本发明涉及一种纯净水生产线中的装箱机进瓶定位装置。
背景技术
待装箱的纯净水甁通过供瓶输送带进到装箱机上的进瓶输送带上，抓甁器将输送带上排列好的瓶抓起來，旋转到输送带上的箱上面，将瓶放入箱中；气缸将箱固定到正确的位置，装瓶时箱静止不动，装完后继续供箱。
传统装箱机进瓶定位装置采用两个汽缸控制，长期使用会出现气流不均匀，两个气缸动作不一致的现象，易使气缸断裂，箱定位不准确，水瓶不能够顺利装箱，从而影响车陂使用寿命和生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种定位准确，使用寿命长、生产效率高的纯净水生产线中的装箱机进瓶定位装置。
本发明的技术方案是：一种装箱机进瓶定位装置，它包括汽缸、推杆、抓甁器。
抓甁器将输送带上排列好的水瓶抓起來，旋转到输送带上的箱上面，将瓶放入箱中，气缸通过推杆作用将箱固定到正确的位置，装瓶时箱静止不动，装完后继续供箱。
所述汽缸为单一汽缸，采用单汽缸控制，使气流均匀，动作不一致，箱定位准确，提高车陂使用寿命和生产效率。

如附图所示： 抓甁器3将输送带上排列好的水瓶抓起來，旋转到输送带上的箱上面，将瓶放入箱中，气缸1通过推杆2作用将箱固定到正确的位置，装瓶时箱静止不动，装完后继续供箱。
所述汽缸为单一汽缸，采用单汽缸控制，使气流均匀，动作不一致，箱定位准确，提高车陂使用寿命和生产效率。
