Abstract

本发明涉及涂料,具体涉及一种水溶性转移涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:备料;水溶性聚丙烯酸酯树脂溶液的制备;水性聚氨酯乳液水溶液的制备;水溶性聚丙烯酸酯树脂溶液和的水性聚氨酯乳液水溶液放入混合罐中混合,加热至70-75℃,然后加入成膜助剂、助粘剂、润湿剂、消泡剂和流平剂搅拌均匀后,加入去离子水,制得水溶性转移涂料。本发明的制备方法以水为主要分散介质,绿色无污染;不含有机溶剂,避免了有机溶剂受国际油价高企带来的成本显著升高的问题;该方法制得的产品对粘合剂的要求低,适用性好;产品转移后对印刷油墨的适应性好。

一种水溶性转移涂料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料,具体涉及一种水溶性转移涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
 近年来,应环境保护与资源节约的要求,用于烟酒、食品、日用品等纸类包装领域的金银卡纸,大部分已经由原来的复合法改为转移法工艺。现有的转移工艺中由于有机溶剂挥发带来的环境问题、溶剂残留带来的成品纸张不能满足材料对VOC标准的要求、应用成本问题等制约产业健康发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种不含有机溶剂、绿色环保且产品转移后对印刷油墨的适应性好的水溶性转移涂料的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种水溶性转移涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)备料
称取以下重量份的原料:水性聚氨酯乳液10份、水溶性聚丙烯酸酯树脂20份、成膜助剂5份、助粘剂1份、润湿剂1份、消泡剂1份、流平剂1份、异丙醇15份、去离子水80份;
(2)水溶性聚丙烯酸酯树脂溶液的制备
将去离子水和异丙醇混合,加热至70-75℃,逐步加入水溶性聚丙烯酸酯树脂并均匀搅拌至全部溶解,制得水溶性聚丙烯酸酯树脂溶液,其中去离子水和异丙醇的质量比为1-2:1;
(3)水性聚氨酯乳液水溶液的制备
在水性聚氨酯乳液中加入去离子水,去离子水和水性聚氨酯乳液的质量比为1-3:1,加热至85℃并均匀搅拌至混合均匀,制得水性聚氨酯乳液水溶液;
(4)水溶性转移涂料的制备
将步骤(2)中的水溶性聚丙烯酸酯树脂溶液和步骤(3)中的水性聚氨酯乳液水溶液放入混合罐中混合,加热至70-75℃,然后加入成膜助剂、助粘剂、润湿剂、消泡剂和流平剂搅拌均匀后,加入剩下的去离子水,制得水溶性转移涂料。
进一步地,所述的水性聚氨酯乳液分子量为2500-4500,粘度为60-400厘泊,所述的水溶性聚丙烯酸酯树脂分子量为1000-2500,粘度为250-350厘泊,玻璃化温度为80℃。
进一步地,所述的成膜助剂为乙二醇醚;所述的助粘剂为水性蜡乳液;润湿剂为改性有机硅氧烷;所述的消泡剂为改性硅酮;所述的流平剂为聚硅氧烷。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的制备方法以水为主要分散介质,绿色无污染;不含有机溶剂,避免了有机溶剂受国际油价高企带来的成本显著升高的问题;该方法制得的产品对粘合剂的要求低,适用性好;产品转移后对印刷油墨的适应性好。
具体实施方式
一种水溶性转移涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)备料
称取以下重量份的原料:水性聚氨酯乳液10份、水溶性聚丙烯酸酯树脂20份、乙二醇醚5份、水性蜡乳液1份、改性有机硅氧烷1份、改性硅酮1份、聚硅氧烷1份、异丙醇15份、去离子水80份;
(2)水溶性聚丙烯酸酯树脂溶液的制备
将去离子水和异丙醇混合,加热至72℃,逐步加入水溶性聚丙烯酸酯树脂并均匀搅拌至全部溶解,制得水溶性聚丙烯酸酯树脂溶液,其中去离子水和异丙醇的质量比为1-2:1;
(3)水性聚氨酯乳液水溶液的制备
在水性聚氨酯乳液中加入去离子水,去离子水和水性聚氨酯乳液的质量比为1-3:1,加热至85℃并均匀搅拌至混合均匀,制得水性聚氨酯乳液水溶液;
(4)水溶性转移涂料的制备
将步骤(2)中的水溶性聚丙烯酸酯树脂溶液和步骤(3)中的水性聚氨酯乳液水溶液放入混合罐中混合,加热至72℃,然后加入乙二醇醚、水性蜡乳液、改性有机硅氧烷、改性硅酮和聚硅氧烷搅拌均匀后,加入剩下的去离子水,制得水溶性转移涂料。
优选地,所述的水性聚氨酯乳液分子量为2500-4500,粘度为60-400厘泊,所述的水溶性聚丙烯酸酯树脂分子量为1000-2500,粘度为250-350厘泊,玻璃化温度为80℃。

Claims (3)

1.一种水溶性转移涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)备料
称取以下重量份的原料:水性聚氨酯乳液10份、水溶性聚丙烯酸酯树脂20份、成膜助剂5份、助粘剂1份、润湿剂1份、消泡剂1份、流平剂1份、异丙醇15份、去离子水80份;
(2)水溶性聚丙烯酸酯树脂溶液的制备
将去离子水和异丙醇混合,加热至70-75℃,逐步加入水溶性聚丙烯酸酯树脂并均匀搅拌至全部溶解,制得水溶性聚丙烯酸酯树脂溶液,其中去离子水和异丙醇的质量比为1-2:1;
(3)水性聚氨酯乳液水溶液的制备
在水性聚氨酯乳液中加入去离子水,去离子水和水性聚氨酯乳液的质量比为1-3:1,加热至85℃并均匀搅拌至混合均匀,制得水性聚氨酯乳液水溶液;
(4)水溶性转移涂料的制备
将步骤(2)中的水溶性聚丙烯酸酯树脂溶液和步骤(3)中的水性聚氨酯乳液水溶液放入混合罐中混合,加热至70-75℃,然后加入成膜助剂、助粘剂、润湿剂、消泡剂和流平剂搅拌均匀后,加入剩下的去离子水,制得水溶性转移涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性转移涂料制备方法,其特征在于:水性聚氨酯乳液分子量为2500-4500,粘度为60-400厘泊,所述的水溶性聚丙烯酸酯树脂分子量为1000-2500,粘度为250-350厘泊,玻璃化温度为80℃。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的水溶性转移涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的成膜助剂为乙二醇醚;所述的助粘剂为水性蜡乳液;润湿剂为改性有机硅氧烷;所述的消泡剂为改性硅酮;所述的流平剂为聚硅氧烷。
