Abstract

本发明具体为一种轻量化旅游车变速器,解决了现有变速器采用铝壳易发生变速器内轴向窜动或闷车造成变速器损坏且存在安全隐患的问题。主轴轴承和副轴轴承均为圆锥滚子轴承,前壳的后端面上开有与副轴轴承位置对应的环形槽,主轴轴承盖的后端面上开有与主轴轴承位置对应的环形槽Ⅰ,环形槽Ⅰ内设置有主轴热补偿垫,主轴热补偿垫与导油盘之间设置有主轴垫片,环形槽内设置有副轴热补偿垫,副轴热补偿垫与副轴轴承之间设置有副轴垫片。本发明结构设计合理可靠,有效的提升了变速箱的总成组装精度,而且保证了齿轮及轴承的强度,实现了变速器的高效率,减轻了同步器的负荷,杜绝发热现象的发生,具有结构简单、加工方便且成本低的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及变速器,具体为一种轻量化旅游车变速器。
背景技术
近年来,随着客车的快速发展以及车辆的轻量化发展趋势,需对变速器的重量进行减轻,实现整车的节能降耗要求。
在变速器的外型尺寸和齿轮的啮合宽度等相关零部件尺寸不改变的情况下,将壳体设计为铝合金材料,然而在设计铝壳时,由于合金钢与压铸铝膨胀系数不同,常温下合金钢约为10,压铸铝约为20,在温度变化时,由于两者膨胀率不同,因此两者热胀冷缩程度也不同,造成较大的间隙或无间隙,引起变速箱零件轴向窜动或闷车。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有变速器采用铝壳易发生变速器内轴向窜动或闷车造成变速器损坏且存在安全隐患的问题,提供了一种轻量化旅游车变速器。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:轻量化旅游车变速器,包括前壳,前壳前侧设置有主轴轴承盖,且前壳内设置有主轴轴承和副轴轴承,主轴轴承的前端设置有导油盘,主轴轴承和副轴轴承均为圆锥滚子轴承,前壳的后端面上开有与副轴轴承位置对应的环形槽,主轴轴承盖的后端面上开有与主轴轴承位置对应的环形槽Ⅰ,环形槽Ⅰ内设置有主轴热补偿垫,主轴热补偿垫与导油盘之间设置有主轴垫片,环形槽内设置有副轴热补偿垫,副轴热补偿垫与副轴轴承之间设置有副轴垫片。
该变速器采用圆锥滚子轴承且增设热补偿垫,在使用过程中,作为零件在轴向上的热膨胀特性,就变速箱总成而言,在全部的温度区域内垫片间隙几乎不会有变化,因此可以保证变速箱可靠运行,克服了现有变速器采用铝壳易发生变速器内轴向窜动或闷车造成变速器损坏且存在安全隐患的问题。
本发明结构设计合理可靠,有效的提升了变速箱的总成组装精度,而且保证了齿轮及轴承的强度,实现了变速器的高效率,减轻了同步器的负荷,杜绝发热现象的发生,具有结构简单、加工方便且成本低的优点。

具体实施方式
轻量化旅游车变速器,包括前壳1,前壳1前侧设置有主轴轴承盖2,且前壳1内设置有主轴轴承3和副轴轴承4,主轴轴承3的前端设置有导油盘5,主轴轴承3和副轴轴承4均为圆锥滚子轴承,前壳1的后端面上开有与副轴轴承4位置对应的环形槽,主轴轴承盖2的后端面上开有与主轴轴承3位置对应的环形槽Ⅰ,环形槽Ⅰ内设置有主轴热补偿垫6,主轴热补偿垫6与导油盘5之间设置有主轴垫片7,环形槽内设置有副轴热补偿垫8,副轴热补偿垫8与副轴轴承4之间设置有副轴垫片9。
具体实施过程中,零件热胀冷缩量的计算公式为:L=Δl·Δt·P,其中Δl为零件尺寸差,Δt为温度差,P为线膨胀系数。

1.一种轻量化旅游车变速器,包括前壳(1),前壳(1)前侧设置有主轴轴承盖(2),且前壳(1)内设置有主轴轴承(3)和副轴轴承(4),主轴轴承(3)的前端设置有导油盘(5),其特征在于:主轴轴承(3)和副轴轴承(4)均为圆锥滚子轴承,前壳(1)的后端面上开有与副轴轴承(4)位置对应的环形槽,主轴轴承盖(2)的后端面上开有与主轴轴承(3)位置对应的环形槽Ⅰ,环形槽Ⅰ内设置有主轴热补偿垫(6),主轴热补偿垫(6)与导油盘(5)之间设置有主轴垫片(7),环形槽内设置有副轴热补偿垫(8),副轴热补偿垫(8)与副轴轴承(4)之间设置有副轴垫片(9)。
