Abstract
本发明公开了一种活性流砂过滤器，属于水处理设备；旨在提供一种砂水分布均匀、无流动死角、过滤效果好的过滤器。它包括位于倒锥形罐体中的集水堰和洗沙器、位于洗沙器下方的布水装置和导砂装置、与洗沙器连通的气提管；布水装置和导砂装置合二为一形成布水导砂装置，该布水导砂装置由呈菱形锥体结构且上端敞口的集水腔(10)、与集水腔连通的进水管(7)、位于集水腔上方的布水罩(6)共同构成；布水罩的上方有布砂罩(14)，洗沙器下端口有曝气管(3)，气提管(5)穿过布砂罩(14)、布水罩(6)和集水腔(10)向下伸出。本发明砂水分布均匀、无流动死角、过滤效果好；是一种活性砂过滤器。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水处理设备，尤其涉及一种流砂过滤器；属于环保装置。
背景技术
流砂过滤器是使污水流过一定厚度的滤料砂，利用滤料砂吸附水中的细小污物，并通过压缩空气将滤料提升到洗砂器中进行清洗，然后再将洗净的滤料砂回流到过滤层循环使用的一种水处理设备。目前，活性流砂过滤器通常由底部呈倒锥形结构的罐体、位于该罐体中的集水堰和洗沙器、位于该洗沙器下方的布水装置、导砂装置、以及与所述洗沙器连通的气提管构成。传统结构的活性流砂过滤器虽然简单，但普遍存在以下缺陷：
1)布水不均匀，致使部分水域因流动不畅而不能过滤；
2)清洗动力小，滤料砂清洗不彻底，影响过滤效果；
3)滤料砂流动和分布厚度不均匀，存在流动死角，容易导致部分滤料砂因得不到清洗而发生板结，必须更换滤料砂；
4)滤料砂容易积聚在洗沙器下方附近，从而造成滤料层厚度不均匀，影响过滤效果。
虽然申请号为“201320095368.1”、名称为“一种活性砂过滤池”，以及申请号为“201220343552.9”、名称为“一种新型活性砂过滤器”的实用新型专利分别公开了两种活性砂过滤装置；但仍然未能有效克服上述缺陷。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述缺陷，本发明旨在提供一种原水和滤料砂分布均匀、流动性好，滤料砂清洗彻底、水质过滤效果好的活性流砂过滤器。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：它包括底部呈倒锥形结构的罐体、位于该罐体中的集水堰和洗沙器、位于该洗沙器下方的布水装置和导砂装置、与所述洗沙器连通的气提管；所述布水装置和导砂装置合二为一形成布水导砂装置，该布水导砂装置由呈菱形锥体结构且上端敞口的集水腔、与该集水腔连通的进水管、位于该集水腔上方呈锥形结构的布水罩共同构成；该布水罩的上方有呈锥形结构的布砂罩，所述洗沙器的下端口有环形曝气管，气提管穿过布砂罩、布水罩以及集水腔向下伸出。
罐体的底部有放空管。
与现有技术比较，本发明由于采用了上述技术方案，在传统结构的基础上将导砂装置改为了菱形锥体结构，并将其与布水装置有机的合二为一形成一个“布水导砂装置”，因此菱形锥体结构的集水腔不仅能够缓解原水对滤料砂的冲击，避免已吸附在滤料砂上的污物脱落，而且原水还可通过布水罩与集水腔之间的间隙向四周均匀分布。另外，菱形锥体结构的集水腔与罐体锥底之间的缝隙在气提管的作用下可形成狭缝效应，因此有利于滤料砂充分流动，避免了滤料砂流动不均匀、容易因沉积而板结、存在流动死角的缺陷。第三，由于增加了布砂罩，因此彻底克服了清洗后的滤料砂回流时容易堆积在洗沙器下方附近而造成滤料层厚度分布不均的缺陷，改善了水质过滤效果。第四，由于在洗沙器的下端增加了环形曝气管，上升的气泡可对下沉的滤料砂形成搅动；因此增加了滤料砂与洗砂板之间以及滤料砂颗粒之间的碰撞次数，从而更容易使吸附在滤料砂上的污物脱离并随气泡上升，然后通过污水溢流堰排出，清洗更加彻底。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体的实施例对本发明作进一步说明：
如图1所示：罐体11底部呈倒锥形结构，该罐体中有集水堰15和洗沙器；该洗沙器由外筒16、固定在该外筒中的内筒(图中未标示出)、向下倾斜且上下交错固定分布在所述内筒和外筒16之间若干洗砂板1、倒扣在内筒上方的挡砂帽17、位于外筒16外围的污水溢流堰2、与该污水溢流堰连通的污水管4构成，污水溢流堰2的位置低于集水堰15。所述洗沙器下方靠近罐体11底部的位置有布水导砂装置，该布水导砂装置由呈菱形锥体结构且上端敞口的集水腔10、与该集水腔连通的进水管7、位于该集水腔上方呈锥形结构的布水罩6共同构成；集水腔10与布水罩6之间的缝隙形成布水通道12，集水腔10与罐体11锥底之间的缝隙形成引砂通道18。布水罩6与洗沙器之间有呈锥形结构的布砂罩14，洗沙器的下端口有环形曝气管3，与内筒连通的气提管5穿过布砂罩14、布水罩6以及集水腔10向下伸出；进气管8与气提管5连通。
为了便于清洗罐体11，在该罐体的底部有放空管9。
工作原理：当原水从进水管7进入集水腔10后，便会沿布水通道12向四周均匀布满罐体11，并自下而上逐渐漫过滤料砂13进入集水堰15而流出，从而实现过滤净化。与此同时，滤料砂13沿引砂通道18从罐体11的锥底通过气提管5被提升至洗沙器中，从内筒顶部喷出的滤料砂13在挡砂帽17的阻挡作用下实现砂、水、气分离：吸附在滤料砂13上的污物在随滤料砂13下沉过程中因受到洗砂板1阻挡而振动而脱落，污物在曝气管3的作用下随气泡上升而进入污水溢流堰2排出。经过洗涤的滤料砂13从洗沙器下端口流出后在布砂罩14以及布水罩6的共同作用下均匀地分布在罐体11中，然后又在气提管5的作用下再次进入洗沙器，如此往复循环实现连续过滤净化。
Claims (2)
1.一种活性流砂过滤器，包括底部呈倒锥形结构的罐体、位于该罐体中的集水堰和洗砂器、位于该洗砂器下方的布水装置和导砂装置、与所述洗砂器连通的气提管；其特征在于：所述布水装置和导砂装置合二为一形成布水导砂装置，该布水导砂装置由呈菱形锥体结构且上端敞口的集水腔(10)、与该集水腔连通的进水管(7)、位于该集水腔上方呈锥形结构的布水罩(6)共同构成；该布水罩的上方有呈锥形结构的布砂罩(14)，所述洗砂器的下端口有环形曝气管(3)，气提管(5)穿过布砂罩(14)、布水罩(6)以及集水腔(10)向下伸出；洗砂器由外筒(16)、固定在该外筒中的内筒、向下倾斜且上下交错固定分布在所述内筒和外筒(16)之间的若干洗砂板(1)、倒扣在内筒上方的挡砂帽(17)、位于外筒(16)外围的污水溢流堰(2)、与该污水溢流堰连通的污水管(4)构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的活性流砂过滤器，其特征在于：罐体(11)的底部有放空管(9)。
