本发明涉及一种荔枝保鲜法。荔枝果味香美,但不耐储藏。荔枝保鲜难,一直是困扰荔枝生产的难题。
背景技术
各种保鲜剂对荔枝的保鲜作用不大,荔枝保鲜技术难获突破。
发明内容
为了解决荔枝保鲜技术难题,本人找到了荔枝保鲜的要领:果壳不破,不含水分。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:将采摘的荔枝鲜果放在太阳下晒至果壳干,装入容器中,再密封。
本发明的有益效果是,整个保鲜过程不使用任何保鲜剂,是绿色纯天然保鲜法,保鲜时间长,果味鲜美。
