无纺布的密度例如可在0.04g/cm3和0.1g/cm3之间。
长纤维通常无定向地沉积并且可具有0.8至1.8分特、优选1.0至1.2分特的细度。
短纤维可以是卷曲的并且例如具有2.2至15分特、优选4至10分特的细度。
原则上也可规定两种不同类型的具有不同细度的短纤维。尤其是可设置细度较小的如1.2至2.1分特的第二类型。第一类型相对于第二类型的比值优选大于1:4。
原则上各不同的印花图案是适合的。除了点状和网格状的压花外,无纺布材料尤其是也可设置线状或波纹状的压花。尤其是也可在中断的波纹形状中产生视觉上吸引人的外观,该外观也可与位于下方的印样协调一致。
为了总体上实现低的制造成本,长纤维优选由聚烯烃制成,在此尤其是聚丙烯适合用作长纤维的材料。短纤维也可由聚烯烃、尤其是由聚丙烯(PP)制成,于是也可提供类型纯一的无纺布材料。此外,聚酯、尤其是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)也适合用作短纤维的聚合物材料。
优选在制造时首先被铺放短纤维的一侧上形成压花并且该侧也优选设置用于与纠缠钩连接。
本发明的技术方案还包括一种用于制造所描述的搭扣元件的方法,其中,通过挤出和沉积长纤维形成纺粘型无纺布,接着,在纺粘型无纺布上这样铺放由梳理过的短纤维构成的层,使得短纤维位于如此形成的无纺布材料的第一侧上,接着借助水射流(即水刺)加载无纺布材料的长纤维和短纤维并且由此使它们彼此混合和缠绕,并且对无纺布材料进行冷压花。在制造方法中结合压花和加载水刺,并且为了压花和加载水刺将无纺布以及由梳理过的短纤维构成的层供应到两个辊之间的辊隙,在此至少一个所述辊具有压花结构和用于产生水刺的包括大量开口的穿孔结构。当无纺布材料在压花结构的突起上被保持和固定在辊隙中时,其余区域露出,因此可在那里使纤维彼此紧密混合并且鼓起。
尤其是辊可具有用于产生水刺的包括大量开口的穿孔结构。穿孔结构的开口在此可设置在压花结构的突起之间。
为了实现纤维的良好缠绕,也可相继设置多个辊对。
如上所述,无纺布材料在冷压花和加载水刺之后可借助胶粘剂粘合到之前被印上装饰的载体膜上。与该膜的粘合优选在无纺布材料的第二侧上、即与第一侧相对置地进行,在第一侧上之前已在纺粘型无纺布上铺放短纤维层。

具体实施方式
图1示出一种构成圈的搭扣元件,该搭扣元件构成维可牢搭扣的阴性部件,所述圈构造用于与无纺布材料1的纠缠钩连接。无纺布材料1在第一侧上具有压花2并且由纺粘型无纺布的长纤维3和梳理过的短纤维4形式的短绒构成。长纤维3和短纤维4彼此缠绕并且构成一个共同的由纤维混合物制成的无纺布层。长纤维3确保无纺布材料1的良好稳定性和强度,而短纤维4实现了特别软的表面。
由图1可见,短纤维4延伸于无纺布材料1的整个厚度上,但在无纺布材料1的设有压花2的第一侧上的短纤维的含量由制造决定略高。
无纺布材料1通过胶粘剂5与单层的载体膜6粘合。
在压花2之间长纤维3以及短纤维4在无纺布材料1的第一侧上——部分构成圈地——突出并且因此可用于与纠缠钩连接,在此不仅可在长纤维3上而且也可在短纤维4上钩住。恰恰在压花2的边缘上纠缠钩可深深嵌入无纺布材料1中。此外,压花2促成无纺布材料1的稳定性。
在压花2上长纤维3和短纤维4在不熔化的情况下彼此变形。无纺布材料1的单位面积重量优选可在20g/m2和50g/m2之间。
如下面详细所述,压花2借助辊7制出。设置用于压花的辊7的表面结构在图4中示出。所示的结构因此也相应于俯视图中的无纺布材料1的压花结构。可以看出,在俯视图中压花2相应于辊的突起8被成形为波纹状区段的形式。压花的面积份额通常在5%和20%之间。
不仅长纤维3而且短纤维4可由聚烯烃、尤其是由聚丙烯(PP)制成。此外,可为短纤维4使用聚酯、尤其是PET作为替代材料。
