本发明公开了一种雾化喷头，包括喷头本体，喷头本体与喷管连接，喷管上加设调节管道，喷头本体表面开有多个喷孔，喷孔外形成雾化壁，雾化壁上沿喷孔外喷面设置多个流道，喷头本体内外凸有雾化环槽。本发明的雾化喷头，喷头本体内外凸有雾化环槽，高速流动的液体能撞击在雾化环槽内，喷孔外形成雾化壁，能够改善雾化效果，能够迅速反弹后形成雾化颗粒，橡胶圈端部设有锁紧扎带，可以调节流动的液体的流量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种雾化喷头。
背景技术
雾化喷嘴是一种能够将液体雾化喷出，而均匀悬浮于空气中的一种装置。其工作原理是通过内部压力，将内部的液体挤压进入喷嘴中，喷嘴内部放置有一块铁片，高速流动的液体撞击在铁片上，反弹后形成直径15-60微米左右的雾化颗粒，并通过喷嘴出口喷出。但是铁片容易生锈，且铁片损坏后，不易更换，整个雾化喷头都报废。
因此，需要提供一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种喷淋效果好的雾化喷头。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的一种雾化喷头，包括喷头本体，所述喷头本体与喷管连接，所述喷管上加设调节管道，所述喷头本体表面开有多个喷孔，所述喷孔外形成雾化壁，所述雾化壁上沿喷孔外喷面设置多个流道，所述喷头本体内外凸有雾化环槽。
所述调节管道上设有橡胶圈，所述橡胶圈端部设有锁紧扎带。
所述喷孔上覆有一层过滤网。
所述喷管分为第一管道和第二管道，所述第一管道和第二管道之间拆卸式连接，连接处堵封有密封圈。
所述雾化壁上的流道沿喷孔外喷面扩张形成加宽段流道。
本发明的雾化喷头，喷头本体内外凸有雾化环槽，高速流动的液体能撞击在雾化环槽内，喷孔外形成雾化壁，能够改善雾化效果，能够迅速反弹后形成雾化颗粒，橡胶圈端部设有锁紧扎带，可以调节流动的液体的流量。

如图1所示，本发明的一种雾化喷头，包括喷头本体1，喷头本体1与喷管2连接，喷管2上加设调节管道3，喷头本体1表面开有多个喷孔4，喷孔4外形成雾化壁5，雾化壁5上沿喷孔4外喷面设置多个流道6，喷头本体1内外凸有雾化环槽7。
调节管道3上设有橡胶圈8，橡胶圈8端部设有锁紧扎带9。调节管道3可以调节流动的液体的流量。
为了滤除器件内的一些杂质，喷孔4上覆有一层过滤网10。
喷管2分为第一管道21和第二管道22，第一管道21和第二管道22之间拆卸式连接，连接处堵封有密封圈23。喷管2的可拆卸式连接，使得使用更灵活。
为了改善雾化效果，高速流动的液体能撞击在固定面上，雾化壁5上的流道沿喷孔4外喷面扩张形成加宽段流道11，能够迅速反弹后形成雾化颗粒。
本发明的雾化喷头，喷头本体1内外凸有雾化环槽7，高速流动的液体能撞击在雾化环槽7内，喷孔4外形成雾化壁5，能够改善雾化效果，能够迅速反弹后形成雾化颗粒，橡胶圈8端部设有锁紧扎带9，可以调节流动的液体的流量。

1.一种雾化喷头，包括喷头本体，其特征在于：所述喷头本体与喷管连接，所述喷管上加设调节管道，所述喷头本体表面开有多个喷孔，所述喷孔外形成雾化壁，所述雾化壁上沿喷孔外喷面设置多个流道，所述喷头本体内外凸有雾化环槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种雾化喷头，其特征在于：所述调节管道上设有橡胶圈，所述橡胶圈端部设有锁紧扎带。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种雾化喷头，其特征在于：所述喷孔上覆有一层过滤网。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种雾化喷头，其特征在于：所述喷管分为第一管道和第二管道，所述第一管道和第二管道之间拆卸式连接，连接处堵封有密封圈。
