Abstract

一种旋流式原油电脱水器,其特征在于:它包括集气室、集油室、进油管、圆柱段、电极板、溢油管、圆锥段、脱出水排出管、排气管、脱水油排出管,电极板沿溢油管四周呈螺旋形排列,相邻电极板交错排列安装。该电脱水器将水力旋流技术应用于原油电脱水装置,提高原油脱水效率,减小电脱水器体积,缩短原油脱水处理时间。

一种旋流式原油电脱水器
所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种原油乳状液脱水方法,尤其涉及一种旋流分离和电脱水技术结合的原油脱水装置。
背景技术
油田开采出的原油含有较多的水,为达到外输原油含水量要求,油田所产原油需要进行脱水处理。原油中的游离水采用沉降法很容易从油中分离出来;而其中的乳化水由于与油形成油包水型乳状液,用沉降法很难分离出来,必须采用专门的脱水措施。原油乳状液脱水通常采用电脱水器。
目前,原油电脱水器由罐体和悬挂于罐体内部的电极板组成。电极板产生高压电场,原油乳状液中的水微滴在高压电场作用下发生变形并产生静电力,相互碰撞,聚结成较大的水滴,再从原油中沉降分离出来。为了达到良好的脱水效果,原油电脱水器体积通常较大,脱水处理时间也较长。对于含砂原油,还需要定期清理罐底沉积的泥砂。
为了减小脱水器体积、缩短脱水时间,一些原油电脱水器采用离心分离技术或水力旋流技术提高油、水分离效率。专利CN 101564605 B将离心分离技术应用于电脱水器,但是存在着能耗大、高速旋转部件维护工作量大、运行噪音大、需定期清砂等问题。专利CN 101638587 B将旋流技术和电脱水技术结合在一起,但由于电脱水器中只有一个电极,因此脱水效果差。
发明内容
为了克服现有原油电脱水器体积大、脱水时间长、需要定期清砂的不足,本发明提供一种旋流式原油电脱水器,该电脱水器能够提高油、水分离效率,从而减小分离器尺寸、缩短脱水时间,而且无需除砂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种旋流式原油电脱水器,其特征在于:它包括集气室、集油室、进油管、圆柱段、电极板、溢油管、圆锥段、脱出水排出管、排气管和脱水油排出管,所述排气管、集气室、集油室、圆柱段、圆锥段和脱出水排出管依次从上至下同轴线连接;
所述进油管在圆柱段上端与圆柱段连通,并且与之相切;所述圆柱段的上端与集油室连接,圆柱段与集油室之间由隔板隔断并密封,溢油管穿过隔板中心插在圆柱段内;
所述集油室下端与圆柱段连接,由隔板隔断并密封;所述集油室上端与集气室连通,集气室上端与排气管连通;所述脱水油排出管在集油室上端与集油室连通;
所述溢油管位于圆柱段与圆锥段中部,溢油管上端从集油室与圆柱段之间的密封隔板中心处穿过,与集油室连通,溢油管下端位于圆锥段中部;所述溢油管四周呈螺旋状安装有若干电极板,相邻两电极板交错排列;
所述进油管为矩形管。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)将电脱水技术与旋流技术有机结合在一起,提高原油脱水效率;
(2)与传统原油电脱水器相比,体积小,脱水迅速;
(3)与离心式电脱水器相比,无运行部件,管理维护方便,使用寿命长;
(4)电脱水器中无泥砂沉积,无需清砂。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合具体实例和附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种旋流式原油电脱水器,它包括集气室1、集油室2、进油管3、圆柱段4、电极板5、溢油管6、圆锥段7、脱出水排出管8、排气管9和脱水油排出管10,所述排气管9、集气室1、集油室2、圆柱段4、圆锥段7和脱出水排出管8依次从上至下同轴线连接;
所述进油管3在圆柱段4上端与圆柱段4连通,并且与之相切;所述圆柱段4的上端与集油室2连接,圆柱段4与集油室2之间由隔板隔断并密封,溢油管6穿过隔板中心插在圆柱段4内;
所述集油室2下端与圆柱段4连接,由隔板隔断并密封;所述集油室2上端与集气室1连通,集气室1上端与排气管9连通;所述脱水油排出管10在集油室3上端与集油室3连通;
所述溢油管6位于圆柱段4与圆锥段7的中部,溢油管6上端从集油室2与圆柱段4之间的密封隔板中心处穿过,与集油室2连通,溢油管6下端位于圆锥段7的中部;所述溢油管6四周呈螺旋状安装有若干电极板5,相邻两电极板交错排列;
所述进油管3为矩形管。
本发明工作时:溢油管6上侧的各电极板5之间形成交变电场,溢油管6下侧的各电极板5之间形成直流电场。原油乳状液从进油管3切向进入圆柱段4,在圆柱段4内高速旋转,原油中的水微滴在交变电场作用下碰撞、聚结成小水滴,小水滴在离心力作用下向圆柱段4的内壁方向运动,聚结成大水滴。原油进入圆锥段7后形成高速旋流,水微滴在直流电场作用下碰撞、聚结成小水滴,小水滴在离心力作用下向圆锥段7的内壁方向运动,聚结成大水滴。脱出水向圆锥段7的下方运动,将脱水原油压入溢油管6,而水和砂则由脱出水排出管8排出。脱水原油沿溢油管6上行,进入集油室2,原油中析出的气体进入集气室1,并由排气管9排出,脱水原油经脱水油排出管10排出。

1.一种旋流式原油电脱水器,其特征在于:全套装置包括集气室(1)、集油室(2)、进油管(3)、圆柱段(4)、电极板(5)、溢油管(6)、圆锥段(7)、脱出水排出管(8)、排气管(9)和脱水油排出管(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋流式原油电脱水器,其特征在于:电极板(5)在溢油管(6)四周呈螺旋形排列,相邻两电板(5)交错排列安装。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋流式原油电脱水器,其特征在于:进油管(3)为长方形截面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋流式原油电脱水器,其特征在于:位于溢油管(6)上侧的电极板(5)之间形成交变电场,位于溢油管(6)下侧的电极板(5)之间形成直流电场。
