Abstract

锚式固定螺丝,它包括一螺杆,所述螺杆的端部螺接有一膨胀环,位于所述膨胀环上方的螺杆上套置有一冲胀环套;或者:它包括一螺杆,所述螺杆的螺帽头端套置有膨胀环和冲胀环套、位于冲胀环套上方的螺杆上螺接有一螺母;所述冲胀环套的头部呈锲形,所述膨胀环上设置有若干个直槽,膨胀环内壁开口处呈微喇叭状用于与冲胀环套的锲形头部相配合,便于膨胀环的铆头沿直槽受力张开;本发明使用中多个铆头抓入固定物体内,类似于船舶上使用的锚,因而具有极强的抓持力,从根本上改变了以静摩擦力作为结合力的状况,其呈扩散状的抓持力随着旋紧螺杆或螺母而越来越紧,而不是因固定物体因与膨胀螺丝的结合力超限而松脱;并且可以选用多个膨胀环加以强化抓持效果,使得本发明尤其适合在现有膨胀螺丝无法满足松软固定物体的情况下采用。

技术领域
  
本发明涉及紧固件领域,尤指一种膨胀螺丝。 
  
背景技术
 
随着新型建筑墙体材料的应用,对附着在墙体上的紧固件的构造提供了更高的要求,传统的墙体材料的密度相对较大,其结构较密实,在其上使用膨胀螺丝时较易“生根”;而新型建筑材料相对密度较小,其结构较疏松,现有的膨胀螺丝在其上使用时,与墙体材料的结合力往往会超过该墙体材料所能承受的极限值,使得现有膨胀螺丝难以“生根”;或者直接对墙体材料形成破坏;从其结构分析,现有的膨胀螺丝,一般由螺栓、膨胀套、与螺栓配合的螺母组成,固定物体时,旋紧螺母,螺栓受力将膨胀套撑开,该膨胀螺丝由于膨胀套受力撑开时,其形状顺应了拨出膨胀螺丝的方向,因此,其受力作用范围受到很大的限制,直接影响其紧固物体的技术效果。
为了克服现有膨胀螺丝所存在的不足,市场上还公开了一种剪式膨胀螺丝,由螺栓、螺栓前部设置的中心轴座,中心轴座的中心轴上设置有呈剪刀状的分叉铆头构成,螺栓头抵住铆头;固定物体时,旋紧螺母,螺栓头受力将剪式分叉设置的两个铆头撑开,其动作与剪刀相似,该膨胀螺丝受力呈剪式撑开时,呈线性张合,虽然其受力作用的范围得以很大的拓展,因而可以附着于结构相对较疏松的墙体材料上,虽然其固定时呈剪式撑开,扩大了与墙体材料的作用范围,但其受结构上的限制,其受力作用范围呈非圆周分布;尽管其紧固物体的效果较膨胀螺丝有了较大的改观,但仍不理想。 
纵观上述两种膨胀螺丝,其使用时,均利用的是紧固物体时的静摩擦力,因而在结构相对松软的墙体材料上安装时,其结合力有限,易于脱出,难以“生根”,使得它们都有必要在此基础上作进一步改进。 
  
发明内容
  
本发明的目的是提供一种锚式固定螺丝。
本发明的技术方案之一是这样实现的: 
提供一种锚式固定螺丝,其特征在于:它包括一螺杆,所述螺杆的端部螺接有一膨胀环,位于所述膨胀环上方的螺杆上套置有一冲胀环套;所述冲胀环套的头部呈锲形,所述膨胀环上设置有若干个直槽,膨胀环内壁开口处呈微喇叭状用于与冲胀环套的锲形头部相配合,便于膨胀环的铆头沿直槽受力张开。
本发明的技术方案之二是这样实现的: 
提供一种锚式固定螺丝,其特征在于:它包括一螺杆,所述螺杆的螺帽头端套置有膨胀环和冲胀环套、位于冲胀环套上方的螺杆上螺接有一螺母;所述冲胀环套的头部呈锲形,所述膨胀环上设置有若干个直槽,膨胀环内壁开口处呈微喇叭状用于与冲胀环套的锲形头部相配合,便于膨胀环的铆头沿直槽受力张开。
如上所述的锚式固定螺丝,其特征在于:所述螺杆上套置有若干个膨胀环,所述膨胀环尾部呈锲形。 
如上所述的锚式固定螺丝,其特征在于:所述膨胀环上直槽的数量设置为4个或4个以上。 
本发明的用法:参见图1所示一种实施例,本发明使用时,旋紧螺杆的螺帽头,挤压冲胀环套;所述冲胀环套的头部伸入膨胀环呈微喇叭状的内壁开口内,逐渐将膨胀环沿直槽呈开花状张开,使得膨胀环上多个铆头沿其径向抓入墙体材料内。 
参见图6、图7和图9:为了进一步加大紧固效果,提高其“扎根性”,也可选用两个以上膨胀环。 
本发明使用中其受力面积大幅增加,拨出本发明所述锚式固定螺丝时,其受力方向也与拨出方向刚好相反,受力作用范围呈圆周分布,越旋紧螺帽头,其结合力越大,并远大于普通膨胀螺丝的结合力,这样使用本发明具有更宽的适用范围,并能在现有膨胀螺丝无法满足松软墙体材料的情况下采用。 
本发明结构科学,设计合理,它不仅能应用于山体护坡,还可广泛用于隧道、铁道、水利、通讯、建筑、装修、救援等工程中的锚固和固定。

