Abstract

本发明涉及一种塑料标签纸用油墨组合物以及应用该组合物的油墨和光油,所述组合物包含聚氨酯树脂、硝化棉、聚四氟乙烯、附着力促进剂和增塑剂;所述油墨包含组合物、颜料、分散剂和有机溶剂;所述光油包含组合物、有机溶剂。本发明配方简单,通过使用聚氨酯树脂、聚四氟乙烯和增塑剂提高了印刷制品的耐揉搓、耐撞击性能,通过硝化棉和附着力促进剂提高了印刷制品的耐水煮能力。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及印刷制品领域,特别涉及一种塑料标签纸用油墨组合物以及应用该组合物的油墨和光油。
【背景技术】
塑料标签纸是瓶装饮料常用的标识载体,厂商通常在塑料标签纸上印刷图案文字来标示品牌。在销售中,饮料瓶体可能被成堆置于热水浴中,以适合季节性的使用需要。一则瓶体之间频繁的碰撞、摩擦可能增加油墨剥落的状况,二则热水环境可能会洗掉油墨。
中国申请CN103613996A公开了一种水性塑料油墨,其具有一定耐磨性和耐冷热水能力,然而使用中效果还有所欠缺。
因此本发明提供一种新的油墨光油配方来解决以上问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的是为了提供一种塑料标签纸用油墨组合物以及应用该组合物的油墨和光油。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现上述目的:一种塑料标签纸用油墨组合物,每100重量份的组合物包含聚氨酯树脂11-18份,聚四氟乙烯2-5份,分散剂6-10份,附着力促进剂10-15份,硅油4-7份,余料为丙烯酸树脂。
与现有技术相比,本发明塑料标签纸用油墨组合物的有益效果在于:该组合物配方简单,通过使用聚氨酯树脂、聚四氟乙烯和增塑剂提高了印刷制品的耐揉搓、耐撞击性能,通过硝化棉和附着力促进剂提高了印刷制品的耐水煮能力。
一种应用该组合物的油墨,每100重量份的油墨中包含组合物24-45份,颜料10-18份,分散剂5-10份,佘料为有机溶剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明应用该组合物的油墨的有益效果在于:通过颜料和组合物分散于有机溶剂,使颜料可以牢固附着于塑料标签纸表面,在撞击和水煮的情况下不剥落。
一种应用该组合物的光油,每100重量份的油墨中包含组合物24-45份,余料为有机溶剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明应用该组合物的光油的有益效果在于:通过与油墨近似的配方保证油墨和光油之间的附着力,使油墨层的色彩显现而被保护于内层,使印刷图案更加不易磨蚀和化开。
【具体实施方式】
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明中PU8208型聚氨酯树脂由东莞米人占化工有限公司提供,35200型分散剂和32500型分散剂由路博润特种化工(上海)有限公司提供,IA10型附着力促进剂由英国庄臣万丰公司提供,ATBC型增塑剂由山东科兴化工有限责任公司提供。
实施例1
将PU8208型聚氨酯树脂300g、1/16s硝化棉420g、聚四氟乙烯30g、IA10型附着力促进剂150g、ATBC型增塑剂100g共混于3000g乙醇与乙酸乙酯的11混合溶液中,浓缩变稠后挤出为色片,色片粉碎后平均分为两份,一份直接加1500g乙醇与乙酸乙酯的1∶1混合溶液分散作为光油,另一份加入颜料200g、35200分散剂100g并用1200g乙醇与乙酸乙酯的1∶1混合溶液分散作为油墨,将油墨涂抹到标签表面,干后涂抹光油,再干后进行测试。
实施例2
将PU8208型聚氨酯树脂440g、1/16s硝化棉100g、聚四氟乙烯60g、IA10型附着力促进剂200g、ATBC型增塑剂200g共混于1300g乙醇与乙酸乙酯的11混合溶液中,浓缩变稠后挤出为色片,色片粉碎后平均分为两份,一份直接加650g乙醇与乙酸乙酯的1∶1混合溶液分散作为光油,另一份加入颜料200g、32500分散剂110g并用340g干后涂抹光油,再干后进行测试。
实施例3
将PU8208型聚氨酯树脂360g、1/16s硝化棉240g、聚四氟乙烯50g、IA10型附着力促进剂180g、ATBC型增塑剂170g共混于2000g乙醇与乙酸乙酯的1∶1混合溶液中,浓缩变稠后挤出为色片,色片粉碎后平均分为两份,一份直接加1000g乙醇与乙酸乙酯的1∶1混合溶液分散作为光油,另一份加入颜料200g、32500分散剂90g并用710g干后涂抹光油,再干后进行测试。
油墨性能测试:
将实施例1-3油墨光油涂层进行相关性能测试,并以CN103613996A所述油墨作为对照例,具体结果见表1。
表1油墨性能测试:
由表1可知,实施例1-3的油墨光油涂层与对照例油墨相比,耐揉搓、耐撞击、耐水煮性能好。由此可见,本发明在塑料标签纸上的使用效果优于现有技术,适合塑料标签纸包装上的印刷使用。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种塑料标签纸用油墨组合物,其特征在于:每100重量份的组合物包含聚氨酯树脂30-44份,聚四氟乙烯3-6份,附着力促进剂15-20份,增塑剂10-20份,余料为硝化棉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料标签纸用油墨组合物,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯树脂为PU8208型树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料标签纸用油墨组合物,其特征在于:所述硝化棉粘度规格为1/16s。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑料标签纸用油墨组合物,其特征在于:所述附着力促进剂为IA10型附着力促进剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的塑料标签纸用油墨组合物,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为ATBC型增塑剂。
6.一种应用权利要求1-5中任意一项所述组合物的油墨,其特征在于:每100重量份的油墨中包含组合物24-45份,颜料10-18份,分散剂5-10份,余料为有机溶剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的油墨,其特征在于:所述分散剂为35200型或32500型中的一种。
8.根据权利要求6所述的油墨,其特征在于:所述有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯和乙醇的1∶1混合液。
9.一种应用权利要求1-5中任意一项所述组合物的光油,其特征在于:每100重量份的油墨中包含组合物24-45份,余料为有机溶剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的光油,其特征在于:所述有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯和乙醇的1∶1混合液。
