本发明公开了一种球磨设备,它包括球磨机,所述球磨机的出料口安装有滚筒筛,所述滚筒筛连接在一矿浆排料槽,所述矿浆排料槽连接有矿浆泵,所述矿浆泵连接到一矿浆贮槽,所述球磨机的筒体与出料口前端连接处设有格子筛板。本发明与现有技术相比,可以解决现有球磨设备能耗高,设备使用效率低,生产效率低的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及化肥制作设备技术领域,尤其是一种用于磨矿和选矿工艺的设备。
背景技术
磨矿就是将矿石进一步破碎,以达到矿石和矿物单体解离,为后续工艺如选别、萃取工艺提供合格物料粒度。磨矿流程可分为开路磨矿与闭路磨矿,开路磨矿是磨矿机排出的物料直接送入下一作业;闭路磨矿时磨矿机排出的物料还要进入分级机,将细粒合格产品及时分出并送入下一作业,而粗粒级则返回磨矿机再磨。
在磷肥行业磷矿的磨矿工艺中,多为开路磨矿流程,选用的磨机为球磨机,现有的球磨设备包括球磨机的出料口末端安装有滚筒筛,滚筒筛的下部末端连接矿浆排料槽的上部,矿浆排料槽一侧的出料口连接有矿浆泵,矿浆泵连接到矿浆贮槽。企业一般使用溢流式球磨机,矿浆经溢流式球磨机的出料端直接排出,结构简单,但矿浆细度质量低,单位容积生产能力较低,设备台时效率低,因而在相同的能耗下,设备单台使用效率及整体生产能力都大大降低。
磨矿作业的指标包括电耗、钢球耗、矿浆细度、设备台时效率等,这些指标对后续工序作业造成影响。而影响磨矿作业指标的因素包括磨机设备性能、磨矿工艺流程等。因此,对磨机设备性能及磨矿工艺进行技术改进的研究对整个生产过程中显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种球磨设备,以解决现有球磨设备能耗高,设备使用效率低,生产效率低的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:本球磨设备包括球磨机,所述球磨机的出料口安装有滚筒筛,所述滚筒筛连接在一矿浆排料槽,所述矿浆排料槽连接有矿浆泵,所述矿浆泵连接到一矿浆贮槽,所述球磨机的筒体与出料口前端连接处设有格子筛板。
上述技术方案中,更为具体的方案可以是:所述矿浆泵连接有矿浆分级器,所述矿浆分级器的回流出口连接到所述球磨机的进料口,所述矿浆分级器的出料口连接所述矿浆贮槽。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本球磨设备将现有技术的溢流型球磨机换为格子型球磨机,格子型球磨机出料端设有格子筛板,球磨机物料水平高于出料口,自动溢出,矿浆细度质量和设备单位容积产量相对较高,提高整体矿浆分级效果,提高设备单台使用效率及整体生产能力;本球磨设备增加矿浆分级设备,实现稳定的闭路磨矿分级作业,降低原溢流型球磨机湿式磨矿工艺的电耗、钢球耗,台效相对可提高10%以上。

下面结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步详述:
如图1所示的本球磨设备,它包括球磨机1,球磨机的出料口1-3末端安装有滚筒筛3,滚筒筛3的下部末端连接在一矿浆排料槽4的上端,该矿浆排料槽4一侧的出料口连接有矿浆泵5,矿浆泵5连接到一矿浆分级器6的进料口6-3,矿浆分级器的回流出口6-1连接到球磨机的进料口1-1,矿浆分级器的出料口6-2连接到矿浆贮槽7,球磨机的筒体1-2与出料口1-3前端连接处设有格子筛板2。
磷矿块矿送入球磨机1进行磨矿,球磨机1内的矿浆经格子筛板2初次分级,截留下粗颗粒,留在球磨机1内继续研磨,形成球磨机1内部的磨矿闭路,经格子筛板2的筛孔流出的矿浆经滚筒筛3第二次分级后,筛上粗颗粒排出球磨机1,分级出的矿浆流入矿浆排料槽4,经矿浆泵5送至矿浆分级器6,进行三次分级,经矿浆分级器6分离出的细度不符合要求的矿浆返回球磨机1进口,构成一个外部的磨矿闭路。经矿浆分级器6分离出的细度合格的矿浆进入矿浆贮槽7,供下一工序使用。

1.一种球磨设备,包括球磨机,所述球磨机的出料口安装有滚筒筛,所述滚筒筛连接在一矿浆排料槽,所述矿浆排料槽连接有矿浆泵,所述矿浆泵连接到一矿浆贮槽,其特征在于:所述球磨机的筒体与出料口前端连接处设有格子筛板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的球磨球设备,其特征在于:所述矿浆泵连接有矿浆分级器,所述矿浆分级器的回流出口连接到所述球磨机的进料口,所述矿浆分级器的出料口连接所述矿浆贮槽。