图2示出用于制造无纺布材料1的步骤,其中,首先从挤出机9挤出长纤维3并且将其沉积用于形成纺粘型无纺布10。沉积的长纤维3在此在尚未完全时效硬化的状态中被引导通过辊隙11并且由此在较低的程度上彼此连接。
接下来,由梳理装置12制造一个由被梳理过的短纤维4构成的层13并且将其这样铺放到纺粘型无纺布10上,使得短纤维4位于如此形成的无纺布材料1的第一侧上。
之后,在此时刻还是两层的无纺布材料1被供应到两个辊7、7'之间的辊隙11',在此一个辊7具有根据图4的压花结构并在压花结构的突起8之间具有包括大量开口14的穿孔结构(图4)。设有突起8的辊7被供应处于压力之下的液体,以便在开口14上产生液体射流,其在本发明的范畴中被称为水射流(水刺),即使没有供应水,而是供应水状液体或其它液体时亦是如此。当无纺布材料1在辊7、7'之间的辊隙11'中被压花时,同时通过加载水刺使长纤维3和短纤维4混合和缠绕。由此形成一个由纤维混合物制成的无纺布层,该无纺布层在其厚度上含有短纤维4和长纤维3,并且在无纺布材料1的第一侧上短纤维4的浓度原则上预计略高,因为短纤维最初从那里被铺放。
此外,在图2中还可看出无纺布材料1被干燥并且随后被卷绕起来。
图3示出进一步的处理,在此根据本发明的一种优选方案,供应载体膜15并且在印刷单元16中为该载体膜设置装饰印样。接着,通过辊装置17将胶粘剂5图案状地施加到载体膜15上,然后设有图案状的胶粘剂5的载体膜15与无纺布材料1粘合,由此最终产生图1中所示的材料。
图5示例性示出一种适合用于连接无纺布材料1和载体膜15的胶粘剂图案。胶粘剂5的面积份额和因此连接区域的比值优选在10%和30%之间。胶粘剂5量在整个表面上优选平均在1.5g/m2和5g/m2之间。各个设有胶粘剂的接片宽度例如可在1至1.5mm的范围中。
例1:
在第一种实施例的范畴中,供应通过吹塑薄膜挤出(blown film extrusion)制出的由聚乙烯制成的厚度为14μm的单膜,该单膜在第一侧上设有装饰印样。然后,为该由包含PE-LLD(线型低密度聚乙烯)和PE-HD(高密度聚乙烯)的混合物制成的PE(聚乙烯)单膜设置具有根据图5胶粘剂图案的单组分聚氨酯胶粘剂和根据本发明的单位面积重量为35g/m2的无纺布材料1。无纺布材料1包括分别由聚丙烯制成的长纤维3和短纤维4。为粘合施加的胶粘剂的单位面积重量为3.0g/m2
例2:
在其它参数相同的情况下,无纺布材料的单位面积重量从35g/m2提高到40g/m2
对比例子:
如前所述构造的载体膜15在被印刷后被施加单位面积重量为1.8g/m2的且具有图5所示的胶粘剂图案的单组分聚氨酯胶粘剂,在此代替无纺布材料1粘合一种已知的由聚酰胺制成的单位面积重量为18g/m2的针织物。

表格1和2示出剥离测量以及剪切测量的结果。为了准备样品,在横向方向上正好剪切一条宽度为一英寸(24.4mm)的根据图2和3中所示的制造方法的无纺布材料。为了能够实现与钩定义的连接,样品随后被挂入悬挂装置中,接着用手将被加重500g重量的钩带按压到无纺布材料上3秒并且接下来在移走重量之前使钩带在重量负荷下悬挂在无纺布材料1上5秒。
进一步的测试使用兹韦克仪器的标准设置,在此将无纺布材料1插入下部夹头并且将钩带插入上部夹头中。在测量剪切力时(剪切测量)将钩带和无纺布材料1平面地设置在一个平面中。在测量剥离力(剥离测量)中,这样夹紧无纺布材料1,使得其从钩带起旋转180°折叠到自身上。然后在拉力试验中模仿旋转180°的剥离。
在试验参数变化时表明,在不同材料相互间的相对比较中以相同方式确定特定特性。因此具体所选择的试验程序仅仅是示例性的并且用于说明目的。
