技术领域
本发明总体上涉及用于保持饮料容器或其它类型物品的纸箱。更具体地说，本发明涉及具有用于保护容器或物品防止破裂的物品保护结构部和/或其它结构部的纸箱。
发明内容
总的来说，本发明的一个方面涉及一种用于保持多个物品的纸箱。该纸箱包括：多个板，这些板至少局部绕纸箱的内部延伸；以及多个端部折片，这些端部折片分别与所述多个板中的相应板可折叠地连接。所述多个端部折片至少局部相对于彼此交叠，从而至少局部形成纸箱的关闭端部。纸箱还能够包括至少一个物品保护折片，该物品保护折片与所述多个端部折片中的至少一个端部折片可折叠地连接，用于与所述多个物品中的至少一个物品接合。所述至少一个物品保护折片从所述关闭端部至少局部伸入纸箱的内部。
在另一方面，本发明总体上涉及一种用于形成纸箱的坯料，该纸箱用于保持多个容器。坯料包括：多个板，用于至少局部绕由该坯料形成的纸箱的内部延伸；以及多个端部折片，这些端部折片分别与所述多个板中的相应板可折叠地连接。所述多个端部折片用于至少局部相对于彼此交叠，从而至少局部形成由该坯料形成的纸箱的关闭端部。坯料还能够包括至少一个物品保护折片，该物品保护折片与所述多个端部折片中的至少一个端部折片可折叠地连接，用于与所述多个物品中的至少一个物品接合。所述至少一个物品保护折片用于定位成从由该坯料形成的纸箱的所述关闭端部至少局部伸入由该坯料形成的纸箱的内部。

具体实施方式
本发明总体上涉及容纳物品例如容器、瓶、罐等的纸箱。物品例如能够用于包装食品和饮料产品。物品能够由成分适合于包装特定食品或者饮料的材料来制造，该材料包括但不局限于：铝和/或其它金属；玻璃；塑料例如PET、LDPE、LLDPE、HDPE、PP、PS、PVC、EVOH和尼龙等等或者它们的任意组合。
根据本发明的纸箱能够容纳任意形状的物品。为了示例说明(并不是为了限制本发明的范围)，下面的详细说明介绍了饮料容器(例如玻璃饮料瓶)，其布置在纸箱实施例中。在本说明书中，术语“内部”、“外部”、“下部”、“底部”、“上部”和“顶部”表示针对完全安装和直立的纸箱所确定的方位。
图1是总体以3指示的坯料的外侧部1的平面图，该坯料用于形成根据本发明示例实施例的纸箱5(图6和7)。纸箱5能够用于容纳多个物品，例如容器C(图4)。在一个实施例中，容器是瓶，该瓶具有较宽的底部和较窄的顶部或颈部T，该顶部或颈部T包括帽CP。在所示实施例中，纸箱5的尺寸设置成在单层中以3×4的结构容纳12个容器C，但是应当知道，纸箱5的尺寸和形状可以设置成在多层中和/或以不同的行/列结构(例如1×6、2×6、4×6、3×8、2×6×2、3×4×2、2×9、3×6等)来容纳不同或相同量的容器，或者只容纳单个物品。在所示实施例中，纸箱5包括第一端7和第二端9，该第一端7和第二端9各自有相应把手，总体表示为10(图5-7)，用于在各端7、9处抓住和运送纸箱。纸箱5可以只有在任意一端7、9的单个把手10，而并不脱离本发明。如后面更详细所述，把手10由在纸箱坯料3中的多个特征来形成。
在一个实施例中，纸箱5的第一端7和第二端9各自有物品保护结构部11(图5和6)，用于保护多个物品中的至少一个物品C。另外，第一实施例的纸箱5可以有物品保护折片13，用于保护所述至少一个物品。物品保护结构部11缓冲纸箱的端部7、9，并防止或减少容器C破裂的可能性。在一个实施例中，物品保护折片13可在第一位置(图1)和第二位置(图7)之间运动，该第二位置置于纸箱内的相邻容器C之间，以便减少在纸箱中的容器的运动，并防止容器破裂。物品保护结构部和折片能够与美国专利申请No.13/419740中所述的类似或相同，该美国专利申请No.13/419740的申请日为2012年3月14日，该文献整个被本文参引。物品保护结构部11和/或物品保护折片13能够以其它方式成形、布置和/或设置，而并不脱离本发明。而且，物品保护结构部11和/或物品保护折片13能够省略，而并不脱离本发明。
