Abstract
本发明提供了一种新型水性聚氨酯油墨连接料,该油墨连接料由混合聚酯多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、扩链剂、中和剂和催化剂制备而成,所述的扩链剂包括二羟基甲基丙酸、1,4-丁二醇和1,6-己二醇,所述的中和剂选用三乙胺,所述的催化剂选用二月桂酸二丁基锡。本发明揭示了一种新型水性聚氨酯油墨连接料,该油墨连接料成分合理,制备方法简单,且无毒无污染,成品具有较强的附着力、较好的耐水性和较高的力学性能,可显著提高印刷油墨的综合性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种油墨连接料,尤其涉及一种可有效提升油墨综合性能的新型水性聚氨酯油墨连接料,属于油墨技术领域。
背景技术
油墨是用于印刷的重要材料,它通过印刷将图案、文字表现在承印物上。油墨一般由颜料、连结料、溶剂和助剂等组成,这些成分均匀地混合并经反复轧制而成一种黏性胶状流体。油墨广泛用于书刊、包装装潢、建筑装饰等各种印刷,随着社会需求增大,油墨品种和产量也相应扩展和增长。作为油墨连结料的水性聚氨酯,以其耐髙低温、耐脆化、耐摩擦、附着力强、柔韧性好、弹性好和拉伸强度髙等优良性能,被广泛应用。
水性聚氨酯由聚氨酯分散于水中形成,无毒、无污染、不燃,符合环保的要求。传统的水性聚氨酯树脂通常由结晶度高、结构规整的聚酯多元醇制得,与溶剂型聚氨酯相比,其存在耐水性差和机械性能欠佳等缺陷,故应用受到极大限制。现行技术中对水性聚氨酯性能的提高多采用改性的方法,常用的方法有交联改性、聚酯聚醚共混改性、降低亲水基团含量等,但这些方法工艺复杂、耗料耗时耗力,不宜大范围推广应用。
发明内容
针对上述需求,本发明提供了一种新型水性聚氨酯油墨连接料,该油墨连接料无毒无污染,制备方法简单、独特,制得的油墨连接料具有较强的附着力、较好的耐水性和较高的力学性能,可显著提高印刷油墨的综合性能。
本发明是一种新型水性聚氨酯油墨连接料,该油墨连接料由混合聚酯多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、扩链剂、中和剂和催化剂制备而成,所述的扩链剂包括二羟基甲基丙酸、1,4-丁二醇和1,6-己二醇,所述的中和剂选用三乙胺,所述的催化剂选用二月桂酸二丁基锡。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的油墨连接料中各成分的质量百分含量分别为:混合聚酯多元醇35%-40%、甲苯二异氰酸酯12%-15%、二羟基甲基丙酸16%-18%、1, 4-丁二醇9%-10%、1,6-己二醇8.5%-9.5%、三乙胺10%-12%、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.8%-1.2%。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的油墨连接料中各成分的质量百分含量分别为:混合聚酯多元醇38%-40%、甲苯二异氰酸酯13%-13.5%、二羟基甲基丙酸17%-17.5%、1, 4-丁二醇9.5%-9.8%、1,6-己二醇8.8%-9.2%、三乙胺11%-11.5%、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.8%-1%。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的混合聚酯多元醇由聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇和聚己二酸新戊二醇酯二醇按照2.5:1-3:1的质量比混合配制而成。
本发明揭示了一种新型水性聚氨酯油墨连接料,该油墨连接料成分合理,制备方法简单,且无毒无污染,成品具有较强的附着力、较好的耐水性和较高的力学性能,可显著提高印刷油墨的综合性能。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明提及的新型水性聚氨酯油墨连接料中,该油墨连接料由混合聚酯多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、扩链剂、中和剂和催化剂制备而成,所述的扩链剂包括二羟基甲基丙酸、1,4-丁二醇和1,6-己二醇,所述的中和剂选用三乙胺,所述的催化剂选用二月桂酸二丁基锡;油墨连接料中各成分的质量百分含量分别为:混合聚酯多元醇35%-40%、甲苯二异氰酸酯12%-15%、二羟基甲基丙酸16%-18%、1, 4-丁二醇9%-10%、1,6-己二醇8.5%-9.5%、三乙胺10%-12%、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.8%-1.2%。
