Abstract

Description

轧机机座
本发明涉及轧机机座,它有可调整地支承在两个互相平行的轧机支架中的轧辊,其中操作端轧机支架可以相对于另一个轧机支架移开,尤其是万能轧机机座,它有水平轧辊和装在盒内的垂直轧辊。
采用连续式或可逆式工作的万能轧机机座,可以轧制各种型材,例如“双T”和“U”字梁或钢轨。现有成套的水平和垂直轧辊机座,在支架梁窗口中设垫块,水平轧辊的垫块成对地支承着上下横梁,横梁通过压紧螺母被连接在螺母上轴向不可移动、可旋转地支承在轧制线两边的一对调整螺杆所固定。
为了在换辊时横梁不再需要从其余的轧机机座部分升起,在由DE-30 39203C2已知的万能机座结构中,上横梁分成两部分,所以它先转开,在换辊后重新转回,并可与其余的机座部分锁紧。在转开位置,装有轧辊的垫块可自由接近,并可通过窗口从机座取出。为了能来回转动,除了那些使更换轧辊成为可能的轴承以外,还需要附加的回转机构,例如其形式为回转液压油缸。
按照一个老的申请,为使更换轧辊的工作简化,装入轧机支架内的轴承无垫块地支承水平辊,与驱动部件隔开的操作端轧机支架连同支承,沿水平轧辊的轧辊轴线方向可从另一个轧机支架移开,装在盒中的垂直轧辊推入与轧机支架固定连接的导向座中。在移动操作端轧机支架后,不仅水平轧辊,而且垂直轧辊均处于自由状态,并可以从互相拉开的轧机支座内部接近它们。因此安装垂直轧辊的盒可直接装入在轧机支架中轧机工作所要求的装配位置,亦即推入导向座中,所以不再需要垫块。
本发明的目的是,对于这种类型的轧机机座,尤其是万能轧机机座,进一步简化轧辊的更换工作,减少换辊时轧机机列的停车时间。
为此,本发明提供一种轧机机座,它有可调整地支承在两个互相平行的、操作时相互固紧的轧机支架中的轧辊,其中,带有一移位机构的操作端轧机支架可以相对于另一个轧机支架移开,尤其是万能轧机机座,它有水平轧辊和装在盒内的垂直轧辊,其中,水平轧辊配属有托板,其特征为:一个通过联锁装置联锁、可与操作端轧机支架一起移开的换辊机架不仅装有所述的水平轧辊,而且装有所述具有垂直轧辊的盒,换辊机架设有支承上和下水平轧辊辊身的托板,换辊机架在垂直轧辊区域内,通过安装盒的凸台伸入轧辊支架内。
在一台二辊式轧机机座中,轧辊是垂直排列的或水平排列的,而在万能轧机机座中,既有水平轧辊也有垂直轧辊。操作端轧机支架与换辊机架联锁,为此,换辊机架上最好有一个槽,用于在操作端轧机支架上的可插入或可拔出的联锁钩,在操作端轧机支架移开后,按照本发明的结构,此同时设计为配件架的换辊机架可以全套换掉,当然在这么做之前先要去锁。
因此,通过移动操作端的轧机支架到其终端位置,使换辊机架与轧辊和辊环例如在机座底板上或钢轨上处于完全自由的中空位置。因此,它处于起重机或移动式吊车可及的地方,通过起重机或移动式吊车可将包含全部磨损零件(垂直与水平轧辊,以及配件或与成型有关的零件)的换辊机架从轧机机列移走。因此分解轧辊不再需要在轧机机列内进行,而可以在修理车间进行,从而不会干扰继续的生产过程。尤其在要轧制的批量较小时,应非常简单和迅速地更换轧辊,否则只能更换机座,但这么做的前提是始终要保持多个机座备用,这相应地会使成本提高。
按本发明的最佳设计建议,换辊机架设支承上、下水平轧辊辊身的托板,例如为薄钢板结构。在换辊时,调整装置最大程度地移开,从而有足够的自由空间,此空间允许用于最好设计为摇杆的上水平轧辊托板,托板转到其与辊身下面啮合因而支承着轧辊或辊环的位置。为了转动摇杆,可采用任何回转传动装置,例如铰接在摇杆上的液压油缸。在轧制过程中,摇杆处于远离辊身或辊颈的不工作位置,由于不产生磨损,它们始终保持不变的直径,在换辊时利用它们来支托。因为下水平轧辊的托板不干扰轧制工作,所以它们可以与换辊机架刚性连接,例如设计为虎钳口。
按本发明的结构建议,换辊机架在垂直轧辊所在位置,安装着盒的凸台伸入轧机支架中。因此盒推入与换辊机架构成整体构件的凸台中。

