Abstract

本发明公开了一种水性耐腐涂料及其制备方法,该涂料制备方法是:取适量油酸钠加入到去离子水中,混合均匀后再缓慢滴入环氧树脂进行乳化,乳化后再把云母粉、锌粉、三聚合磷酸铝、聚酰胺树脂依次投放到乳液中,然后将混合物置于分散机中在分散搅拌处理,处理后即得一种水性耐腐涂料。由于锌粉电极电位低,可产生保护电位,其次,可与空气中的气体反应生成了一种不溶于水的锌腐蚀产物,从而成为有效的屏蔽保护层,改善了涂料的耐腐蚀性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合涂料,特别涉及一种改性涂料,属于涂料领域。
发明内容
涂料即是我们常说的油漆和乳胶漆的统称,它是由高分子的成膜物质和其它的物质混合而成的,能够在基材的表面形成一层牢固的高分子膜的材料,而以水作为分散介质或者溶剂的都可称为水性涂料。
 科技的进步带动了涂料行业的高速发展,不断有新的涂料品种被研究和开发出来。为满足涂料在装饰性、耐候性、环境保护、节省能源、方便施工等方面更高的要求,近年来国外相继开发了新型、优质、高档的涂料。国外涂料今后发展的趋势是向着水性、耐候性、抗污染性方向发展。由于溶剂型涂料对环境和人类健康都危害很大,因此世界各国都十分重视发展水性涂料,并制订有关法规,严格限制涂料中VOC (挥发性有机物)的含量,使用溶剂型涂料的比例越来越小,取而代之的是水性涂料。
水性涂料代表着低污染涂料发展的主要方向,为了不断改善其性能,扩大其应用范围,近半个世纪以来国内外对水性涂料进行了大量的研究,其中水性环氧树脂是目前该领域研究的热点,水性环氧树脂具有优异的附着力,为了进一步提高树脂的抗腐蚀能力,本发明提供一种添加锌粉的树脂涂料。
 由于锌的电极电位是-0.763V,在原电池中锌作为阳极,首先牺牲自己,失去电子,产生保护电位,其次,不溶性涂膜和原电池保护的产物,逐渐与空气中的气体反应生成了一种不溶于水的锌腐蚀产物,这种腐蚀副产物是锌的氧化物、氢氧化物或碳酸盐类,从而成为有效的屏蔽保护层,这些腐蚀产物填充在无机锌涂层的微孔中 , 形成了一个可以隔绝水和氧的屏蔽层。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水性耐腐涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,该涂料由环氧树脂、三聚合磷酸铝、云母粉、聚酰胺树脂固化剂、油酸钠、锌粉和去离子水组成,其重量百分比为:
环氧树脂   40-60%
三聚合磷酸铝   5-10%
云母粉      4-6%
聚酰胺树脂固化剂  5-10%
 油酸钠    3-5%
锌粉   3-5%
去离子水    余量。
 该涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
⑴ 将油酸钠加入到一定量的去离子水中,混合均匀;
⑵ 再缓慢滴入环氧树脂进行乳化,乳化30-60 min;
⑶ 把适量云母粉投放到乳液中;
⑷ 往乳液中依次加入锌粉、三聚合磷酸铝、聚酰胺树脂固化剂;
⑸ 将混合物置于分散机中在分散搅拌处理,分散搅拌后即得一种水性耐腐涂料。
优先的,加入的锌粉为1500目以上。
优先的,分散机的速度设置为1000-2000r/min,时间为1-2h。
本发明具有下列优点和特性:
⑴水作为分散介质,无有机溶剂或挥发性有机化合物含量低,不污染环境;
⑵施工方便,操作安全;
⑶对绝大多数基材具有良好的附着力;
⑷可以拼合其他水溶涂料树脂,改善性能。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
取一容器装入0.26kg去离子水,在将0.05kg油酸钠加入到去离子水中,搅拌混合均匀后,再缓慢滴入0.4kg环氧树脂进行乳化,乳化30 min后,加入0.04kg云母粉到乳液中,再往混合物中加入0.05kg 锌粉、0.1kg三聚合磷酸铝和 0.1kg聚酰胺树脂固化剂,并置于分散机中在分散搅拌处理,分散机的速度设置为1000r/min,时间为1h,即制备一种耐腐蚀性涂料。
实施例二:
取一容器装入0.17kg去离子水,在将0.04kg油酸钠加入到去离子水中,搅拌混合均匀后,再缓慢滴入0.6kg环氧树脂进行乳化,乳化45 min后,加入0.06kg云母粉到乳液中,再往混合物中加入0.03kg 锌粉、 0.05kg三聚合磷酸铝和 0.05kg聚酰胺树脂固化剂,并置于分散机中在分散搅拌处理,分散机的速度设置为1500r/min,时间为1.5h,即制备一种耐腐蚀性涂料。
实施例三:
取一容器装入0.24kg去离子水,在将0.03kg油酸钠加入到去离子水中,搅拌混合均匀后,再缓慢滴入0.5kg环氧树脂进行乳化,乳化60 min后,加入0.05kg云母粉到乳液中,再往混合物中加入0.04kg 锌粉、 0.06kg三聚合磷酸铝和 0.08kg聚酰胺树脂固化剂,并置于分散机中在分散搅拌处理,分散机的速度设置为2000r/min,时间为2h,即制备一种耐腐蚀性涂料。

Claims (3)

1.一种水性耐腐涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
⑴ 将油酸钠加入到一定量的去离子水中,混合均匀;
⑵ 再缓慢滴入环氧树脂进行乳化,乳化30-60 min;
⑶ 把适量云母粉投放到乳液中;
⑷ 往乳液中依次加入锌粉、三聚合磷酸铝、聚酰胺树脂固化剂;
⑸ 将混合物置于分散机中在分散搅拌处理,分散搅拌后即得一种水性耐腐涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性耐腐涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤⑷中,加入的锌粉为1500目以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性耐腐涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤⑸中,分散机的速度设置为1000-2000r/min,时间为1-2h。