纸箱坯料3具有纵向轴线L1和横向轴线L2。在图1的实施例中，坯料包括底部板15，该底部板15在横向折叠线19处与第一侧部板17可折叠地连接。第二侧部板21在横向折叠线23处与底部板15可折叠地连接。顶部板25在横向折叠线27处与第一侧部板17可折叠地连接，附接折片29在横向折叠线31处与顶部板25可折叠地连接。任意顶部和底部板15、25、第一和第二侧部板17、21和附接折片29能够以其它方式成形、布置、设置或省略，而并不脱离本发明。例如，坯料3可以包括与第二侧部板21可折叠地连接的第二顶部板，或者附接折片29可以与第二侧部板21可折叠地连接，而不是与顶部板25。
底部板15与第一底端折片33和第二底端折片35可折叠地连接。第一侧部板17与第一侧端折片37和第二侧端折片39可折叠地连接。第二侧部板21与第一侧端折片43和第二侧端折片45可折叠地连接。第一顶部板25与第一顶端折片47和第二顶端折片49可折叠地连接。在一个实施例中，当纸箱5竖立时，端部折片33、37、43、47关闭纸箱的第一端7，端部折片35、39、45、49关闭纸箱的第二端9。根据本发明的可选实施例，能够使用不同的折片结构来用于关闭纸箱5的端部7、9。
端部折片33、37、43、47沿坯料3的第一边缘区域延伸，并在沿坯料的长度延伸的第一纵向折叠线61处可折叠地连接。端部折片35、39、45、49沿纸箱坯料3的第二边缘区域延伸，并在也沿坯料的长度延伸的第二纵向折叠线63处可折叠地连接。纵向折叠线61、63例如可以为基本直线，或者在一个或多个位置偏离，以便考虑坯料的厚度或者其它因素。纸箱5的端部能够以其它方式成形、布置和/或设置(例如至少局部逐渐变小)，而并不脱离本发明的范围。
在图1的实施例中，坯料3具有把手结构部，用于形成把手10。把手结构部能够包括把手折片73，该把手折片73与相应的顶端折片47、49在弓形折叠线75处可折叠地连接，并沿切割线74而与相应的顶端折片47、49分离。在一个实施例中，另外的折叠线76能够在各外部把手折片73中延伸。把手折片73可以省略，或者可以以其它方式成形、布置和/或设置，而并不脱离本发明。
把手结构部还能够包括在侧端折片37、39、43、45中的凹槽或开口77。开口77配合以便提供在相应的关闭端部7、9处的开口，以便允许相应的把手折片73在相应端部处向内折叠。侧端折片37、39、43、45还能够包括布置在相应开口77上方的相应的上部部分79。坯料3能够有用于形成把手10的其它特征，或者坯料3和/或纸箱5能够有一个或多个把手，该把手有可选的形状、布置和/或设置，而并不脱离本发明。例如，任意一个或两个把手折片73可以省略。而且，一个或两个把手10能够省略，而并不脱离本发明。
在一个实施例中，纸箱坯料3具有用于形成纸箱5的物品保护结构部11的特征。如图1中所示，侧端折片37、39、43、45和顶端折片47、49具有在纸箱坯料3的外表面上呈凹入部分81形式的变形部分，这样，该凹入部分形成在坯料的内表面上的凸起。底端折片33、35各自有在纸箱坯料3的内表面上的、呈凹入部分83形式的两行变形部分，这样，在内表面上的该凹入部分形成在纸箱坯料3的外表面1上的凸起。如图1中所示，顶端折片47、49各自有拐角凹槽85。凹入部分81、83能够是在相应侧端折片37、39、43、45、顶端折片47、49或底端折片33、35的表面上的任意变形部分，这样，该变形部分能够是任意合适形状(例如凹形的凹陷或凸起、凸形的凹陷或凸起、平的凹陷或凸起、凸台区域、凹入区域等，或者任意其它合适形状)。而且，凹入部分81、83可以形成于第一侧部板17、第二侧部板21、顶部板25和/或底部板15中的一个或多个的内表面或外表面上，而并不脱离本发明。
在第一实施例中，纸箱坯料3包括布置成3×3结构的9个物品保护折片13，但是坯料可以有多于或少于9个物品保护折片，且折片可以在底部板15上以其它方式布置成其它合适的行/列结构或随机结构，包括单行或单列结构，或者任意其它合适结构。在其它实施例中，纸箱坯料3能够包括与其它物品保护折片不同、类似或相同的物品保护折片，而并不脱离本发明。在图1的实施例中，中间行的物品保护折片13相对于更靠近相应纵向折叠线61、63的一行物品保护折片而言定向成180度。在其它实施例中，物品保护折片13可以以其它方式成形、布置和/或设置，而并不脱离本发明。