具体实施方式
  
下面结合附图1至附图10说明本发明的实施例,但不应限于以下实施例:
参见图1至图3,提供一种锚式固定螺丝,它包括一螺杆1,所述螺杆1的端部螺接有一膨胀环3,位于所述膨胀环3上方的螺杆1上套置有一冲胀环套2;所述冲胀环套2的头部呈锲形,所述膨胀环3上设置有若干个直槽31,膨胀环3内壁开口处32呈微喇叭状用于与冲胀环套2的锲形头部21相配合,便于膨胀环3的铆头33沿直槽31受力张开。
参见图4至图5,提供另一种锚式固定螺丝,它包括一螺杆1,所述螺杆1的螺帽头端套置有若干个膨胀环3和冲胀环套2、位于冲胀环套2上方的螺杆1上螺接有一螺母4;所述冲胀环套2的头部21呈锲形,所述膨胀环3上设置有若干个直槽31,膨胀环3内壁开口处32呈微喇叭状用于与冲胀环套2的锲形头部21相配合,便于膨胀环3的铆头33沿直槽受力张开。 
    参见图6和图7,所述螺杆1的端部螺接一个膨胀环3,位于其上套接一膨胀环3,所述套接的膨胀环3的尾部34呈锲形。以便于膨胀环3之间的冲胀配合。 
图8是图1所示膨胀环3上设置有滚花35,并将螺杆1的螺帽头用螺母4取代的一种实施例结构。 
图9是参照图7和图8所示结构,即将螺杆1的螺帽头用螺母4取代,所述螺杆1底部螺接一个膨胀环3,位于其上套接两个膨胀环3,所述套接的膨胀环3的尾部34均呈锲形;以便于膨胀环3之间的冲胀配合。 
图10所示结构,在上述实施例基础上,在螺杆1的一端设置有钩手6。 
具体到实际应用中,可视情况选用加长形螺杆1,设置任意个膨胀环3,充分发挥本发明的“扎根性”,从而收到良好的技术效果。     
上述实施例中还可将所述膨胀环3上直槽31的数量设置为4个或4个以上;当然设置为3个及以下,并不对本发明构成实质性影响。
择举一例说明本发明的用法: 
如图1,本发明使用时,旋紧螺杆1的螺帽头,挤压冲胀环套2;所述冲胀环套2的头部21伸入膨胀环3呈微喇叭状的内壁开口32内,逐渐将膨胀环3沿直槽31呈开花状散开,使得膨胀环3上多个铆头34沿其径向抓入固定物体内;本发明使用中多个铆头34抓入固定物体内,类似于船舶上使用的锚,因而具有极强的抓持力,从根本上改变了以静摩擦力作为结合力的状况,其呈扩散状的抓持力随着旋紧螺杆1而越来越紧,而不是因固定物体因与膨胀螺丝的结合力超限而松脱;并且可以选用多个膨胀环3加以强化抓持效果,进一步加大结合力;这样,使得本发明尤其适合在现有膨胀螺丝无法满足松软固定物体的情况下采用。

1.一种锚式固定螺丝,其特征在于:它包括一螺杆,所述螺杆的端部螺接有一膨胀环,位于所述膨胀环上方的螺杆上套置有一冲胀环套;所述冲胀环套的头部呈锲形,所述膨胀环上设置有若干个直槽,膨胀环内壁开口处呈微喇叭状用于与冲胀环套的锲形头部相配合,便于膨胀环的铆头沿直槽受力张开。
2.一种锚式固定螺丝,其特征在于:它包括一螺杆,所述螺杆的螺帽头端套置有膨胀环和冲胀环套、位于冲胀环套上方的螺杆上螺接有一螺母;所述冲胀环套的头部呈锲形,所述膨胀环上设置有若干个直槽,膨胀环内壁开口处呈微喇叭状用于与冲胀环套的锲形头部相配合,便于膨胀环的铆头沿直槽受力张开。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的锚式固定螺丝,其特征在于:所述螺杆上套置有若干个膨胀环,所述膨胀环尾部呈锲形。
4.如权利要求1所述的锚式固定螺丝,其特征在于:所述膨胀环上直槽的数量设置为4个或4个以上。
