本发明公开了一种车载起重装置,涉及起重设备制造技术领域,包括设有安装座的立柱,所述立柱的顶端连接有转动支架,所述转动支架连接有升降装置,所述立柱的顶端设有支撑轴,所述转动支架套装在所述支撑轴上,所述转动支架上设有转动手柄,所述转动手柄连接有锁紧定位顶丝。与现有技术相比,本发明结构简单,安装、拆卸方便,操作简单,能有效地提高小型货车在装运小件货物时的装卸工作效率,节省了劳力,降低了劳动强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及装卸设备制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于小型货车装卸货物的车载起重装置。
背景技术
目前,三吨以下小型货车在装卸小件货物时基本上是通过人力搬运上下车的装卸方式,当遇到劳力紧缺时将无法保证按时完成装卸任务;当遇到人力无法搬运的货物件时,还需要借助专用的起重吊装设备才能完成装卸工作,这给装卸工作带来不便,从而影响货物运输计划。采用这种通过人力搬运小型货物上下车的装卸方式存在搬运困难、劳动强度大、劳力成本高、工作效率低,无法保证按时完成装卸任务的问题。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种车载起重装置,它可以解决现有小型货车在装卸小件货物时工人搬运劳动强度大,工作效率低的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种车载起重装置包括设有安装座的立柱,所述立柱的顶端连接有转动支架,所述转动支架连接有升降装置,所述立柱的顶端设有支撑轴,所述转动支架套装在所述支撑轴上,所述转动支架上设有转动手柄,所述转动手柄连接有锁紧定位顶丝。 
上述车载起重装置的技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述升降装置包括固定在所述转动支架上的吊臂,套接于所述吊臂内的吊杆,所述吊臂上设有电绞盘卷扬机,所述电绞盘卷扬机通过底板固定在所述吊臂靠近所述转动支架一端上方;所述电绞盘卷扬机的钢丝绳索的前端通过所述吊杆前端固设有的滑轮连接有吊钩,在所述吊杆前端还设有起重挂钩。
进一步的,所述支撑轴设有凹槽,所述锁紧定位顶丝卡在所述凹槽中;所述立柱上设有多个调节孔;所述吊臂上设有多个调节孔。
进一步的,所述电绞盘卷扬机通过车载电瓶驱动,所述电绞盘卷扬机通过遥控器控制。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、由于本发明的电绞盘卷扬机可利用小型货车自身电瓶来作为驱动动力,并通过遥控操作电绞盘卷扬机来实现小件货物上下车的搬运装卸方式,解决了必须通过较多人力搬运才能完成的工作,有效地降低了劳动强度,节省了劳力,且加快了装卸速度;
2、由于本发明紧凑结构设计,占用空间小,便于安装、拆卸,在不使用时可将吊臂放下收起,避免影响后车厢的正常使用;立柱可通过其上设有的调节孔调整高低,方便不同货物的吊装。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
如图1、图2和图3所示的车载起重装置,主要包括设有安装座1的立柱2,立柱2的顶端连接有转动支架5,转动支架5连接有升降装置,在立柱2的顶端设有支撑轴13,转动支架5套装在支撑轴13上,转动支架5上设有转动手柄4,该转动手柄4连接有锁紧定位顶丝15;该升降装置包括固定在转动支架5上的吊臂10,套接于吊臂10内的吊杆12,吊臂10上设有电绞盘卷扬机8,该电绞盘卷扬机8通过底板7固定在吊臂10靠近转动支架5一端的上方,电绞盘卷扬机8的钢丝绳索9的前端通过吊杆12前端固定的滑轮连接有吊钩,在吊杆12前端还固定有起重环,该起重环连接有起重挂钩;转动支架5上设有用于安装及调节吊臂10的与地面高度的多个圆孔6,操作人员可根据吊装货物的不同高度来选择将吊臂10的后端安装在合适的圆孔6中并通过插销固定;在支撑轴13上设有凹槽14,锁紧定位顶丝15通过转动支架5上的螺孔卡在凹槽14中;在吊臂10上设有多个调节孔11,吊杆12可通过吊臂10上的调节孔11调节伸出长度,电绞盘卷扬机8的电机通过电源线与车载电瓶连接,并通过车载电瓶供电来驱动该电机;安装时,将安装座1通过螺栓固定在小型货后车厢靠近边栏相应位置,将立柱2插装在安装座1内并通过螺栓固定,然后将转动支架5套装在立柱2上端的支撑轴13上,再将吊臂10固定在立柱2上,并通过选择适合的圆孔6来调整好吊臂10与地面的合适高度,然后通过插销固定好,操作人员通过遥控器控制电绞盘卷扬机8工作,在将货物吊装到小货车上后,操作人员通过拧动转动手柄4将锁紧定位顶丝15松开脱离凹槽14,以便使转动支架5可做360度旋转,方便装卸工人将货物放置在后车厢的不同位置上;当需要伸长吊臂10时,可将吊杆12从吊臂10拉出并通过插销固定相对应的调节孔11中;根据实际需要,立柱2也可通过其上设有的多个调节孔3来调整上立柱2-1的高低位置,同时也便于收起;如图3所示,在不是使用时,可将吊臂10放下收起,避免影响小型货车后车厢的正常使用;采用本发明作为小型货车装卸小件货物的工具,货物吊装更方便、迅速,工作效率高,节省了劳力,降低了劳动强度,可确保按时完成装卸工作。

1.一种车载起重装置,包括设有安装座的立柱(1),所述立柱(2)的顶端连接有转动支架(5),所述转动支架(5)连接有升降装置,其特征在于:所述立柱(2)的顶端设有支撑轴(13),所述转动支架(5)套装在所述支撑轴(13)上,所述转动支架(5)上设有转动手柄(4),所述转动手柄(4)连接有锁紧定位顶丝(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车载起重装置,其特征在于:所述升降装置包括固定在所述转动支架(5)上的吊臂(10),套接于所述吊臂(10)内的吊杆(12),所述吊臂(10)上设有电绞盘卷扬机(8),所述电绞盘卷扬机(8)通过底板(7)固定在所述吊臂(10)靠近所述转动支架(5)一端上;所述电绞盘卷扬机(8)的钢丝绳索(9)的前端通过所述吊杆(12)前端固设有的滑轮连接有吊钩,在所述吊杆(12)前端还设有起重环,所述起重环连接有起重挂钩。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车载起重装置,其特征在于:所述支撑轴(13)设有凹槽(14),所述锁紧定位顶丝(15)卡在所述凹槽(14)中;所述立柱(2)上设有多个调节孔(3);所述吊臂(10)上设有多个调节孔(11)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的车载起重装置,其特征在于:所述电绞盘卷扬机(8)通过车载电瓶驱动,所述电绞盘卷扬机(8)通过遥控器控制。
