本发明涉及螺钉领域,尤其涉及一种叠片式膨胀螺栓,包括T型螺栓、设于T型螺栓上的螺母、套设于T型螺栓上的数个锥台膨胀套、设于锥台膨胀套之间的间隔环、设于锥台膨胀套外侧的阶梯式尼龙套筒,由于设有上述结构,该膨胀螺栓安装紧固力强且稳定,固力强,安装精度高,不会摆动、安装方便,可用于石板材的安装固定。

技术领域
  本发明涉及螺钉领域,尤其涉及一种叠片式膨胀螺栓。
背景技术
膨胀螺钉是用于将物体固定在墙体或板体上,其原理是利用楔形斜度来促使膨胀,达到固定的效果。现有的膨胀螺钉,由螺钉、螺母、膨胀套组成,螺钉具有锥形端头,膨胀套一端开有窄缝槽口,使用时首先在墙壁或板体上钻安装孔,然后将膨胀管和螺杆打进安装孔内,接着将设备安装孔套在落杆的头部螺纹端,最后在拉杆头部螺纹端拧上螺母,使设备固定在墙壁上,在拧紧螺母的过程中,螺杆往外走而膨胀管不动,螺杆尾部的圆台状膨胀管胀开,使其胀满整个孔,以此来达到固定;现有技术中的膨胀螺钉因为在石板材上打的孔的直径有误差、螺母拧紧的程度不同等等原因会出现膨胀螺钉的膨胀管不能完全的膨胀开,使得在拧紧状态下与墙壁之间的作用力会比预计的要小很多,从而导致安装在挂件上的石板材很容易出现松动的情况,并不能很好的实现固定的效果。由于结构上的原因拆卸麻烦,不能循环使用;而且承载能力不大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种叠片式膨胀螺栓,该膨胀螺栓紧固力强,安装精度高。
一种叠片式膨胀螺栓,包括T型螺栓、设于T型螺栓上的螺母、套设于T型螺栓上的数个锥台膨胀套、设于锥台膨胀套之间的间隔环、设于锥台膨胀套外侧的阶梯式尼龙套筒。
所述锥台膨胀套的下底开设有数个槽口,形成数片开片,所述阶梯式尼龙套筒内端设有凸环,所述凸环的外径与间隔环的外径相等,所述阶梯式尼龙套筒的外径与安装孔大致相同,阶梯式尼龙套筒沉入安装孔内,所述锥台膨胀套的下底外径大于阶梯式尼龙套筒的外径,安装时,锥台膨胀套以间隔环及凸环外沿为支点锥台膨胀套的开片向外弯曲,由阶梯式尼龙套筒顶入安装孔内。
由于设有上述结构,该膨胀螺栓安装紧固力强且稳定,固力强,安装精度高,不会摆动、安装方便,可用于石板材的安装固定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明:
实施例1
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,一种叠片式膨胀螺栓,包括T型螺栓1、设于T型螺栓1上的螺母2、套设于T型螺栓1上的数个锥台膨胀套3、设于锥台膨胀套3之间的间隔环4、设于锥台膨胀套3外侧的阶梯式尼龙套筒5。使用时,将叠膨胀螺栓压入安装孔6内,T型螺栓1外端穿过挂件7,再拧上螺母2,T型螺栓1向外走,而锥台膨胀套3外沿卡于安装孔内壁,锥台膨胀套3在T型螺栓1的作用下呈柱状形胀开,使其胀满整个孔,将挂件7固定在墙体8上,再石板材4固定在挂件7。

如图1、图2、图3所示,所述锥台膨胀3套的下底开设有数个槽口31,形成数片开片32,所述阶梯式尼龙套筒5内端设有凸环51,所述凸环51的外径与间隔环4的外径相等,所述阶梯式尼龙套筒5的外径与安装孔6大致相同,阶梯式尼龙套筒5沉入安装孔6内,所述锥台膨胀套3的下底外径大于阶梯式尼龙套筒5的外径,安装时,锥台膨胀套3以间隔环4及凸环51外沿为支点锥台膨胀套3的开片32向外弯曲,由阶梯式尼龙套5筒顶入安装孔6内,间隔环4还使锥台膨胀3间隔分离,防止锥台膨胀3叠合,增加锥台膨胀套3外沿的弯曲力,而使膨胀螺栓置于安装孔内。

1.一种叠片式膨胀螺栓,其特征是:一种叠片式膨胀螺栓,包括T型螺栓、设于T型螺栓上的螺母、套设于T型螺栓上的数个锥台膨胀套、设于锥台膨胀套之间的间隔环、设于锥台膨胀套外侧的阶梯式尼龙套筒。
2.根据权利要求所述的一种叠片式膨胀螺栓,其特征是:所述锥台膨胀套的下底开设有数个槽口,形成数片开片,所述阶梯式尼龙套筒内端设有凸环,所述凸环的外径与间隔环的外径相等,所述阶梯式尼龙套筒的外径与安装孔大致相同,阶梯式尼龙套筒沉入安装孔内,所述锥台膨胀套的下底外径大于阶梯式尼龙套筒的外径。