如图2和3所示,图1中万能轧机机座1,有一个通过底板与机座底板2连接的驱动端轧机支架3和一个可移动的操作端轧机支架4。轧机支架3、4互相平行,为了彼此移开,可在操作端轧机支架4上连接一个未在图中表示的带活塞杆的移动油缸。操作端轧机支架4从轧机支架3移开后的位置如图2和图3所示,图2中的轧机支架4处于中间位置,图3中为终端位置。在轧机支架3、4中,无垫块地装有上下水平轧辊5、6和垂直轧辊7。
水平轧辊5、6由多部分组成。它们包括两根支承轴,其中的一根装在驱动端轧机架3中,另一根装在操作端轧机支架4内。支承轴之间有辊环8,并通过杆柱9相互固定成一组合件。此外,有四根细的杆柱11,它们将轧机支架3、4互相固定在一起。调整传动装置12用于调整水平轧辊5、6和辊环8,通过它,按照传动装置12的转向,可将水平轧辊5、6或彼此分开或互相靠近。
无论是水平轧辊5、6和辊环8,还是垂直轧辊7,均装在一个换辊机构13中,它与可移动的操作端轧机支架4液压联锁;为此;换辊机架上制有槽14(见图3),槽14中可插入固定在轧机支架上的锁钩15。此外,换辊机架13上设配件架16(见图4),以安装轧机机座1工作中必须的配件。垂直轧辊7装在一个盒17内(见图4),盒17则装在伸入轧机支架3、4内的凸台18中;在图4中,具有盒17的导槽19的凸台18,沿图纸平面延伸,进入轧机支架3、4的支架窗口中。在图1所示万能轧机机座1的工作状态中,垂直轧辊7与轧辊调整装置21连接。
此外,换辊机架13一方面设有配属于下水平轧辊6的固定托板22,另一方面设置配属于上水平轧辊5的设计成摇杆23的托板。每一个摇杆23,通过中间杠杆24,与液压调整油缸26的活塞杆25连接(见图4)。水平轧辊5、6装在偏心套筒28中,偏心套筒与水平轧辊调整装置12连接。
为了更换轧辊,调整装置将水平轧辊5、6最大程度地互相移开。于是,下水平轧辊6通过其辊身27支承在下托板22上,上水平轧辊5以其辊身27支承在摇杆23上,摇杆此时已从其非工作位置回转到图4所示的接收位置。在松开水平轧辊5、6和松开将两个轧机支架3、4互相夹紧的杆柱11和9后,将可移动的操作端轧机支架4,从图1所示的位置移开,移到如图2所示与轧机支架3分开的中间位置。
在轧机支架4的中间位置,将锁钩15从换辊机架13的槽14中拔出,在进一步将轧辊支架3移入如图3所示的终端位置时,留下全部磨损零件不动,具体而言即水平轧辊5和6、垂直轧辊7、以及还有包括配件在内的换辊机架13,它们留在中间位置不动,在这一位置,换辊机架13例如用液压紧压在基础2上(图中未表示)。如图3所示,换辊机架13可借助于起重机械29,从轧机机列移开,并立即换上一台新的装备好的备用机架。
因此,成套轧辊的分解不再在轧机机列中进行,而是在远离它的换辊车间内,在那里可以迅速地、不会不必要地使轧机长时间停止工作地更换轧辊。然后,新的备用机架的安装,按以上所述相反的程序进行。

Claims (4)

1.轧机机座(1),其具有可调整地支承在两个互相平行的、操作时相互固紧的轧机支架(3,4)中的轧辊,其中,带有一移位机构的操作端轧机支架(4)可以相对于另一个轧机支架(3)移开,万能轧机机座(1)具有水平轧辊(5,6)和装在盒(17)内的垂直轧辊(7),其中,水平轧辊(5,6)配属有托板(22,23),其特征为:一个通过联锁装置(14,15)联锁、可与操作端轧机支架(3)一起移开的换辊机架(13)不仅装有所述的水平轧辊,而且装有所述具有垂直轧辊的盒(17),换辊机架(13)设有支承上和下水平轧辊(5,6)辊身(27)的托板(22,23),在垂直轧辊(7)区域内,通过安装盒(17)的凸台(18)伸入轧辊支架(3,4)内。
2.按照权利要求1所述之轧机机座,其特征为:换辊机架(13)设有配件架(16)。
3.按照权利要求2所述之轧机机座,其特征为:上水平轧辊(5)的支承托板设计成摇杆(23)。
4.按照权利要求2所述的轧机机座,其特征为:换辊机架(13)设计成具有用于操作端轧机支架(4)可插入和拔出的锁钩(15)的槽(14)之联锁结构。
