)
乙二醇 8
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯 20
玻璃纤维 5
高铝水泥 3
氧化铁颜料 9
按上述配比称取,按例1的作法配成甲、乙组份,甲乙二组分混合均匀,应用于防水、抗冻,而且抗拉强度要求高的地方。

1、一种彩色防水涂料,其特征在于:组合物成分和含量如下:
乙烯含量在5-30%乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(VAE)30-60(重量份)
高铝水泥 5-11(重量份)
乙二醇 0-20(重量份)
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯 10-20(重量份)
无机填料 1-5(重量份)
无机颜料 3-10(重量份)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的彩色防水涂料,其特征在于:所述无机纤维也可以用碳酸钙或石英砂代替。
3、根据权利要求1所述的彩色防水涂料,其特征在于:所述的无机颜料为氧化铁。