如图1中所示，物品保护折片13各自在相应的横向折叠线91处与底部板15可折叠地连接，并各自至少局部由在底部板中的切口93来限定。也可选择，切口93可以包括其它形式的削弱部(例如，包括由可断开的刻痕来分开的切割线的撕开线、由一系列间隔开的切口形成的撕开线等)，所述削弱部使得物品保护折片13能够与底部板15分离，而并不脱离本发明。在一个实施例中，狭缝或切口95从切口93的、与横向折叠线91相对的部分沿横向延伸。如图1中所示，物品保护折片13能够包括从横向折叠线91伸出的大致纵向折叠线97。折叠线91、97和切口93、95可以以其它方式成形、布置、设置和/或省略，以使得物品保护折片13有任意其它合适的形状或结构，而并不脱离本发明。
在所示实施例中，物品保护折片或拐角折片101能够与每个侧端折片37、39、43、45可折叠地连接。拐角折片101能够帮助将容器C固定在纸箱5中，帮助缓冲容器C和/或帮助加强纸箱的相应拐角99。各拐角折片101能够沿纵向折叠线103而与相应的侧端折片可折叠地连接，并可沿切割线105而与相应的侧端折片分离，该切割线105能够从纵向折叠线103的端部延伸至相应的侧端折片的纵向自由边缘106。各拐角折片101能够包括中间折叠线107，该中间折叠线107从切割线105延伸至相应拐角折片101的横向自由边缘109。在一个实施例中，中间折叠线能够大致为弓形，如图1中所示。因此，各拐角折片101能够折叠和定位成大致在纸箱5的相应拐角99近侧或附近(图5)，以便至少局部适应在拐角附近的容器C的形状，并帮助减少拐角容器的运动自由度。拐角折片101可以以其它方式成形、布置和/或设置，而并不脱离本发明。另外，纸箱能够有与拐角折片101不同数目的拐角99。
如图1中所示，坯料3包括分配器结构部，用于在纸箱5中形成分配器143(图6)。如图1中所示，分配器结构部包括两个分配器板147，这两个分配器板147可沿撕开线149而与第一顶部板25的其余部分分离，并可沿相应的纵向折叠线151而与第一顶部板25可折叠地连接。分配器板147可沿纵向撕开线或切割线153而相互分离。撕开线149、折叠线151和/或切割线153可以以其它方式成形、布置和/或设置，而并不脱离本发明。
如图2中所示，通过将各拐角折片101沿相应纵向折叠线103折叠至相应侧端折片37、39、43、45中，坯料3能够制备成用于形成纸箱5，以使得拐角折片101交叠在相应的侧端折片和相邻的侧部板17、21上。在所示实施例中，拐角折片101的相应纵向边缘111能够与相应的相邻侧部板17、21交叠和/或延伸至附近和/或接触。在一个实施例中，至少各拐角折片101的、在纵向折叠线103和中间折叠线107之间的部分能够胶接在相应侧端折片37、39、43、45上。也可选择或者另外，拐角折片101能够胶接在相应侧部板17、21上，或者胶接可以从拐角折片中省略，以使得它们相对于侧端折片和/或侧部板自由地枢转和/或滑动。
在一个示例实施例中，能够通过沿横向折叠线19、23、27、31折叠坯料3而进一步装配纸箱5，以便使得附接折片29面对面接触地与第二侧部板21的内表面胶接，并形成具有内部133的、具有开口端部的套筒131(图3)。如图4中所示，容器C能够在关闭任一端部7、9之前或之后装入具有开口端部的套筒131的内部133中。在所示实施例中，当靠近第一端7的容器C装入所述内部133中时，侧端折片37、43能够局部关闭，以使得拐角折片101的纵向边缘111定位在纸箱的拐角中的容器C和相应的侧部板17、21之间。在一个实施例中，边缘111和拐角折片101的靠近该边缘111的部分能够与相应的拐角容器C和/或相应侧部板17、21接触，并能够大致夹在容器和侧部板之间。在第二端9处的拐角折片101能够类似地布置在相应容器C和侧部板17、21之间。坯料3可以以其它方式使用交替折叠和胶接的步骤而形成具有开口端部的套筒，而并不脱离本发明的范围。另外，容器C能够以其它方式装入具有开口端部的套筒131的内部133中，而并不脱离本发明。