进一步说明,该油墨连接料中各成分的质量百分含量分别为:混合聚酯多元醇38%-40%、甲苯二异氰酸酯13%-13.5%、二羟基甲基丙酸17%-17.5%、1, 4-丁二醇9.5%-9.8%、1,6-己二醇8.8%-9.2%、三乙胺11%-11.5%、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.8%-1%。
传统的水性聚氨酯油墨连接料通常采用单一的聚酯多元醇,由结晶树脂合成的水性聚氨酯虽然有较好的附着力和耐水性,但力学性能较低;由非结晶树脂合成的水性聚氨酯虽然有较好的耐水性和力学性能,但附着力较差;相比于传统的水性聚氨酯油墨连接料,本发明中的新型水性聚氨酯油墨连接料结合采用了结晶树脂与非结晶树脂作为混合聚酯多元醇,并精心选择两种树脂的质量配比,同时合理安排工艺环节,优化工艺条件。经实际性能测试,该新型水性聚氨酯油墨连接料中的混合聚酯多元醇按照结晶树脂聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇和非结晶树脂聚己二酸新戊二醇酯二醇2.5:1-3:1配比时,制得的水性聚氨酯油墨连接料具有较强的附着力、较好的耐水性和较高的力学性能。
本发明提及的新型水性聚氨酯油墨连接料的具体制备方法如下:
a)备料,该油墨连接料中各成分的质量百分含量分别为:混合聚酯多元醇39%、甲苯二异氰酸酯13%、二羟基甲基丙酸17.5%、1, 4-丁二醇9.5%、1,6-己二醇9%、三乙胺11%、二月桂酸二丁基锡1%;其中,混合聚酯多元醇由聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇和聚己二酸新戊二醇酯二醇按照2.5:1的质量比混合配制而成;
b)制备混合聚酯多元醇,具体制备过程为:首先,按质量百分比,将聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇和聚己二酸新戊二醇酯二醇放入反应釜,添加适量丙酮进行溶解;然后,充分搅拌,反应釜温度控制在30℃-32℃,搅拌过程中通氮气;最后,将反应釜置于45℃的水浴锅中,并缓慢加入甲苯二异氰酸酯,混合反应0.6小时,制得混合聚酯多元醇;
c)催化处理,具体制备过程为:首先,按质量百分比,将二月桂酸二丁基锡添加至步骤b)所配制的混合聚酯多元醇中,反应釜在水浴锅中的温度控制在60℃左右,充分反应1小时;然后,再依次加入二羟基甲基丙酸、1, 4-丁二醇和1,6-己二醇,水浴锅温度不变,继续反应1小时;最后,取出反应釜,缓冷至室温;
d)乳化处理,具体制备过程为:首先,按质量百分比,将三乙胺、适量去离子水以及步骤c)制得的反应产物放入高速搅拌容器中,搅拌器温度控制在35℃左右,搅拌桶转速控制在720r/min左右,充分搅拌42分钟;然后,采用减压蒸发工艺,除去多余溶剂,制得到水性聚氨酯乳液,该乳液即可作为油墨连接料用于制备综合性能优异的水性聚氨酯油墨。
本发明揭示了一种新型水性聚氨酯油墨连接料,其特点是:该油墨连接料成分合理,制备方法简单,且无毒无污染,成品具有较强的附着力、较好的耐水性和较高的力学性能,可显著提高印刷油墨的综合性能。

1.一种新型水性聚氨酯油墨连接料,其特征在于,该油墨连接料由混合聚酯多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、扩链剂、中和剂和催化剂制备而成,所述的扩链剂包括二羟基甲基丙酸、1,4-丁二醇和1,6-己二醇,所述的中和剂选用三乙胺,所述的催化剂选用二月桂酸二丁基锡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型水性聚氨酯油墨连接料,其特征在于,所述的油墨连接料中各成分的质量百分含量分别为:混合聚酯多元醇35%-40%、甲苯二异氰酸酯12%-15%、二羟基甲基丙酸16%-18%、1, 4-丁二醇9%-10%、1,6-己二醇8.5%-9.5%、三乙胺10%-12%、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.8%-1.2%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型水性聚氨酯油墨连接料,其特征在于,所述的油墨连接料中各成分的质量百分含量分别为:混合聚酯多元醇38%-40%、甲苯二异氰酸酯13%-13.5%、二羟基甲基丙酸17%-17.5%、1, 4-丁二醇9.5%-9.8%、1,6-己二醇8.8%-9.2%、三乙胺11%-11.5%、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.8%-1%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型水性聚氨酯油墨连接料,其特征在于,所述的混合聚酯多元醇由聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇和聚己二酸新戊二醇酯二醇按照2.5:1-3:1的质量比混合配制而成。