测量表明,借助根据本发明的无纺布材料的不同单位面积重量可达到甚至超过已知的纹路化的聚酰胺针织物的剥离值和剪切值,并且根据本发明的搭扣元件的特点在于极软的、均匀的且视觉上吸引人的表面。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于维可牢搭扣的构成圈的搭扣元件,该搭扣元件包含压花的无纺布材料(1),该无纺布材料具有纺粘型无纺布的长纤维(3)和梳理过的短纤维(4),其特征在于,所述长纤维(3)和短纤维(4)彼此缠绕并且共同构成一个由纤维混合物制成的无纺布层,并且长纤维(3)的含量相对于短纤维(4)的含量在无纺布层的厚度上变化,并且在无纺布层的两侧上短纤维(4)突出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的搭扣元件,其特征在于,所述压花的无纺布材料(1)完全由长纤维(3)和短纤维(4)构成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的搭扣元件,其特征在于,所述无纺布材料(1)在长纤维(3)没有与短纤维(4)熔合的情况下冷压花。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的搭扣元件,其特征在于,所述无纺布材料(1)具有20g/m2和50g/m2之间的单位面积重量。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的搭扣元件,其特征在于,所述无纺布材料(1)与载体膜(15)粘合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的搭扣元件,其特征在于,所述无纺布材料(1)和载体膜(15)借助图案状施加的胶粘剂(5)粘合。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的搭扣元件,其特征在于,所述无纺布材料(1)具有线状或波纹状的压花。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的搭扣元件,其特征在于,所述长纤维(3)由聚烯烃制成。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的搭扣元件,其特征在于,所述短纤维(4)由聚烯烃或聚酯制成。
10.根据权利要求8所述的搭扣元件,其特征在于,所述长纤维(3)由聚丙烯制成。
11.一种用于制造根据权利要求1至10之一所述的搭扣元件的方法,其中,通过挤出和沉积长纤维(3)形成纺粘型无纺布(10),
接着在纺粘型无纺布(10)上这样铺放由梳理过的短纤维(4)构成的层(13),使得短纤维(4)位于如此形成的无纺布材料(1)的第一侧上,
借助液体射流加载无纺布材料(1)的长纤维(3)和短纤维(4)并且由此使长纤维和短纤维彼此混合和缠绕,
对无纺布材料进行冷压花,其中,为了压花和加载水射流,将纺粘型无纺布(10)以及由梳理过的短纤维(4)构成的层(13)供应给在两个辊(7、7')之间的辊隙(11'),其中至少一个所述辊(7)具有压花结构和用于产生水射流的包括大量开口(14)的穿孔结构。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,穿孔结构的开口(14)设置在压花结构的各突起(8)之间。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的方法,其中,在冷压花和加载水射流之后无纺布材料(1)借助胶粘剂(5)粘合到之前被印上装饰的载体膜(15)上。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述无纺布材料(1)在第二侧上粘合到载体膜(15)上。