在所示实施例中，侧端折片37、43沿纵向折叠线61向内折叠，以便至少局部关闭第一端7。当折叠所述侧端折片37、43时，拐角折片101对着相应的侧部板17、21滑动，并沿相应中间折叠线107弯曲，以便绕纸箱5的拐角99和靠近该拐角的容器C弯曲。另外，拐角折片101能够弯曲而大致适合相应的相邻容器的曲线。顶端折片47沿纵向折叠线61折叠，以使得顶端折片47与侧端折片37、43交叠并且把手折片73大致与开口77对齐。在一个实施例中，顶端折片47能够面对面接触地与侧端折片37、43胶接。底端折片33沿纵向折叠线61向上折叠而与侧端折片37、43的下部部分面对面地接触。在一个实施例中，底端折片33与外部顶端折片47的一部分交叠(图6)。底端折片33能够胶接在侧端折片37、43和/或顶端折片47上。因此，通过使得顶端折片47的把手折片73和侧端折片37、43的开口77对齐而形成在第一端7中的把手10(图5和6)。顶端折片47、侧端折片37、43和底端折片33能够选择地相互粘接，以便关闭纸箱5的第一端7(图5和6)。
在一个实施例中，能够通过折叠、相应地交叠和选择性地粘接所述侧端折片39、45、顶端折片49、53和底端折片35而以与第一端7类似的方式来关闭纸箱5的第二端9。竖立的纸箱在图6中表示。如图5和6中所示，当侧端折片37、43、39、45折叠在相应端部7、9上时，使得侧端折片37、43、39、45与相应侧部板17、21连接的纵向折叠线61、63的部分沿纸箱的相应拐角99形成和/或延伸。一端或两端7、9可以以其它方式成形、布置、设置或省略，而并不脱离本发明。另外，具有开口端部的套筒131能够选择地装载容器和关闭，而并不脱离本发明。例如，端部7、9能够以任意顺序关闭，可以在关闭任一或两个端部7、9之前或之后装载容器。另外，拐角折片101可以在形成纸箱5的任意步骤之前或之后沿纵向折叠线103折叠和/或胶接。
在示例实施例中，图5从纸箱的内部133表示了纸箱5的第一端7，其中，为了清楚起见而省略了容器C。如图5中所示，拐角折片101在纸箱5的拐角99中延伸，且拐角折片的纵向边缘111在相应侧部板17、21附近延伸和/或与该侧部板17、21接触。拐角折片101能够通过缓冲所述容器C和/或减少纸箱内部133中用于容器C运动的空间而帮助保护纸箱中的物品。因此，拐角折片101能够对着纸箱中的其它容器C来推动靠近纸箱拐角99的容器C，并减少容器的运动自由度。在一个实施例中，纸箱能够有与拐角折片101不同数目的拐角99。例如，两个拐角折片101可以省略，因此只有两个拐角折片101布置在纸箱的相对拐角99中。拐角折片101和/或拐角99可以以其它方式成形、布置和/或设置，而并不脱离本发明。
在所示实施例中，拐角折片101与物品保护折片13和物品保护结构部11配合，以便帮助减少容器C的破裂。例如，物品保护结构部11能够提供用于在纸箱的端部7、9处的容器C的附加缓冲。物品保护折片13能够从底部板15推入纸箱5的内部133，如图7中所示。因此，各物品保护折片13能够在两个相应容器C之间被向上推动，以便进一步减少容器C的运动自由度。
根据本发明的坯料例如能够由涂覆的纸板和类似材料来形成。例如，坯料的内侧和/或外侧能够涂覆有粘土涂层。然后，粘土涂层上可以被印刷有产品、广告、价格编码以及其它信息或图像。然后，坯料可以涂覆有清漆，以便保护在坯料上印刷的信息。坯料还可以在坯料的任一侧或两侧涂覆有例如防水层。根据上述实施例，坯料可以由具有一定厚度的纸板来构成，因此它比普通纸更重且更刚性。坯料还能够由其它材料构成，例如卡片纸、硬纸、或者具有适合使得纸箱能够至少大致如上所述来起作用的特性的任意其它材料。坯料还可以在选定的板或板部分处层叠或涂覆有一种或多种片状材料。
