本发明涉及螺栓领域,尤其涉及一种对叠膨胀螺栓,包括T型螺栓、设于T型螺栓上的螺母、套设于T型螺栓上的数对的对叠式锥台膨胀套、设于对叠式锥台膨胀套外侧的套筒,由于设有上述结构,该膨胀螺栓可拆卸,能重复使用,并可无阻地将膨胀螺栓置于安装孔内,安装紧固力强且稳定,使用成本低、安装方便,可用于石板材的安装固定。

技术领域
  本发明涉及螺栓领域,尤其涉及一种对叠膨胀螺栓。
背景技术
膨胀螺栓是用于将物体固定在墙体或板体上,其原理是利用楔形斜度来促使膨胀,达到固定的效果。现有的膨胀螺栓,由螺栓、螺母、膨胀套组成,螺栓具有锥形端头,膨胀套一端开有窄缝槽口,使用时首先在墙壁或板体上钻安装孔,然后将膨胀管和螺杆打进安装孔内,接着将设备安装孔套在落杆的头部螺纹端,最后在拉杆头部螺纹端拧上螺母,使设备固定在墙壁上,在拧紧螺母的过程中,螺杆往外走而膨胀管不动,螺杆尾部的圆台状膨胀管胀开,使其胀满整个孔,以此来达到固定;现有技术中的膨胀螺栓因为在石板材上打的孔的直径有误差、螺母拧紧的程度不同等等原因会出现膨胀螺栓的膨胀管不能完全的膨胀开,同时由于与安装孔的接触面少,从而导致安装在挂件上的石板材很容易出现松动的情况,且结构上的原因拆卸麻烦,不能循环使用;而且承载能力不大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种对叠膨胀螺栓,该膨胀螺栓能重复使用,并可无阻地将膨胀螺栓置于安装孔内。
一种对叠膨胀螺栓,包括T型螺栓、设于T型螺栓上的螺母、套设于T型螺栓上的数对的对叠式锥台膨胀套、设于对叠式锥台膨胀套外侧的套筒。
所述对叠式锥台膨胀套由两个锥台膨胀套下底相对叠合而成,所述对叠式锥台膨胀套之间设有间隔环,防止相邻的锥台膨胀套相互贴合,减少锥台膨胀套安装时弯曲的力量,利于锥台膨胀套进入安装孔内,所述套筒与锥台膨胀套的下底的外径相等,安装时通过套筒将对叠式锥台膨胀套压入安装孔内,所述锥台膨胀套的上底与间隔环的外径相等。
所述锥台膨胀套的下底开设有数个槽口,形成数片开片,所述开片的宽度大于槽口的宽度,防止开片进入槽口内。
由于设有上述结构,该膨胀螺栓可拆卸,能重复使用,并可无阻地将膨胀螺栓置于安装孔内,安装紧固力强且稳定,使用成本低、安装方便,可用于石板材的安装固定。

实施例1
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种对叠膨胀螺栓,包括T型螺栓1、设于T型螺栓1上的螺母2、套设于T型螺栓2上的数对的对叠式锥台膨胀套3、设于对叠式锥台膨胀套3外侧的套筒4。使用时,将对叠膨胀螺栓压入安装孔内,T型螺栓1外端穿过挂件7,再拧上螺母2,T型螺栓1向外走,对叠膨胀螺栓在T型螺栓1与套筒4的作用下胀开,使其胀满整个孔,将挂件7固定在墙体8上,再石板材4固定在挂件7.
实施例2
如图1、图2、图3所示,所述对叠式锥台膨胀套3由两个锥台膨胀套31下底相对叠合而成,所述对叠式锥台膨胀套3之间设有间隔环5,防止相邻的锥台膨胀套31相互贴合,减少锥台膨胀套31安装时弯曲的力量,利于锥台膨胀套31进入安装孔6内,所述套筒4与锥台膨胀套31的下底的外径相等,安装时通过套筒4将对叠式锥台膨胀套3压入安装孔6内,所述锥台膨胀套31的上底与间隔环5的外径相等。所述锥台膨胀套31的下底开设有数个槽口32,形成数片开片33,所述开片33的宽度大于槽口32的宽度,防止开片33进入槽口32内。

1.一种对叠膨胀螺栓,其特征是:包括T型螺栓、设于T型螺栓上的螺母、套设于T型螺栓上的数对的对叠式锥台膨胀套、设于对叠式锥台膨胀套外侧的套筒。
2.根据权利要求所述的一种对叠膨胀螺栓,其特征是:所述对叠式锥台膨胀套由两个锥台膨胀套下底相对叠合而成,所述对叠式锥台膨胀套之间设有间隔环,防止相邻的锥台膨胀套相互贴合,减少锥台膨胀套安装时弯曲的力量,利于锥台膨胀套进入安装孔内,所述套筒与锥台膨胀套的下底的外径相等。
3.根据权利要求所述的一种对叠膨胀螺栓,其特征是:所述锥台膨胀套的下底开设有数个槽口,形成数片开片,所述开片的宽度大于槽口的宽度。