根据本发明的上述实施例，折叠线能够是任意基本线性(尽管并不必须直线形)的、有利于沿其折叠的削弱形式。更具体地说(但并不是为了减小本发明的范围)，折叠线包括：划线，例如用钝的刻刀等形成的线，其沿希望的削弱线在材料中产生压垮或凹陷部分；切口，该切口沿希望的削弱线至少局部伸入材料中；和/或一系列切口，这些切口沿着希望的削弱线局部伸入材料中和/或完全穿过该材料延伸；以及这些特征的多种组合。
作为实例，撕开线能够包括：狭缝，该狭缝沿着希望的削弱线局部伸入材料中；和/或一系列间隔开的狭缝，这些狭缝沿着希望的削弱线局部伸入材料中和/或完全穿过该材料延伸；或者这些特征的多种组合。作为更具体的实施例，一种类型的撕开线呈一系列间隔开的狭缝的形式，这些狭缝完全穿过材料延伸，其中相邻的狭缝稍微间隔开，使得在相邻的狭缝之间限定刻痕(例如，较小的、稍微桥接状的材料件)，用于通常暂时横过撕开线而连接材料。该刻痕在沿着撕开线撕开时断裂。刻痕通常是撕开线的相对较小的百分比，也可选择，刻痕能够省略，或者在撕开线中撕开，以使得撕开线是连续的切割线。也就是，各撕开线由连续狭缝来代替等也在本发明的范围内。例如，切割线可以是连续的狭缝或者可以比狭缝更宽，而并不脱离本发明。
上述实施例可以介绍为具有一个或多个板，这些板在纸箱实施例的竖立过程中通过胶水而粘接在一起。术语“胶水”将包含通常用于将纸箱板固定就位的全部粘接剂。

Claims (29)

1.一种用于保持多个物品的纸箱，该纸箱包括：
多个板，所述多个板至少局部绕纸箱的内部延伸；
多个端部折片，所述多个端部折片分别与所述多个板中的相应的板可折叠地连接，所述多个端部折片至少局部相对于彼此交叠，从而至少局部形成纸箱的关闭端部；以及
至少一个物品保护折片，所述至少一个物品保护折片与所述多个端部折片中的至少一个端部折片可折叠地连接，用于与所述多个物品中的至少一个物品接合，所述至少一个物品保护折片从所述关闭端部至少局部伸入纸箱的内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸箱，其中：所述至少一个物品保护折片的至少一部分在纸箱的相应拐角附近延伸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纸箱，其中：所述至少一个端部折片沿第一折叠线与所述多个板中的至少一个板可折叠地连接，且该第一折叠线的至少一部分沿纸箱的相应拐角的至少一部分延伸。
4.根据权利要求3所述的纸箱，其中：所述至少一个物品保护折片沿第二折叠线与所述至少一个端部折片可折叠地连接，该第二折叠线大致平行于第一折叠线。
5.根据权利要求4所述的纸箱，其中：所述至少一个物品保护折片至少局部由在所述至少一个端部折片中延伸的切割线来限定。
6.根据权利要求4所述的纸箱，其中：所述至少一个物品保护折片包括第三折叠线，该第三折叠线至少局部横过所述至少一个物品保护折片而延伸，且该第三折叠线布置在相应的拐角附近。

18.根据权利要求17所述的坯料，其中：所述至少一个物品保护折片沿第二折叠线与所述至少一个端部折片可折叠地连接，该第二折叠线大致平行于第一折叠线。

23.根据权利要求21所述的坯料，其中：所述侧部板是第一侧部板，所述侧端折片是第一侧端折片，所述多个板包括第二侧部板，所述至少一个端部折片包括第二侧端折片，所述至少一个物品保护折片包括与第一侧端折片可折叠地连接的第一物品保护折片以及与第二端部折片可折叠地连接的第二物品保护折片。
24.一种形成用于保持多个物品的纸箱的方法，该方法包括：

25.根据权利要求24所述的方法，其中：所述至少一个端部折片沿一折叠线与所述多个板中的至少一个板可折叠地连接，该折叠线的至少一部分沿纸箱的相应拐角的至少一部分延伸，定位所述至少一个物品保护折片包括：将所述至少一个物品保护折片定位成在纸箱的相应拐角附近延伸。
